Visiting my family from London, the passenger window to my niece's car was smashed the morning after I arrived. Jeff and his colleague were absolutely incredible and really should have arrived with Superman capes on, because they were heroes. I was stunned by how thorough Jeff was, down to picking out virtually invisible glass embedded in the mechanism to the electric window, so that my niece wouldn't be left with yet another problem. I've never known someone take such pride in their work. These are the people you need, you will only ever need, if you need glass replaced in your car.

Jeff was fast, responded to my calls and texts quickly, and worked with me to replaced my windshield while I was at work. Great work and very professional. Going that extra mile to clean the rust off and prime the surface before putting in the new windshield on left me feeling confident about the integrity of his work.

If you need auto glass, look no further. Fair pricing, on time mobile service, fast and left my car clean of all glass shards. Jeff replaced the driver side window on my BMW like the smash and grab never happened.

The MacGyver of auto glass.Jeff replaced my windshield on my far from perfect 2005 Sprinter van. I had a rebuilt frame that was let s just say not very accommodating to the OEM glass and he did a brilliant job. Not only looks great but he made it bulletproof! A true professional who I would gladly recommend.

The windshield of my daughter's Prius was cracked likely from a rock last Friday evening on her way home on the 405 fwy. I searched online and got a couple of quotes for the cost to replace the windshield. I called Coast Auto Glass and left a message. Jeff called me the next day and gave me a quote. He ordered the windshield Monday. He and his team came to our house and expertly installed the windshield yesterday afternoon (as we were out of town till Tuesday night).My daughter is so happy that it's now safe for her to drive again. I was at work and missed out on the process...I wish I was there to see the whole thing. I am really thankful for Jeff and his team for their exceptional services and quick responses. They are honest, professional and use the highest quality products. These guys came out to fix a bad windshield that another person did. They came out with integrity fixed the windshield fantastically. And cleaned up the mess that the other guy didn t bother to do. As well as they walked me through the process and explained everything. I highly recommend speaking with Jeff is the man

Jim Lasiter from Coast Auto Glass replaced my windshield back in 2017 and did a great job at a reasonable price. I had to contact Jim again last week to re-install my front rear view mirror which had come unglued from the windshield. I needed it repaired ASAP and Jim did not hesitate to redo the job that day. The best news was that he did not charge me for this repair. He stated he stands by all his jobs and guarantees his work. I was so impressed with his actions that I took the time to write this review. I definitely recommend Coast Auto Glass in HB.

Jeff was absolutely amazing! He was able to get my replacement window done on my civic same day. Love the convenience of the mobile service (especially helpful if you need a windshield replacement). If you re anywhere near OC and need some Auto Glass help he s your guy!

Details Matter with windows big time !The right strip , spacers ect Don t let a quick dealer or big chain save you a , very little and get a windshield that s lower quality or leaks !Jeff knows his business !!! Definitely Recommend

I had my car broken into. Safelight was the one authorized by AAA but the only appointment they had was 10 days out. I didn't want the hassle of doing a rental and seeing my broken-in car for the next 10 days. I chose Coast Auto Glass because of their high rating in YELP and Google Reviews! Jeff and his crew delivered 100%. He was very responsive even through text or when I left a voice message. The day I found out my car got broken into - he got the parts and scheduled me the next day for the installation since he was fully booked that day. True to his tagline - his team is very keen on technique and has integrity. I would highly recommend him for any auto glass needs. Plus he is fun to talk to! Another mobile company stood us up so we called Jeff. I needed for him to install the front and back windshield moldings for my car with provided parts and within the next day of speaking to him on the phone, he got the job done. Jeff was very polite, friendly, and professional. He thoroughly explained what he was about to do and his expertise and experience he had had on the field to me. I couldn't be happier and would definitely call him again for any future jobs we might need. Totally recommeded!!!

Top notch!Pleasant, honest, and fast service! Jeff is a true expert at his craft.Two days after I gave him a call my windshield looks even better then the last replacement. Cost was nearly half the amount I was quoted from big chain glass shops! Highly recommended!!

Just this past week someone broke into my truck. I called safelite to get the work done and they never got back to me to schedule an appointment, so I looked online and found Coast Auto Glass. Based on the good ratings I thought I'd give them a shot since I was desperate. Coast Auto Glass was amazing. The service guys, Jeff and Bob, were very professional, efficient and ON TIME. They cleaned out and replaced my driver side glass in no time. I also asked them to take a look at my passenger side window because I had another break in several years ago. Another company came out to fix it and never got it to work right. Years after suffering from having only 1 window work I now have both fully functional windows again thanks to Coast Auto Glass. Thank you so much. My husband's car window was broken during a theft last Wednesday in LA. I called Jeff on Thursday and he answered immediately. My husband wanted an OEM part and Jeff was able to get ahold of one by Monday.Jeff and his associate came out Monday and did a fine job installing an OEM quarter window on a Jeep Wrangler. I thought I needed to repair some chips in my windshield. One quick look at it and Jeff told me the previous owner had already filled the chips and refilling them wouldn t work. I appreciated his quick assessment and HONESTY. He even offered to talk to the dealer I purchased the car from about the chips. Even though it couldn t be repaired, I offered to pay him for his time, which he refused to take. I m keeping this business card for sure!

