I needed to have a measurement on my tires for a possible warranty claim. So I was sent over to Big O tires in Huntington Beach who is a provider for Michelin tires. I worked with the manager Chauncey, who was very nice and took extra time with me to figure out if the tires were under warranty or not. He even called the customer service line while I was standing there. The tires ended up being fine, but the customer service at Big O tires was fantastic. I walked out not needing new tires, but I was very thankful for the help. I ll be coming back to have them do other work on cars. They were very trustworthy.

Got 4 new tires last January. They've fixed two flat tires from a nail once and a screw this past time. Tire rotations as well... All done for free. My son loves going there, as he always gets balloons to keep him busy. They've always had an opening as soon as it's needed.Chauncey is always happy and helpful. Zero complaints. I've been more than satisfied with my service every time we've had to stop in.

Chauncey and Adrian were so kind and patient when I went in to get my car inspected. As a female, it s intimidating to take my car in for any reason without my husband there to handle the details.I felt so comfortable, and the guys took the time to explain the suggested work needed on my car.I will always come back to this location! So appreciative of their customer service!

My husband went in to get the nail in his tire fixed. A day later i noticed his center hubcap from that same tire they repaired and took off was missing. My husband called them and of course they didn t have it. Then proceeded to say well it could have fell off while driving which obviously isn t the case because they are the ones that took it off and forgot to put it back on. We were going to take our other car here to get checked but nevermind.

Told me my tires were too old and cracked to get a repair patch, but i could not see cracks. Plus anothe tire store down the street repaired the tire fine. Not a place i would recommend, but maybe it was just a bad day for them. Either way, i had to go to a different business to obtain decent service. Oh well.

Zach the store manager was super helpful and kind when I came in to get my tire checked out. His team fixed my tire on the spot so I was in and out. Always the nicest team here.

Got ripped off by Allen Tire. Called Big O and they got me right in to do work that Allen Tire jacked me around on! Great service! Great guys! So mad I didn't come to them first!

I bought a new set of tires from this shop and I am somewhat satisfied.I then came back later for tires rotation and a free brake Inspection. I was told that my brakes are warped. They are not warped. I took my vehicle to another repair shop and had them done for $110. And now he thinks I can be conned into coming back. There are many people who think I'm as dumb as they are.

Today I appreciate BIG O tires...long time ago my first husband worked for a BIG O tires. Ahead of time I new I was gonna be informed of alot of things wrong. This car is noisy with alarms when something needs done. But it resets itself too...relief for me. I got burdened with this facade of a car (2011 Lincoln MKT) when a 'friend' thought I needed a car and she couldn't afford the payments AND two months behind AND Sept. Tags AND alignment is bad AND oil change needed AND no spare tire AND ... it goes on and on with frustration for me. The worst is being bombshells with some one else's problems and alot of them that they keep me broke. So with that much knowledge I still knew BIG O Tires was gonna give me more bad news cuz the car was not taken care of properly. They went easy on me. I showed them what I had to spend. They went $6 lower than what I had!They are honest. A good group of dudes that get along real good. Great atmosphere. I appreciate all that! Thank you Clarence!

I have been to this Big O location a handful of time over the years and feel like I have to give them a review after today. I was over-hearing Josh (the manager, I believe) talk to a customer that was just in front of me. He was informing the customer of his options for whatever service was going to be preformed. I noticed that there was no pressure to make the customer do anything he didn't want to do, no "up selling", just the necessary information the customer needed. I feel like this every time I go in this shop. I feel like I am given options and all the information is straight forward and honest.I used to bring my vehicle here just for tires but now I bring mine and my wife's car in for oil changes and anything else that may be needed.I also like that when I bring my vehicle in for a service, and I am given a quote and the price is the same as the quote when I pick my vehicle up. I understand that sometime there are things that cannot be predicted when a quote is given, but some places will have a "special" price on an oil change and then when you go to pick up you vehicle they have an outrageous price for all the "extras" that they couldn't see during the quote of the "special" price. This place doesn't do that.Overall, I am very very happy with the service, price, timeliness, and customer service received every time I have been in this shop for the last few years.I just wanted to mention Chris C. for his great customer service. Also, there is one specific mechanic, I cant remember his name, who has always given me great recommendations for ways to handle odd (lots of rust on my 97 Jeep) situations with my vehicle.

