After a break check scam accident we took the car to Caliber. First the customer service is fire the lady in the front office is knowledgeable and on top of it. Matt you freakin rock man. He kept me up to date and answered all my questions. The car is beautiful with upgraded lights and front end features. I m beyond stoked. Shaka to the team!!!

It s always a hassle to have a car accident. Thank God for insurance, but Caliber was very good at staying in touch and updating us every step of the way with how our car was coming along. Because it was a new foreign car, it took a long time to get parts in. They were informative and kind though- and got my car back to me in great shape, after calibrating for the suspension, 3 weeks early!!

Great experience getting our Hyundai Santa Fe repaired after a collision. Matt Hurtado, our service advisor, made the process easy by keeping us well informed the entire time. He followed up immediately with all of our concerns and even took care of an issue from a prior repair. The quality of the work brought it back to like new condition. Well done, will use them again without hesitation.

My car was rear-ended and I needed to get repairs to fix my dented bumper so I called my insurance company to see what to do. I repaired it with the at fault driver's insurance, and they selected the repairs shop for me since I didn't have any preference as I have never been in an accident before. I'm so thankful the insurance agent selected this location of Caliber Collision because I had the most amazing experience there!From the start, each employee I spoke with over the phone was incredibly helpful and kind. The day I scheduled to drop my car off I realized my battery died, and I was able to order a new battery while I was at Caliber Collision and have it installed before finishing my bumper repairs. Mayra who works at the office was so lovely! She was so attentive and friendly, and I loved speaking with her since we had some downtime to do so. I appreciated the updates throughout the entire process of repairs, as well as the professionalism from each employee. My car was estimated to take about a week to repair, but it was finished and ready to be picked after only 3 days! My car looked brand new and was so clean. I know dealing with car accidents is never a good time but I truly had a 10/10 experience and will absolutely be taking my car here again if I ever need any repairs!

Ezra is a dream come true as far as car service industry employees go. He ensured my car was fixed in just a few days and was so gracious and kind through the entire process. From the moment I contacted Caliber Collision to the moment I drove my beautifully clean and repaired car off the lot, I received utterly professional and super friendly customer service. Ezra and Mayra were both friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and professional! The body repair was done quickly and efficiently, and CC even touched up the knicks and scratches on my paint job! They were also direct and forthright about the cost of repairs (though I went through my insurance). It seems they accept every major insurance company as well. I would totally recommend Caliber Collision on Graham Street to anyone without reservation.

I had a great experience with this company. Someone did a hit and run on my car some months ago and it was an incredibly stressful process but thankfully CC was really straight forward and the car looked better than it did before the accident. I'd absolutely recommend going here if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstances of needing a car repair.

After being hit I brought my 22 Equinox to Caliber Collision in Huntington Beach, at Graham Street. My rear door and rear side of the car had been hit and needed body work and repairs. I dropped my car off on 12/1/23 and had an estimated finish date of the 15th. As the 15th neared I was told that the painting had not been done correctly and that they needed additional time to rework. My car had been essentially completed on the 21st and drove to Caliber to check out my vehicle. Upon review of the work, I found the rear door did not close properly and all the way in, the trim on the inside of the door was not assembled correctly, the door frame had been painted a different finish and the outside of the newly painted door had scratches on it. The collision center agreed to return the car and make all the necessary repairs, this pushed the car not being repaired until the 27th. This also was extending my rental car past the allotted time allowed by my insurance company and I was charged additional money because my vehicle wasn t repaired properly in the first place. Overall the collision center had fixed the issues with my car that I presented to them, it was just a disappointing experience when your told the vehicle is complete the first time and it s clearly not and they try to ignore the fact that the very door they replaced isn t installed properly. On top of being charged extra for my car rental and having do an extensive interior clean in my car as well (had white/light gray dust of some sort all over the interior) and the long delay, this was definitely an exhausting process. I need to add that my car had been gone through and my owners manuals are missing as well. Overall, the car has been repaired (hopefully no additional issues arise, though they have warranty), I have additional charges to deal with and a missing owners manual. I will say the employees were being helpful during the process, and the facility is nice.

