The hard to find parts I needed were in stock and at a good price. Shipping was fast and inexpensive. I purchased from Classic Industries after I had already purchased from another source, only to have the parts that were reported to be in stock backordered, and not expected in for several months. Dealing with Classic Industries was a welcome pleasant surprise!

The emblem I ordered and received is not the same emblem in the pictures in the eBay ad. And does not match the details of the original emblem. like the one in the pictures on the eBay ad does ..See white circlesI m very disappointed with this emblem. I ordered other stuff from Classic Industries before and was very pleased with them. Was as described, and Looks exactly like the pictures they had shown. I think somebody dropped the ball on this one.

Great resource for classic American car parts. Nice showroom with lots to look at too! Service is solid and the sales staff is on point! It does get super crowded at times and will call is highly recommended if you plan to visit in person. Finally got our Impala SS back on the road thanks to Classic Industries!

I'm preparing my 69GTX 440-6 for sale and found that my console was broken. I thought that I could repair it but the plastic was totally dried out so I bought this beautiful new one from Classic. It came very quickly and I was lucky enough to get free shipping. Of course, I had to switch over all of the console components to the new base but anyone into car collecting/restoring should be able to do it with enough thought and diligence. I've included pictures of the final product (not yet installed in the GTX) and the remnants of the old Humpty Dumpty console base. Hope you like it.

I spent 18,000 dollars on my latest project,as usual everything showed up when they said it would be here. I spent 40 years repairing collision damaged vehicles and have worked with a lot of aftermarket parts,some are junk and others I m impressed with. Classic Industries gets a thumbs up, the fit and finish on everything I got(complete reskin)and all the sweet trim and chrome I have ZERO complaints. THANK YOU CLASSIC INDUSTRIES.

The parts are good, web sight is glitchey at times. Very happy overall.The shipping transit times are good but they spend a long time preparing the order. Looked at their credit card rewards with UMB Bank, check them out before you apply!Ordered more stuff today Thx

I ordered a set of their gold 16x8 0mm offset GTA wheels on 1-27-24. Received wheels Thursday morning Feb 1. Opened wheels to inspect because you know Chinese quality!! So 2 of the wheels were fine. The other 2 wheels had finish issues. One wheel had a lot of dirt and cracked paint in and under the clear coat and some fisheye of the clear coat all over the face of the wheel. The other had a huge long missing section of the anodized silver coating on the lip of the rim. It had been there before they cleared the wheel. The clear on this wheel with the missing anodized section was fine too without the dirt and fisheye in the clear.I immediately called and was transferred to customer care. I was told to sends pictures and description to customer care email which I did. I was told someone would reach out to me. I waited a fair amount of time before I called back. Monday afternoon I called and spoke to customer care again after getting no calls back from these people. The person I got a hold of in customer care looked up my order and found my email. He asked if I could hold for a minute while he does some research. I hear him immediately talking to whom I would assume was his supervisor. He forgot to put me on hold. Very first thing out of his mouth was I was being ridiculous and these issues could easily be buffed out and fixed by me. The supervisor said that he had gone back and looked through all the wheels they had in stock and they all had issues like this. He then advised the rep to offer me $100 off the price I paid. Like I'm supposed to have 2 wheels refinished for $100.The rep gets back on the phone not knowing I heard the whole conversation and says to me that they can offer me $100 off. I asked him, since they work in a restoration company, if they had their car painted and it had these issues in the clear coat and paint would that be acceptable. His answer was "I'm not a mechanic". I told him I shouldn't have to restore new restorations parts I order from a restoration company that prides themselves on selling quality restoration parts. I also asked if all the wheels they have in stick have this issue how did I get 2 that were fine? He didn't have an answer. I then told him that next time he wants to talk $hlt about the customer he has on the phone he might want to make sure they are on hold first. He went silent after that and I was none too happy about how they handled this whole situation. I made them send me a return label for the whole set of wheels.So if you're in the market for a set of these GTA wheels don't buy them from this place. By their own admission every wheel they have has some sort of finish issue.Attached pictures of all the white dots/dirt and fisheye are all from 1 wheel. It looks worse in person than the camera will show. The second wheel only had the black section on the lip of the wheel that was cleared over.

I ordered parts for my 1974 C/10 from Classic Industries and have been very pleased. Quality parts at reasonable prices. All of my parts have been very well packed for protection. Customer service is topnotch! I highly recommend this company if you are restoring or repairing you favorite old ride!