Car broken into, smashed passenger window...glass shattered everywhere! Reassuring reviews on site plus 5 Star rating. Wonderful experience, Jeff & his partner did fabulous job!!! Professional & friendly, top quality. Cleaned all shattered glass from interior. Called 5pm yesterday, here by 10:30am today, so quick during Christmas season with many break-ins. Jeff is extremely professional. Right from when I spoke to him to get an estimate, I knew I would choose his service over many others listed that quoted me a cheaper price. I recommend him to anyone and I give him five start for his exceptional service. He came in and made sure not one single piece of glass is left behind. Also the quality of the glass is the best. Excellent service at a great price. Jeff and his colleague came to my house to install 4 windows and gaskets on my 71 VW bus (Not easy). Even though he hadn't seen these particular aftermarket parts, he took his time and got them in quick. The windows and bus were cleaned to perfection after as well. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend and use again!

Coast Auto Glass exceeded my expectation. I can't say enough as I glad I reviewed them prior that made me make my decision simple. The price the service and professionalism and workmanship second to none. I thank you Jeff for a great job you did in helping with my windshield that had rust do bad it was leaking. You made the repairs and could not ask for a better job and the price was absolutely fair. Thank you and your team for your service.

Excellent service and very fair price. I have a Mercedes Convertible. I knew it was going to be complicated when a rock kicked up and cracked my windshield. I took a chance with Jeff and so very glad I did. Excellent work. He really knows his stuff.

EXCEEDED my expectations!Woke up on Friday to find a 21 crack in my 2007 Nissan Murano windshield...needs replacing.Initially I called Jeff at Coast Auto Glass based on his excellent Yelp reviews. I called several other companies asking about the brand/quality of glass etc so I had a pool to choose from, but Jeff was most competent, and price was reasonable for great glass.Monday I watched them (Jeff and David) install my new Pilkington windshield at my house. I would now choose Jeff because of the SUPERIOR installation they do. They use only the best products (Dow) and the right/best tools. As an automotive engineer in the business for 20+ years, the way Jeff and David do it, is the way it should be done. This is what I hoped for.They exceeded my expectations because I was going to ask Jeff to help me figure out what caused the crack. I didn t even have a chance to ask him. Within 2 seconds (no joke) of walking up to the car, he identified the rock chip where the crack started. I couldn t find it for 3 days, and even when pointed out to me, I could hardly see it! I could barely feel it with my fingernail. Jeff also asked me if I wanted to route my 12V GPS wire along the front of the dashboard better for a cleaner look. Heck yeah! We measured and he tucked, centered and hid the wire for a super-clean look. Lastly, I appreciated that they didn t mind me watching and asking questions about what they were doing. They answered some questions I had from watching other windshield replacement people at the car company I use to work for .which REALLY makes me happy that I went with Jeff at Coast Auto Glass! You can also watch his video on his website/youtube. He actually does more than shown on the video, but it gives you a very good idea.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

What a great guy Jeff is. So honest and nice. I've had to use his services a few times in the last few years and just recently did again with a rock chip I got on my windshield. He took care of it as soon as he got the glass and it made my car look brand new again. Thanks Jeff!

If you want a dependable, honest windshield repair company this is your place.They were not only on time but called to confirm with me to see if I needed to change. They came exactly when they said they would and showed nothing but courtesy.Their service match their timing - impeccable.They made sure I understood all elements of what they were doing and explained each step to me. I am sure this is not common place but I am always looking to learn. They were willing to listen to my chatter out questions while still doing each step without missing a step.I would recommend these guys to my relatives.Thanks Coastal for a job well done.

This guy was amazing, I drove in from out of state to help my son with his truck and needed a side window that day, He was out with other customers told me he could order the glass and have it for me the next day. He also said if I could not wait try an auto salvage and explained in detail what tools I would need down to the size of the socket. He left me with, call me if you get stuck and have any questions. I called several glass shops before him and received the kind of service we have come to expect so it's shocking when you get this level of service. So many of us are quick to post the bad but forget to take the time when a company goes well above and when they do should me recognized for it. I don't see how you could go wrong making him your first call. I think his name was Jeff.

Jeff is super friendly and really knows what he's doing! The process was quick and easy and took him a very short amount of time. He came right to me and the cost was very minimal.
