Autowerkes has been servicing my BMW and Porsche vehicles since 2016. I have been referred to this shop through several Porsche- owners/enthusiasts. I have never been disappointed with the quality of work/labor, high level of customer service, and trustworthiness! Thank you Autowerkes!

I have had my car worked on by Autowerkes for 4 years now. They are a no-nonsense group worth every penny, in my mind. I have a 2002 BMW that has been diagnosed and repaired. They have always been courteous, professional, and friendly.For some car enthusiasts, having a knowledgeable mechanic is a godsend. Their work is impeccable. I know if I send the car in for a service, it will be given back to me without any issue. Having an older car as a daily driver may be a risky gamble for some, but not for me, thanks to these gentlemen. Even the smallest complaint is looked after with the same level of care as major issues.I bought my car after having a pre-purchase inspection at Autowerkes. I have never felt uncomfortable with the price they have quoted, and the result is a car that I can trust, with repairs done reliably and without shortcuts or compromise.I also have to mention, they wash and detail the car after every service, and I'm always happy to see how much care they place, even on an older car like mine. It is nice to see my pride in ownership is reflected by the people I trust to maintain my car. Came to help me with a repair AFTER hours what would have cost me a fortune and put me in a situation where I didn t have my car for a few days .. I m a single mom nobody has time for that . Was done within a couple of hours and sent me on my way . When I say life saver I mean life saver !!!!

My Porsche 911 turbo needed a new alternator and they adjusted a few things. The car runs like it did never before. They did an amazing job. I'm sure I'm bringing it back for the next service. These guys are doing an excellent job,picking you up, dropping you off..The car is washed, vacuumed.

This is my second repair job for my 2006 BMW 750. I had excellent transmission repair in the past. This time I had rear wheel bearingreplacement and valve cover and timing belt gasket replacement to fix a massive oil leak. The work done was excellent. Very professional shop. You get the job done right at a good price. Excellent car wash was provided too.

I dropped by to get one of the bulbs on my sedan replaced. Bruce was super helpful and helped me get in and out in less than 30 minutes. He even helped reset my warning lights so I didn't have to go the dealership after. All around great and straightforward service and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bruce and his team started servicing my 944 in 1993, and then my 968. For the past 16 years, they ve serviced my mom s Mercedes. Their level of expertise and knowledge is outstanding and I ve never been oversold or pushed into it might happen repair work. In all our years, we ve never, ever had an issue with the service performed. I tell everyone to go there, no hesitation, 100% confidence.

Had several work done there. They have always done great work on my e30. Bruce, Johnny, Phil and the rest of the team have treated me well and know what they are doing. Honest prices and great customer service. They really.treat your car like it was one of their own.

2015 Cayenne S. The "intermediate service needed" warning light came on around 48,000 miles.We recently moved to HB. No Porsche dealers very close and since the car was out of warranty we decided to try Autowerkes as they are only a few minutes from our home.I called our old dealer about the items needed just to compare what they said against Autowerkes. Interestingly the dealer said besides the standard Oil change and plugs we needed to change out the transmission fluid. And that was a big $$$$ number.When I called Autowerkes they said the transmission fluid didnt require changing until 160,000 miles per the maintenance schedule recommended by Porsche.So I had Autowerkes do just the Oil and plugs.I got a call from them later in the day that the brake pads on the front were extremely low. So I had them replace them as well.At the end of the day they called to let me know that after test driving the vehicle they believed the Transfer Case to be failing and were checking with Porsche to see if there were known issues. They would have an answer in the AM. Next morning they let me know an extended warranty was in effect but the work had to be done at a Porsche Dealer so I was given a specific contact at the dealer who was able to schedule the repair. No need to start the warranty dialogue with the dealer. Autowerkes greased the process along for me.I like the fact that Autowerkes offers complimentary shuttle. Thorough inspection so as to detect problems. And they clean and wash your vehicle.Great communications from beginning to end.Services: Brakes, Oil change

If you own a Mercedes, Porsche, or BMW this is where you need to go. Great mechanics that fix your car right the first time are just part of the equation. This is a business that you can trust - their prices are fair, they don't B.S. you, and they provide excellent service. I've been coming here for years and if I can ever get the kids through college, I'll feel comfortable buying an older Porsche since I know that I'll be able to maintain it with the help of AutoWerkes.

My car is still under warranty and Autowerks does all my service (If its a warranty issue, I go to the dealer, since its free). Though I am extremely OCD (I think most 911 owners are), I completely trust these guys. I was there last week for front breaks. First of all, they charge about half the price as the Porsche dealer, using the same factory parts (I think their baseline for Parts is OEM). You make an appointment, show up, they give you a ride to the car rental place. They call you a few times with updates (usually more than what you get from a Porsche dealer in a week when they have your car), Come back in the afternoon and believe it or not your car is ready, washed and detailed.At the end, you keep half your money. This is the third time and they do an excellent job, more important, they back their work. And if you need something in an emergency, you dive there and they will take care of it on the spot.

I had a great experience taking my Mercedes-Benz to Autowerkes. Very fair and honest!!Only needed my front breaks done and completed it right on time. They even thought of some minor stuff I forgot to mention. I'm very happy with the work and experience!

Engaged them to do a PPI on a Cayman I had agreed to purchase from a classified ad pending the PPI result. The car's owner was a customer of theirs and they had serviced the car while he owned it. They asked me the purchase price and then one of their employees reached out to the owner and convinced him to sell to them instead for the same price.This car was advertised at a $13k discount because Autowerks had quoted $15k to fix it. The car ran great but the diagnosis was based upon finding small metal particles in the oil filter. No further diagnosis was done after that.

Excellent service very professional, honest, on time and most important FAIR Bruce, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really makes a big difference when you need to trust someone who will tell you whats wrong with your car I have an older model MB, and instead of performing the services at the dealer, i started to take it to Bruce He saved me hundreds and hundreds of $$$ HIGHLY recommended!!!
