I have had Paintless dent repair performed by various other local companies over the years on my Mustang and my experience at Beach Cities far surpassed both my expectations from a customer service perspective as well as quality. Swung by for a quote on an eyesore of a door ding. Jordan checked the repair area out and we agreed to have the work done. In less than a half an hour, it s like it never happened. I can t recommend these guys enough. They are economical, fast, and experts at PDR.Well, since Google won t allow multiple reviews, I had to edit this one.Two weeks later, I went back with another door ding and it was Jordan to the rescue again. Can t say enough good things about this place.They have a customer for life now.

Someone backed into the passenger side front door of my car in a parking lot. I took my car to Jeff at Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal. Jeff and the rest of the staff were kind and professional, and repaired the dent on my car quickly and with expertise. Would recommend to anyone looking for dent removal or paint. Can't thank them enough! Went in with a dent that was keeping me from opening my driver's side door. Was really worried about the price of replacing the part that was damaged. They offered to do a "make-do" repair so I could at least open the door, right there on the spot for free. Did a GREAT job!! Thank you!

I went in for an estimate with a simple 3" rounded impression on my fender and Jeff would not quote me a price in person. He wanted to email a price to me. I finally told him I had a price of $150 from a skilled paintless dent repair team from LB and I was willing to spend up to $200 to not have to drive to LB. He turned down the job and said it would be more like $500. I felt like he was way over priced! And, I was paying for his elaborate showroom hang out instead of a simple repair. I had the work done for $150 from the guy in LB and it was a no brainer!

Brought in my Porsche 911 to get a small dent removed from the rear panel. I researched a few places in OC before deciding to come here. I liked that they had their own shop and weren't a mobile dent removal place. Mark went through the options of fixing the car and we decided on one together. He was able to fix the dent without damaging or removing my car's rock guard. Additionally, he was able to fix the dent without drilling new holes or modifying the car in anyway (the dent was in a hard to reach/fix area), taking extra time to figure out a way to remove the dent. The paint was not chipped or damaged in any way after the repair as well.Mark did an excellent job and my car looks like it did before the dent. He was easy to talk to, and took his time fixing my car. I don't mind paying or waiting for quality work, however, it is nice that their prices are more than fair, in fact all my friends thought I paid more for their services when I described the work and the final result.I also had a chat with Jeff while waiting, about car detailing and general repair/maintenance and I enjoyed listening to his knowledge about cars as well as looking at some of his work. He's really passionate about racing cars, working on cars and it was refreshing to talk to someone passionate about their trade.Overall, I would definitely come back if I ever had to.

Had a dent in the back fender and took it to a few places for estimates. Other estimates much higher. I had Beach Cities do the repair and they did a great job. Hopefully I would get another dent, but if I did, I would definitely go to them for another repair.

Mark does great work!. He removed a door ding from the right rear quarter panel of our Cadillac and it looked good as new for about a week. Bang! another door ding on the opposite side. Grrrr.Called Mark, he said bring it in. Once again he removed the dent to perfection. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices too.Edit - Visit #3 with a brand new dent in my brand new truck (186 miles to be exact). Mark took a look, said he could repair the dent, but the paint is questionable and may crack due to the location /severity of the dent. Picked up my truck the next day and the dent was perfect. Unfortunately the paint did crack (slightly), but was able to be saved and clear coated over. Mark is truly a master at his craft. Thanks again.

Jeff was awesome! Found him on Google...after calling (3) local companies in the Long Beach area, no one answered there phone. I read all the reviews on Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal and decided it was worth a call. Not only did Jeff answer the phone , he was very polite and professional. I explain to him my situation and the urgency to have the dent removed same day because I had the car in a classic car show the following morning. I took the drive down to Huntington Beach, as I pulled in Jeff came right up to the car took a look and started working on it. Within 20 minutes he was done and the dent was like it never happened. Jeff has earned my business and referrals for life. His customer service and profession excess beyond anything I expected.

Jeff did an absolutely phenomenal job taking two dents out of the drivers door on my Ram 2500. The truck is a week old and the damage was done on the dealership lot. He quickly respond to my text messages, quoted me a great price, and had me out the door in an hour. He discovered a second dent above the one visible to the eye and removed it without an extra charge. Great work, ethical business practices, and nice guy on top of it. I highly recommend using this business for dent repair!!

I left a review for this business on Yelp and thought I would do the same here as well.I was on the way home, after having serviced my car at a local dealership, and I decided to search for dent removal. I chose this particular shop on a whim and was very surprised. Jeff, who I assume is the owner, quoted me $75 to remove a door ding from my driver door. The ding on my door didn't have any paint issues but it did have a sharp depression in it. I was expecting slight visible improvement. Instead, after working the spot for 15-20 minutes, it was completely gone. As hard as I looked, from every angle, in different lighting, I couldn't find any trace of the damage. Jeff did a great job and I will definitely go back to him anytime I have an issue like that again. Give him a try!

super dent removal on my new car !! It was on the curved part of my hood that has a crease across the dent that gives the hood An attractive design. Jeff put in back to the Original look. Very pleased w/ the result & reasonably priced ! 5 S for this Business. Loretta in Huntington Beach.

