Very happy with Caliber Collision. They can be relied on to get your car repaired on time and on estimate. I never even had to sit down in the waiting area. I might have wanted to read a magazine and have a coffee but I never had the chance. They keep you informed at every step of the process and they work very well with the insurance company and the rental car company. I recommend Caliber highly.

You cannot beat their customer service. They went way out of their way for me. For example they drove me home when I dropped off the car and delivered the car when it was done. They finished the car in half the time estimated. They were friendly and competent and my car looks brand new.

It s always stressful when needing to deal with the repercussions of being in an accident but Caliber made it so easy. Gregg was amazing and so communicative throughout the whole process. The work done on my car came out so great and it was even finished before the projected finish date. I am very grateful for all of the staff.

Recently someone hit my Jeep almost head on. Although the damage to my vehicle wasn't major, I was concerned about getting the Jeep back in the excellent condition it was in before the accident. Gregg was my advisor, and he assured me it would be repaired to my liking. His communication was excellent and he kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked it up all repairs were performed perfectly. In addition, the staff at the front office were professional and very helpful- they really made it easy. I couldn't be happier with Caliber, and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for body work.

When I dropped off my car, I met Javier and he reviewed the cars damage and stated he would keep me posted on it progress. As the work was being done, he advised on the status and updated me on the final steps being taken to complete the repairs.The results are Great, it really was done very well, and I am more than satisfied with their results.The Office Staff is very friendly, professional, and caring.Thanks to the entire team for all of their support and efforts to get my car back to me looking Great!!!I have already let friends and family know how Great You All Are. This shop rushed to do repairs and when questioned they went radio silent for nearly 1 month. After 5 objections, the GM of the shop told me that their work exceeded Mazda standards only problem is that there are areas of a new bumper that are not fully painted and there are scratches on areas repaired by this shop. The shop refused to adequately address these items. Will never revisit this branch of Caliber Collision.

Caliber Collision is the BEST auto collision shop in Orange County. Should you ever need a repair, and hopefully that is not often, they are the place to go. They handle everything for you with your insurance-the photos, the claim, the contact, the rental drop off and pick up- they make it so pleasant and easy. They have great customer service as well. When they promise the car, its ready by that date. Even earlier. I have gone there several times and each time, am completely satisfied. This time, I was helped by Javier - he was AWESOME. He explained the process step by step, stayed in contact with us daily and was so helpful and kind. He is the best. Thanks Javier. Caliber is great- We HIGHLY recommend them- 100% satisfied. 3 years ago I used this place when I was in a car accident. They were terrific. My daughter's car was stolen. When found, we had it towed there. They had it for 2 1/2 WEEKS AND DID NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone. They claimed they couldn't get the side mirror fixed or the windshield BECAUSE THE RADIO WAS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT THE HELL DOES THE RADIO HAVE TO DO WITH THE WINDSHIELD. The new manager is a smug punk and absolutely useless. I was shocked how awful this company had changed in three years. I would have given zero stars but not an option. We had a car rental for 30 days. His response was I didn't now it was up. They wasted our rental time. Now we are without a car. When we left with the car the idiot said oh and it doesn't seem to run right but they didn't have time to really drive it around. What the hell did they do for 2 1/2 weeks. They were shameful and deplorable to work with. The lies they kept telling us. They charged me $432 FOR A METAL KEY. NO FOB JUST A SINGLE METAL KEY. Which they did the 2nd day they had the car. Never touched it again. When the car engine was looked at, we saw the whole was covered in oil. Not a word from Caliber about this. They were useless. This is the Caliber on Logon in Costa Mesa.

I came in with my right front fender pushed in at the bottom and slightly bowing out. It was no longer flush with the passenger door. Christopher Lam and Christian Balanga helped me out. Their customer service was above and beyond what was needed. Their mechanic did great work on top of that. This was overall very easy experience. I was so thankful I got them lunch. Thank you Chris and Christian!!! Also please disregard the white streaks the car is just dirty I haven't washed it in a few days lol.

I had to take my car back after two years on a repair they had done. I thought for sure it would become a challenge to get it fixed. I almost didn't bother bringing it back. A quick drive by, history pull, and check. I dropped my car off the next day and picked it up 4 days later (fully covered under their life time warranty) my car was as good as new!I worked with Tek and he's so great! Receptionist and Estimator (David) were pleasant to deal with. They know what's expected from the insurance company and the customer. Efficient with required paperwork. Logistically they are pretty good, quality is lacking a little. Bumper came back and was obviously a different shade, wasn t blended with the rest of the truck very well. I would have said something but the truck was for sale and sold shortly after.

This place went above and beyond to repair my van. I got in a minor accident, Tek took a thorough look at my car and clearly told me what was wrong, he kept me updated, and did and excellent job in repairing the side of my van where it was hit. Not did he did a good job, he also went above and beyond on other areas of my car. From now on I am definitely only using this place as my repair shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was driving on the freeway and the truck in front of me had unsecured cardboard boxes in the bed. They fell off and flew towards me, hitting my front right bumper. I was able to set up an appt with Caliber Collision for an estimate. Tony helped me from start to finish. He assessed the damage and was able to schedule me in for repairs the following day. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and picked it up on the following Tuesday. Tony was communicative of all updates and made himself available to any questions or concerns that I had during the process. I received my car back in impeccable condition. Truly, it's the best it's ever looked since owning it. When I first bought my car, someone did a hit and run on my back right bumper the first week I had it... which I never got fixed. In addition to fixing the repairs I originally came in for, Tony did me a solid and fixed this dent as well! I am so appreciative of the service and care he provided. He is definitely an asset to the team. Highly recommend everyone to come here for any repairs needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tony was great at setting my appointment up, and getting my car ready for repair. Christian was also amazing at keeping me in the loop and progress of my repair. I always knew the status of my repair. My car came back looking great and like new! They both made the experience at Caliber top-notch!