I just had such a great experience at this place. I was helped by a very professional team, that went above and beyond to make sure I got my car fixed, and ready to go on the same day. I got all new tires, balance and alignment. It feels so good to drive my car, it's like night and day. Marcos was awesome, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain what would be the best options for me. I'll definitely be back =)

They will 100% rip you off. I went in for four new tires and $3,800 dollars of loaned money later I got to leave with repairs I didn't know I needed. Went back three months later to get a patch and they call me telling me I need $3,500 worth of work done. I said no. Went to an actual mechanic and got everything done for $750. Please do not go here. They are evil. The main got at the desk is not a nice guy. He will sell you your own sole.

I needed a new battery fast so rolled into this BigO on a Friday at 5:20p and they close at 6. I was out the door and on my way in 30 minutes!! Amazing Customer Service...I had barely gotten out of my car and Marcos greeted me and a tech was literally ready to test my battery immediately. Check these guys out if you are in HB....you'll be amazed!

I needed tire service I could not do at home. I made an appointment on line but was able to go in early. The service was completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

We had an emergency tire patch we needed before taking a trip down south on a holiday. We called right when they opened at 7 am and they got us in and out before 7:40am!! Awesome customer service, so thankful!! Chauncey was great and we will be coming back for sure. Thanks for a great experience!

Great team here! Alex,Chauncey, and Ricardo are the best! After a nightmare experience at Jiffy Lube where they had no clue how to do brakes or motor mounts this place did a great job on both.

I want to give a shout out to Chauncey the head manager and Angel the mechanic! I had a small nail stuck in my front right tire and Angel patched my tire in 20 mins or less. It was super quick. I have to say Chauncey is a fantastic manager that takes much pride and effort to run his tire facility smoothly. We had a great conversation that evening and he gave me a phenomenal deal that I couldn t pass up! I ve been here before and I always got the best service. I will be coming back for sure! Big O Tires on Beach Blvd. has The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HB! Again thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to help people like me get their car s fixed even after store hours. And just Remember ladies and Gentleman you need to say hello to Chauncey he ll fix you right up in no time!Peace

Chauncey is awesome. I needed 6 new trailer tires asap same day. He got them for me and waited a hour passed closing to help me get it done. I had a couple other problems and he stayed open till 10pm. I called 4 other tire shops including Americas tire and they didn't even have them in stock. I was a little nervous he was going to tack of a few hundred extra for all his help but he not only didn't he was about $50 cheaper than what I was quoted at places that didn't even have them in stock. This place is awesome and I got super lucky I went to this shop. Thank you Chauncey.

We needed a tire that the dealer told us was unrepairable. I spoke with the guys at Big O and confirmed it. Honestly, I wasn't sure. The replacement tire took less than 45 minutes. That is why I use Big O exclusively!

First time customer and was welcomed like family. Made an appointment online to skip the hassle of waiting and was in and out within the hour. Chauncey and Victor are stellar guys! If they don't have a tire in their store, they will go and pick it up at their other location. Will definitely return should I have any tire issues in the future.

I never left a review here previously because the staff is kind, but considering it's been months and our car is still having problems I figured I would. My husband and I took our Chevy Cruze here for a simple oil change. There were no issues with this car before handing it over to them. They returned our car back with major issues that left me stranded on the side of the road not even a day after. After $2000+ in car repairs from an actual dealership we are still having issues. Our car has never been the same since. Do not take your car here!

Great customer service! I went in for a nail in my tire. They got it fixed in no time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, no garage smells like other places.

They were very very busy - but they got me in - and done within a reasonable time and treated me so nicely.I think I gave my number to George 4 times b/c the computer kept rebooting - but he kept his cool and was just making me laugh the whole time. They all have a great attitude every time I go in there.Thank you

Wish i could give 6 stars. Arrived Sunday at 330 . The only tire place open on sunday. They close at 4. The manager on duty stayed over 3 hours late to fix a massive nail in my tire. Had my car ready later that night. These guys were super busy but still managed to take care of me. Will be recommending these guys to everybody. Super polite throughout the entire process and gave me options for my tires. Top caliber guys here. Keep up the awesome work! After everything they said since it was just a tire plug they fixed my tire for free!! These guys are the best super polite professional and well informed. Will be taking all of my cars in my family cars here in the future for any tire issues. Cant thank you guys enough!!

I stopped in here thinking I had a nail stuck in my tire, it looked repairable so I brought it in. Once they got it into the shop they realized it was just something jammed in the tread.. they could have charged me for time or, said they repaired it. However, they explained it to me and let me know I was good to go with no charge. Its easy to take advantage of people so I really respect their honesty and I will be back.