"Epic craftsmanship", my foot! Was promised a dent removal, restoration, and cleaning of the smudges. The guy managed to remove the small dent (hence the 2 stars) and tried pushing the edge of the bumper and threw his hands up and said can't be done. Didn't even try to do anything for the scratches as initially told. And yet charged me the original quote.Update: Really? How pathetic to go the "obvious bot" response. From grifting and incompetence to a total nutcase! Just WOW!It was on Jan 7th, morning.Down to 1 star. Unfortunately can't go any lower

Hands down the best paintless dent removal company anywhere in the US. Jeff is fair, and delivers on what he says. His price was as quoted and his work ethic is above reproach. He highly recommend them for any dent removal. The dent disappeared in my airstream like it was never even there. Thank you Jeff.

I just brought in my 2019 Dodge Challenger because of a door ding that I got at work and it was bothering the hell out of me. Looked around and I saw Jeff's reviews I was skeptical at first to be honest, but I came earlier than my appointment time and Jeff accommodated me and he did an excellent job. The ding is gone!!! As if it was never there..thanks again Jeff!!! You have no idea how much stress you took off my shoulders thanks again I will definitely be recommending you!!!!

I have brought my cars to Jeff several times for basic dings in door, he handled all of these with ease while I waited. but this last time I wasn't sure. I stupidly used my brand new Chevy Tahoe to pull a stump out of the ground. the stump sure came out, but not before it flung into my tail gate and dented right at the seam. he needed a little more time on this one understandably, but when I picked it up, you would not even have known the damage ever happened. Great job Jeff!

I wish I had pictures of the before I could share, this guy is incredible at what he does!I hit the side of my X5 parking into my garage, this created a big dent on the designed part of the body (I don t know what it s called, sorry) so we knew it was going to be a challenge, after talking to various shops, both paint-less and ones where they would require a paint job, we went with Beach cities dent removal, he (Jeff, the owner) made my car look new again! Omg, he is so blessed with this talent, and we felt so blessed to have done business with him. Just wow, amazing! Also, he and his wife were very nice and professional. Thank you!Emirce

Jeff did an amazing job on my car. Had a dent in my driver side back door from someone hitting a golf ball into the side of it. It looks like it was never there. He even buffed out the scuff it left. Did the whole job in 20 minutes and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend Jeff at Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal!

Unfortunately, my new weeks-old Lexus sustained a difficult dent on the body line of door rail. Fortunately, my experience with Mark at Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal was stress-free and impressive. Mark is a true craftsman who continued working for extra hours to make sure the result is exceptional. Awesome guy and great talking with him for the whole time!

Jeff from Beach Cities Paintless Dent Repair honestly rescued and salvaged what was originally a stressful, unfortunate car situation. Less than a month after purchasing my brand new Kia Forte hatchback (and well before my plates even arrived), my car got a 2-foot long dent from a wooden post (and a poor valet service). I felt like I wanted to faint seeing my brand new car dented with white scuff marks from the post. The silver lining was that none of the car paint scraped off so I looked up local paintless dent removal services on Yelp, and Beach Cities had the most - and highest average - reviews.The process was so easy. For someone who works full-time, I knew I had no time to stop by just for a quote. Luckily, from their website, Beach Cities gave me the option to text photos of my car dent along with just my name and phone number. Within an hour or so, I received a call back. Jeff owns the business from what I remember, and is actively running it so he was the one who returned my call. I could not have expected someone more courteous and understanding on the phone. Also, even with my crappy iPhone pics, he had a good understanding of how the dent looks like and how he would approach the repair. He even gave me a quote on the spot and an estimated time it would take to fix.I felt it was a reasonable price so I opted for the service. Dropped the car off the next day, carpooled to work, and was dropped off to my car at the end of my work day. Despite the fact that the impact and nature of the dent stretched the metal on the car door, I was really pleased with the results. Anyone who doesn't know where the car dent was located could not find it when they tried searching! My brand new car was saved and Beach Cities just secured a loyal customer :) though I am seriously hoping that I would never have to go through this again!

I was blown away by the work the guys at beach cities pdr did on my car. I had a pretty deep dent on my right rear quarter panel on my 2002 Mercedes Benz e55 AMG that I was almost certain that it wouldn't come out perfectly. I texted them asking for a quote on the price of the repairs and Jeff even took the time to call me about my dent. When I came back to look at the dent, I was shocked that I couldn't notice it was even there in the first place (Thanks to Mark). I would highly recommend this place for any pdr needs as they are highly professional and their customer service is top notch. I'll be back for any other dents I need fixed.

These guys are far away from me and I'll gladly travel to them every single time I need work done. There is a reason they only have 5 starts reviews. They do amazing work. They've removed door dings from my car on multiple occasions and every time it's like it was never even there.
