I have been using this shop for several years. We don t have many car issues but when we do, we always come here. I always feel like I get good communication and excellent service here. This time, they took my 6.0L power stroke and replaced the fuel injectors and other relevant items. They exceed my expectations every single time. The work has always held up. They always communicate and are forthright. Don t ever go to the dealer for maintenance. Come here and just get what you need at a reasonable price. They will stand behind their work as well. 6 stars if I could. Love this place!

I have been using Britton's Automotive for 18 years now and it never occurred to me to write a review. Maybe I just don't want to share the best mechanic with everyone?Bruce has worked on at least 5 of my cars over the years. He is very courteous, reasonably prices, always professional and on time. I love the fact that he is literally across the street from my work so I can drop off my car in the morning and pick it up when I get off work.I would highly recommend Britton's for service on any type of car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great!! They worked on my 09 Subaru Outback, Bruce is very nice and professional. Very good prices and not one to charge you for something you don t need!!! Normally don't write reviews and none negative so far. But couldn't stop myself in writing this. One of the worst and very shocking experience I had here.After we brought our car here, they didn't work on it for two weeks. After two weeks they called me and asked to take the car right away or they'll tow it just because they don't know how to fix it and they need space for other cars. Being out of station, they put us in very difficult position.As a way out we requested other mechanic shop in the same complex to work on our car. But these guys talked to those other mechanics to not work on our car, talking bad things about car and us as persons which is unethical and possible not legal. There is definitely lot of arrogance not sure what the reason it. And puts us as customer in very difficult situation.Writing this in the hope this may help others.Best of luck to the shop and other fellow customers.Thank you and Regards.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always great service from Britton's Automotive. I've been using them for over 20+ years. They keep both our cars running in excellent condition. I won't go to anyone else.

I can t even begin to share how beyond grateful I am for Brittons Automotive! I had an issue with my truck this morning. I lost all power on Beach Blvd and was barely able to coast into a parking lot. A friend recommended I call Bruce at Brittons and he took my call right away. I gave him a brief description of what I had going on. He did his best to estimate over the phone what was wrong. I asked if I could get it towed to his place and he said of course. The tow truck wouldn t let me ride to Brittons and Bruce came and picked me up himself. Considering I was a last minute entry into their lineup I didn t expect to hear from them until tomorrow at best. Before closing time (same day) Bruce got a hold of me and they had already managed to get my truck started and into the shop. Figuring I have a bad (leaking) battery causing shorts on some of my fuses, he s going to put a new battery and clean up the terminals in the morning. He even asked if I had a ride home from work. What a great place and great people. Top notch customer service!! Thanks Bruce and Brittons Automotive!!!Services: Electrical, Battery

The parking situation is horrible, but Bruce was amazing! He looked at my car, sent me home so he could find the best deal on the part I needed, and then called me with a quote and timeframe. I made an appointment and the part was installed within the time he said. It's a little personal owned shop, but the staff make it worth a visit.

Britton's Automotive is THE place to take your vehicle for repairs, in my opinion. Owner, Bruce Britton is a class act and is fairly priced. No regrets going there for my 1998 Toyota Camry.

It's almost impossible to find an honest mechanic. Maybe just a few bucks more than the competition, but always takes care if our family's cars, never tries to scam extra money out of the deal and dies a solid and efficient job. Great place. I found my new mechanic - Bruce did a great job diagnosing, communicating and fixing my truck so that it drives better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with the team. Got my truck in and out really quick and at a great price. They went through my truck found things the other mechanics missed, even showed me things i didn t need that were recommended by others. Great family business.
