They had my car for over a month. I had to call them about updates on my car. They didn't even call me to tell me my car was done, I had to be the one to call them. Paint job was garbage. The "New" Replacement door creaks when I open it. Found a BUNCH of loose bolts EVERYWHERE (door and truck)!! I don't know where they go. Customer service was decent though, they were nice. But definitely NEVER going back here.

Can't say enough good things about my experience. They have great customer service. I came in for a free consultation/quote for an issue on my cars bumper and they took a look at it and fixed the bumper in about 30mins without charging me for it. I insisted on paying but they just offered me a free and very fast repair. Highly recommend this auto shop for all auto body issues they are very knowledgeable and have awesome customer service.

Beware!!!!!I had a NO WAY, you can t be serious experience at Collision Center Huntington Beach. The customer service was unprofessional, and their skill level was below beginners. They attempted a dishonest scam by working on my BMW without my authorization and then held my car against my will only to swap out my car with old smelling interior parts and aftermarket exterior parts and took parts off my car and they didn t even finish what was wrong in the first place. They promised to pay for a rental car but stuck me with 3 months of expenses. They are something you see on 60 Minutes: scam auto body shops that swap your car instead of fixing it. They won't even finish what they got paid for. Scammers, beware!!! If you want to see proof, DM me. No joke. Stay away from these guys and there fake reviews and there old damage cars that are for looks just to fake customers to think they are busy. Scammers Beware!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repair time is slow but owner cares deeply about his business and reputation. Information about repair progress is difficult to get from front end of the shop, but if you can get a hold of the owner he is familiar with the damages and work needed for a car.

A person backed into my brand new car in May of 2021. A family member highly recommended to take it to this body shop, when I wanted to take it to the dealer.The left rear quarter panel and rear bumper was damaged. It was a 2021 Dodge Challenger. They restored it back to original form, the body is straight, the paint has the original gloss like it rolled out of the factory again.They are not the fastest, but it s because they do the job meticulously to do it correctly, they are also not open on weekends. It took about 6-7 weeks, but technically it was 4 weeks for 7 days work weeks if that makes sense, holidays, weekends, etc.The car looks great and the end justifies the means. I am just glad the car is restored and wasn t liable for the damages.I d take my car here again if they ever get hit.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent experience from the free estimate to completion! Other estimates were over priced and E Mailed to me the next day. Pablo went step by step with me what needed to be done and printed me an estimate before I left. He is not just reasonable and fair, he is also a really cool guy and fun to talk to. He buffed out scratches on the bumper and the trunk to save me money. I dropped it off on a Monday, picked it up 2 days later on Wednesday and I couldn't be happier with the great job they did. I will definately reccomend Collision Center to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I got hit by another car and needed to get my car repair. I did my due diligence in seeking out estimates and reading reviews of all places I went to. Collision Center was my last stop before deciding on where I wanted to get my beautiful car repaired. In speaking with Pablo (owner), I felt comfortable enough to award him the duty of getting my car repair. A 1 1/2 weeks later, I was able to pick up my car which looked to be in mint condition. Not only did he and his crew did a fine job on repairing the damages that was done but to take an extra step and clean out my car, wash it which included inside windows. My car looked as if it just came from a dealership. I hope never to need such services again but if I had to I would definitely take my car there without any hesitation or doubts. His office team was professional and pleasant to work with. I wish Collision Center the BEST!.p.s. If I need maintenance, I will check first to see if they can do as well.Update 7/12/2017Got mail today. I must say that Collision Center is a classy one. I received in the mail today a handwritten thank you note/card from Collision Center. When was the last time you received a thank you card for your business? Love it!

My Wife was rear ended in a multi-car collision back in November. She was fine, but our car was not. While we were waiting for the other drivers insurance to give us the green light to proceed with repairs, we did our research to see what the real estimate would look like. Collision Center was one of a few we selected to talk to. They are very close to where we live and the reviews were better than the others. The moment my Wife talked to the owner, Pablo, she knew this would be the place to fix our car. Pablo is extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, and FAIR. The shop is immaculate by the way. Originally, the estimate provided by the insurance company was slightly more than 1k...unusually low for the obvious damages. During a period of waiting for insurance to approve the repairs move forward, my wife and I were stressed about how this would work out. We d been told by an adjuster that the policy wouldn t cover damages beyond 5k and we knew that based an our revised estimate from various body shops, this was going to cut it very close to 5k. This news from the adjuster was suspicious, so we sort of told ourselves it s going to be ok at the end of it all. Fast forward to us being told we could proceed with repairs about a week or so after the accident, we brought our car to Collision Center and left everything in Pablo s hands. We briefed him on the conversation with a not so nice adjuster from the insurance company, but Pablo gave us confidence that he would do his best to reach an agreement with insurance. I talked to Pablo a day or two later and he said the insurance approved the additional costs so he would get started on things right away. Turns out, that not so nice adjuster lied about a 5k damages cut-off, probably hoping we would pay out of pocket through our own insurance, even though we weren t at fault. I m so glad Pablo was taking care of our car, he cares deeply about his clients and the vehicles he s trusted to work on. I m an anxious person by nature and I honestly never felt uneasy about getting our car back with anything less than perfect repair. When we did pick up our car on Tues 12/11 it looked better than it did before the accident, if that s at all possible! I mean, everything from the new lift gate, bumper, and exhaust was new. The paint match was absolutely flawless, the reverse camera functioned perfectly. If only the rest of car could match the rear end now, I d be driving a completely new car. We were thrilled! Angie at the front desk is so sweet and Pablo and his crew saved our car! I recommend this shop to everyone out there. Before we left he told us to get our brakes done very soon and a routine oil change as it was due. He noticed some oxidation on the passenger side brakes while he was working on our car and had that cleaned up for us. My Down-syndrome brother was with us that day and he scored a collision center shirt too! They are so incredibly nice! He didn t have to do any of that, but he did, and we are so appreciative of all his efforts to go the extra mile. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you collision center for taking such good care of us!

So my car got rear ended pretty bad. It looked as if it was TOTALED!! but, it was not. Collision Center did a fantastic job replacing all the damaged body parts of my car. The car literally looked brand new and best of all when driving my car it drove so well. It did not give me that driving feeling as if the car had just been in an accident. The same feeling when I drove my car off the dealership lot was the same feeling when I drove my car off the Collision Center lot. Thanks Collision Center!!!I definitely recommend Collision Center

Really bad service this would be the second time I have a car taken here to be fixed and still manage to get it done but takes a long time to get cars fixed. And also they put so many excuses as to why and to top that off they didn t really fix what things got left behind and the owner as well avoids talking to you if you bug him about how long the car will take so no I do not recommend this place.

This place was so wonderful to help me with a rear end car accident with my caregivers car and helped us with the paperwork for the accident and will bring the car back to them to fix the car and the owner Pablo Salcedo helped us with a lawyer too fix our car and we want to thank Pablo Salcedo and his secretary very much for everything
