This is not your pepboys type auto shop, or your uncle Vinnys tuneup/lube shop. This is a state of the art tune and performance facility. If you want to get every bit of performance out of your performance machine, then you need to see these guys. Ask for Serge, this man is and his highly trained technicians are genius!

BenzWorks is not only the best place to take your auto, they are honest and cari f about their customers. I travel a great distance from Redondo Beach to Huntington Beach because I trust them wholeheartedly. Serge is simply in another class!!! Thank you, BenzWorks.

I needed a brake job on my GLE 350 & this place came highly recommended. The attention to detail and friendly staff was impressive. I spoke with Serge on the phone a few days prior, he worked with me on scheduling to get me in and out in a timely manner. The quality of service and knowledge that BenzWorks has top notch. Serge is the man! He just mounted, lowered and ordered new wheels/tires for me. Got them here in a few days and got it all installed in a few hours.His prices are extremely fair for the quality of work and he will be the only one touching my MB moving forward. Worth the drive as I live in Dana Point.Thanks BenzWorks!

First let me say that these guys really know their stuff. They're familiar with all years & models. Its pretty impressive how their intimate knowledge of the cars allows them to diagnose and repair issues in an almost "Jedi" way.Its been my experience that Mechanics like this can be arrogant- NOT here. These guys are very friendly and personable which makes for a great Customer experience.Lastly, their prices are quite reasonable and as far as I'm concerned you just can't beat the value that they offer.Thanks for taking such good care of me (& the Bullet)!

I am so lucky to have found Benz Works to service my Mercedes Benz e350. I could not have been more impressed with the thorough inspection they did. The Mechanics here are experts, they truly do quality work at a great price. Its a big relief to have found professional mechanics that I can trust.

BenzWorks... an A+ shop all around.(TEAM)I've known Serge (owner) since '07 at his previous locations. He and his team (Nick and Paris) are great. They are an honest group of master technicians that do things right the first time. None of that disappointing work that other shops give customers. These guys will take care of their customers needs from beginning to end.(SHOP)Neat, clean, and organized. When you step into the shop, it's pretty cool. There are plenty of performance car parts on display, a small lounge area with a TV, clean restrooms, and a garage full of amazing cars. If you know their daily routines, the shop is cleaned and organized daily prior to closing.(KNOWLEDGE)Serge and his team will take care of your needs. Whether its basic maintenance or building some sort of monster performance car, they do it all. A lot of time and research is put into their work. They don't just do just to do (...if that makes sense). When it comes down to performance parts / work, they'll explain their opinions and suggestions along with the process on what will be done. They're able to give their customers knowledge as to why they should or shouldn't go with specific parts or get something done.(PRICING)BenzWorks' prices on parts and labor are very competitive. Nowhere close to expensive dealership prices. The team are all car guys (obviously). With that said, they themselves understand that no one wants to pay expensive dealership prices, therefore their prices are really good for the high quality work they perform.(PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)Since I've known Serge, I've taken both my Mercedes Benz vehicles to his shop. As weird as it may sound, I refuse to take my cars elsewhere. I've done that a few times before and wasn't satisfied with the other shops. Additionally... it makes much more sense when a shop knows your car's history since they're the only ones who worked on it. I've been extremely happy with BenzWorks that I've recommended the shop to all my family and friends who own Mercedes vehicles. My brother loves the shop and knows the team pretty well, my mom's car has gone there, my friends are constant returning customers, etc.Overall, if you, as a customer want to have your car well taken care of, BenzWorks is the place to go. They want all their customers to be happy. They take care of their customers' cars as if it were theirs.Thanks guys! Great work as always. Keep it up!

Awesome place for maintenance and repairs, super convenient, and the work was done in a timely fashion with great pricing. No more dealership pricing and up sells, BenzWorks has never given me anything other than honesty since day 1.

Decent service brought my AMG in for water headgasket issue due to head bolts problem. The water issue was resolved now my car Burns oil , a quart every 5k miles. When I brought in for oil change and I asked about issue after they worked on it I was told that that's normal for MB. Had the car 2 years prior to the service and after 4k worth of work it burns oil. They say not due to work but normal. Makes you think Hmmmm. So beware when you have major work performed at this shop.
