My car was scheduled for repairs with an assurance that the completion would be swift. Beach Collision offered shuttle service, called me at the end of each day to give me an update on the work completed, then detailed my car before I picked it up, earlier than originally expected. Their customer service and the quality of the work performed is five star.

Go anywhere else but here unless you don't care about the quality you receive.I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I'm assuming they get most of their clients from insurance claims since insurance companies usually choose the lowest bidder.This shop was unfortunately unable to perform a simple paint job correctly, not once, but after having my truck 3 times to try to solve the issue. I attached images of the paint defects over the course of leaving my hood with them on 3 separate occasions.After years of off-roading and long road trips, my hood had a decent amount of chips in the paint from road debris, gravel, etc. But it looked worse after this shop painted it than it did from 12 years of abuse and parking in the sun.While my truck was getting detailed at a nearby shop for a few days, we sent the hood here to get painted. The first time they had it, they took longer than promised and delivered it late, with the paint job sloppily done leaving the edges of the hood exposed and unpainted (see images).After pointing out the issue they wanted the hood back to repaint it. The next time was even worse and now it came back with white splatter or bubbles all over multiple area of the hood. It looked like something corrosive was eating away at the top coating. I've never seen such unacceptable and poor quality work as this.On top of the fact that they did such a poor job, it's even more confusing they they would give it back to the client with this level of defects. When confronted about it, they said it needed to cure for a month then it would polish out.Now, after waiting a month, we took it back to them to polish out the defects and they came to the same conclusion that we did a month before: it could not be fixed and they wanted to completely repaint it a 3rd time, which would now be my 4th time going without my vehicle while they ruined my paint.Luckily since I had a more successful shop than them as my middle-man, we were able to get the money refunded and took it to another shop which did the job right the first time. But I have a feeling it wouldn't have gone as smoothly if I were a lone individual.The entire process took a few months and I had to go without my truck for a week each time they had it, in addition to another 3 days to have the last shop fix the issues caused by these guys.You'd be better off doing it yourself with rattle cans from an auto store, than letting this shop do anything paint related. Maybe they just specialize in dent removal or something, but I can't fathom how a body shop can't perform simple paint jobs.

This shop does good work, but they have too much business. They are chronicly short of workers and space.They took weeks longer than predicted and were poor in communicating with me and my insurance company.

My car was being repaired for four months here due to issues with insurance, so I've communicated with beach collision employees countless times. AL is great, really appreciate him and his work ethic along with customer service. Amanda on the other hand, not so good. She has an attitude problem (as stated by multiple reviews) and overall is just a person you don't want to deal with. She has zero customer service skills and this business would probably benefit from her not being in charge of anything customer service related. 3/55 stars for AL and ginger (the business dog) and 0 stars for Amanda.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

I would have lost my car without Beach Collision. I have never written a review but I can not say enough good things about how helpful Al Palencia and Amanda were. I was rear-ended in my car by an uninsured motorist in Huntington Beach. I am insured with State Farm and took my car to Beach Collision based on a recommendation from a friend. State Farm tried to declare my car a total loss, and I was going to be upside down on the car. Al helped me challenge the claim with State Farm, and we won!! Beach Collision remained patient and supportive while I challenged the claim and my car is now being repaired. Thank you Beach Collision!!!

This place takes way too long. Low estimates and adds thousands more when they have the car. Had a small dent that can be pulled and they took the whole car apart. Completely incompetent, scamers. Do not come here

Took my car here for front end repair. It took them about 6 weeks to finish it, the communication from them is literal trash and the front office girl has an attitude for no reason. Then 2 months later my AC stopped blowing cold air (this was part of the repairs) so I took it back, they claimed it just needed to be charged......yeah, "charged" 2 months later then 4 months after that it stopped working again. When I reached out again, the OWNER told me to take it to the dealership.....my advice? Take it to a REPUTABLE repair shop.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop I ve been working with body shop s for many years and these guys know how to get it done right from start to finish. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and Amanda at the front desk is very pleasant to work with! Thnx guys

I drove down here believing they would hear me out and help me with my vehicle. Mark absolutely did nothing, he criticized me the moment I walked into the shop. He never bothered to look at my vehicle or get back to me with an estimate . All he cares about is the money, he quoted me 6,000 for an estimate with out bothering to look at the damages up close . I m not sure why he treated me this way , maybe because I didn t lookup to his standards . I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for someone to trust with their vehicle.As a teacher I work with all kinds of people from different backgrounds, but I never felt so belittled by Mark.If you can visit another shop , I recommend you do.

This shop is amazing! I had some chipping paint on my brand new 2018 Subaru Limited and these guys not only took care of me, but they did an amazing job on my vehicle. Subaru has a three (3) stage pearl paint to which they matched flawlessly! I highly recommend them if you're in need of any repairs to your vehicle, especially a Subaru.

I agree 100% with the last post I had a terrible paint job and touch up done by mikes crew he means well but the paint jobs here are not the greatest. My insurance company payed over $ 14,000.00 total and it would have been nice to get a decent paint job and a blend with little orange peel. They over look small things that mean a lot I guess I have to go back to them again.

I am very dissatisfied after giving many fantastic reviews of this place. And they re always late they never do anything on time they never return phone calls a warranty job that was supposed to take one week is now running well over one month I would say even though they are Volkswagen and Subaru factory authorized I would consider going elsewhere.

I specifically went with this place because of the quoted quick turn around. I was told 4 days then a week, then 2 or 3 more days... ends up taking 2.5 weeks. 2.5 weeks is what the other shops i called quoted me, so they don't work slowly but I travelled extra to come here for no reason and had made plans thinking i would have the car back 2 weeks later but did not. The repair was very good but was annoyed about the misquotes. When I brought it up after the 4th pushback they denied it