Purchased a horde of parts during a "sale" with them for an in-progress project, with another in the wings, that is going to need a lot of parts. Coincidentally, one of the parts (a vinyl top) was on-sale with their literal supplier (Legendary Auto) for about $30 less than what Classic wanted.Seeing price match claim from Classic, I figured there is no way they'll haggle over $30 difference for a part that they're supplier also offers.Yup, they just e-mail denied me the $30 difference on a $1,200+ purchase and won't price match, even though their "Sale" price was the aforementioned $30 more than their competition/supplier.Talk about penny wise and pound foolish! I'll avoid Classic in the future and buy from any of the many similarly priced (& cheaper shipping) competitors and/or their direct suppliers/manufacturers of their parts.

My order went smoothly. I found my items in the catalog and ordered via their web site. I accidentally ordered 2x of one item and have returned it and am waiting to see if they will refund me the $50 shipping to return it. The parts are high quality and arrived as advertised. I will buy from here again.

Not pleased with the shipping cost. The page I was on said free shipping on anything over 179 dollars. My purchase was 441 dollars. I was charged almost 69 dollars shipping. I called and the guy I talked to said that was because my purchase was over 100 pounds. When I received the package it on weighed 68 pounds. Not pleased with that part at all. Probably won t purchase anything else from them unless shipping is refunded

Purchasing parts for my classic Chevy. Classic Industries' catalog seems to have everything I need. Their prices are competitive, the quality is excellent, and there was a free shipping I took advantage of. Shipping time was extremely fast. They're now my go-to supplier.

Great customer service just be prepared for some wait time because they have a large inventory and many customers. They have a public address system both inside and in the parking lot to notify you that you are ready to be served or your order is ready for pickup so it makes it convenient. I'm sure it's not as bad during the week, I was there on a Saturday.

Had the lens covers I'd been looking for. Packaged well, shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. The shipper smashed the box so I had to take photos prior to opening, but the packing job saved the day. Scratch free and perfect fit.

There online system has incorrect part numbers and description. I ordered arm rest for my 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The parts description says, 65 - 67 Buick, Chevy, Oldsmobile. They shipped me the wrong part# PA278ABK. So I called the customer service line, Got to stay on hold for about 35 min. They told me to send an email to Customer care with photos and that someone would get back to me within 24 hrs. After 5 days and multiple emails I finally called and was hung up on several times and on terminal hold for about45 min. and finally someone answered. She stated that they don't sell parts for a 67 Cutlass and that OPG did. She also told me that no one answers the emails. So I ask why send photos and email if no one answers them and got what I would call a blank stare (use you imagination). Finally she said she would send me a postage paid shipping ticket. I have 2 classic cars and buy items all the time, so in the future I will look else where for my parts. I still haven't received the shipping ticket 2 days later.

This review is for a GM B-Body driver's floor pan patch panel - for my 1970 Pontiac Catalina convertible. My cutting out of the rusty sheet metal is underway and this patch panel looks like it is going to fit perfectly. Plenty of extra metal around the edge of the pan and the trough for the wiring ribbon cable to the rear of the vehicle is also stamped in.No complaints.Rick

Interior door panels the two back once not only didnt fit but the weren't even the same couldn't close door the miss by half inch ,I had to do surgery to get a job done it should never happen.doing business woth very poor quality vendor

Nice place to pick up parts for your classic but expect to spend some time here. I d recommend checking inventory before showing up or will call it otherwise you may end up leaving empty handed. Be sure to pull a ticket when you come in otherwise you ll be standing around waiting forever to be helped.

Husband ordered a blue Firebird steering wheel got a black one, they informed me to ship it back and they would automatically send me the right one in return. Once I shipped it back they were apparently out of stock?! Now we have to wait 6 weeks and maybe they would receive some, if not they would refund us back.I paid over 500$ Canadian for a steering being sold for 248$ U.S. don't mind paying more but,Once refunded we loose 100$ in duty fees and 100$ in shipping

I do not usually leave reviews unless they are 5-star but I m very irritated with what keeps happening to my orders. The latest order was on back order soon to be delivered. 2- door shells for a 73 Chevy Blazer. I got an email at 3:45 in the afternoon saying please let us know you still want these items that are is stock and ready to ship! I called them the next morning at 9am confirmed they were in and paid for the order. The gentleman said they would ship immediately. The next day I got two calls saying my parts were not there anymore and are again on back order with no delivery date to look forward to. And then said they said they refunded my money. I assume my order was canceled and It looks like they sold my parts to someone else making me last priority. I v e been waiting and checking on these doors for months to come available again. This isn t the first time this has happen to me. They did it with a bolt sets for fenders and other items that were listed in stock. I hope this is normal business for them. I will need to look at the other sites for my Blazer build that I m pretty much replacing all body panels and full interior. Sucks
