Not sure how they deleted my review but I brought my S-Class that was just out of warranty here years back as the check engine light came on and was blowing smoke out the exhaust. I was told the issue would be a new ECU and they offered one for $1700. I brought it to the dealership for a second opinion and come to find out the ECU was fully covered under warranty. Not sure why they didn't advise this.

Mike and Michelle were very professional and friendly. I took my W140 in for a repair that had stumped me and drained my time trying to do on my own. Mike diagnosed the car very quickly and accurately. He had my transmission repair completed for a fantastic price point and nailed the fix the first time. I genuinely look forward to using Beach Benz again for my next service needed on the car as I know it will be done honestly and done right! Thank you again Mike and Michelle.Service: Transmission

I can t speak highly enough about Mike & Vince.I would recommend highly and go back. They look out for you and do what they say they will do.Clean shop, great service, delivered on time.Did Service D for a 2003 E320 and one pound of AC coolant $435 out the door.

Fantastic place. Service is always quick, friendly, honest and reliable. Been going here for years. Mike is always honest with me and will say whether he thinks I need something replaced right away or if I can wait. Id consider myself more of a Honda or Toyota guy but Beach Benz makes me want to keep getting Mercedes - just so I can have an honest mechanic to go to.

I ve been using Beach Benz for 7+ years and Mike is by far the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I ve ever met. I needed a repair that was going to cost $3,000+ and instead of just charging me that amount (because I would have never known the difference) he found a loophole to have it fully covered by the manufacturer. He literally went out of his way to save me money by calling the dealer and confirming it could be done by them at no charge. If you have a MBZ, Beach Benz needs to be saved in your phone s contacts. Thanks Mike!

Very friendly staff and the tech that helped me went over and beyond to service my vehicle and gave me great advice on other items to repair. From the first phone for an estimate to completing my service I felt like I was valued as a customer. If your car needs a fix I highly recommend Beach Benz

One of the best Mercedes mechanics in OC. He knows older models, is very efficient, honest and a genuinely nice guy. Vince is a my usual and very experienced mechanic and really does an awesome job on my newer Benz too.

We had a Benz breakdown while travelling from Vancouver Canada. We just happened to be close to this shop. They got parts quickly and gave very professional great service. I would definitely use them again for any of my car needs.

I have been taking my vehicle to them for many years. They are HONEST!!! They do a great job at a fair price and have always had the work completed on time as quoted. I would never take my Mercedes to another mechanic.

I have been taking my cars to Beach Benz for more than 10 years. Previously, I tried other shops and found Beach Benz to be the best of the bunch. Excellent communication, accurate, reasonably priced resolutions are the order of the day here. This service center is a very rare, comforting find in the complex world of auto service.
