I highly recommend these guys! Great shop, clean, professional, and real friendly bunch of guys. I came to them with my brand new 992 GT3, literally straight off the truck to have them put in the BBi roll bar and a 6 point harness. Being it s a brand new car I had concerns about how clean the job would be. They did such a clean job that it looks like it s from the factory!!! I ll definitely be in touch for all my Porsche needs in the future.

Purchased and picked up the BBi Seat base and slider kit and I attempted to it install myself in order to make an event the same weekend. The base didn't seem to fit. Texted BBi and they were quick to arrange for me to stop by on short notice! Turns out the thick stock 996 carpet was pushing the seat base to misalign. Cut a bit out and it fit just fine. BBi team was super nice in having a tech help me install it. They completely made it right for me. Then followed up to make sure I was happy with the product.Thank you Charles and team!! Will be looking you up for my future motor-sporting needs! =DNote to self: It really takes about 6-8 hours to fiddle and install the race seat if it is your first time or non-mechanically inclined like me. So you may consider paying for the install if time and effort is in high demand for you.I also needed a 7/16-20 grade 8 nut and washer for the stock seat belt receptacle bolt (don't have harnesses yet). Stock seat base has a threaded bracket.Also it is very convenient solution to buy a seat from neighboring Sube sports who partner with BBi and recommended them to me for bracket and install.

Excellent customer service experience with Charles. They tuned my Turbo S and achieved great gains over the generic tunes. They're very knowledgeable and where able to fix all my engine codes after some bolt on mods that two other well known shops couldn't find. Couldn't be more satisfied with the BBI crew.

First rate service. I have been going here for several years. They excel at tuning the Porsche suspension and engine for peak performance and reliability. They can rebuild the engine, but they are also happy to perform basic maintenance on your Porsche or other performance car, including oil, brakes, tires, etc. Ask for Charles.

We can't say enough great things about BBI, especially Charles. We deal with dozens of aftermarket companies on a daily bases and BBI and their team are top notch from the top to the bottom. From the first moment I walked in, BBI and especially Charles have taken extremely good care of me. The service was prompt, well priced, and very very punctual. In addition, when it comes to custom jobs, they take their do diligence and make sure that the product you receive is world class. Purchased a custom remote Accessport tune for my Cayman GTS. This is the third remote tune that I have purchased for a vehicle. BBi did a total of four revisions for the tune as part of the standard process, which is more revisions than any other tuner I have used.The response time was very quick and they answered any questions that I had. Highly recommended for Porsche remote tuning!

BBI has been known in the Porsche and tuning world for a long time and have been known as a premier tuner for water cooled Porsches. I was initially intimidated to call them in the first place for repairs on my Porsche 996. After all, I have the most hated of the 911 line and my budget was very low compared to some of the builds known to come out of the shop (they have 2 Carrera GT's for god sake!). After talking on the phone with Charles Kahle, all that fear went out the window. I first called about BBI's Clutch Slave Cylinder Conversion for the 996 Turbo. It is very common for these things to fail, and I needed some more knowledge on which route to go with. Charles walked through the differences between the factory, theirs and some other competitors. He was honest with the pro's and con's of each and convinced me to go with their product.Now, the rabbit hole. While I was there, I asked about a few questions on my car, since I knew there were going to be other areas down the road. I noticed a coolant leak on the car, before having to ask, Charles already knew about the weakness on the 996 Turbo cooling system and warned me about the problem. We then went on to talk about the direction of the car, how to bullet proof it in a way, and which direction to upgrade within my budget and means. They even told me ways of saving money, rather than spending it.Every single time I have stepped foot in the door, Charles has greeted me with great enthusiasm, and always grabs the specialist of each department to answer my questions if he is not able to answer it himself. I even met the owner, Betim Berisha, I have seen him on a lot of Youtube and other social media going over their impressive builds. Even though I was open about not having a large budget and keeping cost low, even Betim was more than willing to give his time. He even offered me a ridiculous deal on a set of BBS wheels and tires that were way below msrp. I feel that I saved a ton of money on the advice they gave me alone, and they were even kind enough to discount some parts and services for me to meet my budget.In the end, I recommend this shop. I feel like they gave me the same respect and service for my low end 996 as they did to an owner of a GT3 Touring, Carrera GT or even Mclaren 675LT, all of those cars by the way were their during one of my many visits. Service, Parts and Sales, 5 stars all day.

Whoa... Cool place and looks like a high-end tuner and custome Porsche mechanic. Just drove by and saw a car p eking out through the open door so stopped in. Nice staff as well!! :)