This place was super great. I was directed to go here through my insurance company and I had previously never heard of the place. I will always try to go back here if I have any other vehicle issues because they were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process of fixing my vehicle. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know who needs work on their car.

Wonderful. Myra saw to all my needs. She got the repairs done early for me because I was without a car. Parts manager brought me home and then he and Myra delivered the car.

Parts not in as promised!Took 3 months for a bumper replacementCar was in shop for 4 days, had to pick up without repair completed. Took over 21/2 months to receive the part that they said was in stock. Took months for a return phone call for a part that was told would only take a few days to order and receive! I would never use or recommend this repair shop!

After attempted theft of our 2012 Hyundai Elantra, which was unsuccessful because we had the ignition kill switch modification done, our car was damaged and undriveable. Thieves did not read the new Hyundai window stickers letting them know it could not be stolen with only a USB cable.When they couldn't unlock a rear door with a slim jim damaging the window regulator and door trim, they just smashed the window to get in, then they destroyed the steering wheel cover, ignition, wiper switch, mounting brackets, wiring, etc. Looked like they used a crow bar and a hammer instead of a screwdriver and a wrench.We took our car to Caliber on Graham St. in Huntington Beach and they not only restored all the damage to like new condition, our car was ready on time as promised. Ezra, the shop manager was very professional and great to work with, and Michael provided me with a ride home.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Edwin at the Huntington Beach location is a true professional! He was very attentive and communicative. His customer service went above and beyond! He has something very special that is unique to him and cannot be taught. He was my only glimmer of light when my own insurance company screwed me over. I was so appreciative and grateful to him that I picked him up and spun him around! He can most definitely be trusted with every aspect of managing and leading by example. Thank you Edwin and the Caliber Collision team for all your hardwork.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door I felt I was at home. The front office staff was warm and inviting and made me fill at ease. Kyle was my service advisor who oversaw my repair. His customer service was top notch, very respectful and delightful to work with. Keeping me updated every step of the way. You know, they say nothing in life is free, but Caliber Collision decided to challenge that notion. My bumper had seen better days, with dings, dents, and scratches that made it look like it had fought in bumper wrestling matches (it lost). It was starting to fall off, but when I brought my car to Caliber Collision, they told me the incredible news: they were going to fix it for free! I nearly dropped my coffee. I mean, who fixes stuff for free anymore? Apparently, Caliber Collision did for me, and I couldn't be more grateful.As I watched their skilled team work their bumper-restoring magic, I couldn't help but imagine my bumper as the star of its very own reality show, "Extreme Makeover: Bumper Edition." The suspense was unbearable as they wielded their tools and applied their skills. I half expected my bumper to emerge with a cape and a theme song.And when they finally unveiled the finished product, I couldn't believe my eyes. My bumper looked better than it did when I first drove the car off the lot. It was like they had turned back time, except without the flux capacitor. I was so thrilled that I considered getting a bumper-themed tattoo to commemorate the occasion.In conclusion, Caliber Collision not only fixed my bumper for free, but they also made the whole experience very smooth and easy. If you're in need of automotive repairs and friendly service, head on over to Caliber Collision they're the real bumper heroes we never knew we needed. Thanks, Caliber Collision, for turning my making my year! I will be back with any body damage I have in the future!P.S. They really just helped me attach my bumper back on, but this sounded much better!

I got hit & needed to replace my bumper and rear light - my car was in the shop for 1.5 weeks but when I got it back, it was fixed AND looked cleaner than it has in months (they did really good buffing job I guess?) & they even dropped it off at my place because I was struggling to figure out my ride there!!! The next day my car wouldn't start, so Tech (Caliber employee) offered to come and jump it. He suggested I needed a new battery and followed me to Autozone to get a new one and replaced it for me. He was so helpful and kind & I really appreciated his time!

Caliber Collision did excellent work and completed the job before the agreed date for delivery. They used original parts from Nissan and the parts are under warranty as well as the work. The car looks brand new. The customer service representative was very nice. She was very helpful and professional. I could not have made a better choice for repairs. Dan and Kyle offered fantastic customer service. They kept me updated on a regular basis on the status of my car repair and even with some manufacturer delays out of their control, they went out of their way to accommodate me with different solutions.
