Back again for major tune up! Runs great! My baby is old so we all know things wear out and need replaced. Automotive Excellence did it again. This place is great! I was trying to get my transmission fluid replaced and was recommended to Automotive Exellence. The customer service was amazing! Josh was very helpful and reasonable and was willingly to help decrease the price for my transmission. Unfortunately, I didn t go that route due to my budget but I was able to get my brake fluids fixed by them and they got it done at a certain time I wanted it to be done! Great team they got over there, definitely my spot to go to.

I took my car in for an oil change and check up after being new to the area and receiving a coupon flyer in the mail from them. I'm so glad I went it! Sam and the crew were extremely nice, very knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely gained a new customer. They made sure my car was safe and roadworthy after having some issues with it. Thank you Automotive Excellence! My family and I will definitely be back.

Automotive excellence is the best mechanics you'll come across. Not only do they make sure you feel welcome. They put you as a priority. They fixed my car putting a new transmission and brakes. And make sure to follow up on my the car too see if it was running well several days later. They also notice work that my prior mechanics did that needed to be redone. They're always looking out for the best interest of their clients car. I highly recommend them to work on any car. They are a very trustworthy company.

Super nice to work with. Friendly, understanding, compassionate and helpful and they have a sense of humor. Fantastic experience repaired my beloved 2004 Mustang coupe. Entire staff is wonderful, courteous and friendly. The mechanics are terrific. Time was taken to thoroughly diagnose the problems with car and properly repair them. Without a doubt Automotive Excellence are my new mechanics!!

They took such good care of my car and fixed the issues going on with it and explained everything they had to do and communicated with everything they were doing to my car. 5 stars! Much love to Alex, Evi, and the rest of the staff, these guys are awesome! This is my 2nd time going with Automotive Excellence and they ve earned my trust & respect. I took in my newly acquired 2014 Genesis Coupe 2.0t due to a clicking noise in the rear along with a check engine light involving my turbocharger not building boost. After inspection they quickly determined I was in need of replacing both cv axles (they were shot, no possibility of rebuilding) and my turbo s wastegate. I received my car back and was taken back on how great it ran. No more clicking noise from the rear and my car builds up boost loads better than before so I was literally taken back in my seat. I am beyond happy with the quality of service and parts, I will stay a returning customer. Took my 74 Stingray to these guys & paid over $5,000 and was given back my car in WORSE functioning order than when I brought it in. The list is too long to type it all out but they charged me for a carburetor adjustment that fell out of alignment before they even gave it back to me, it even says so on my invoice. They convinced me to spend $2,000 on control arm bushings & shocks that I am honestly convinced was not even needed. They gave me back a vehicle with no working brake vacuum, fuel leaks which cost me 3 whole tanks of gas on nothing, and they somehow disconnected my turn signals & hazards and left loose cables. They also gave me my vehicle with zero gas in it & it would not start for this reason so they gave me a drop of gas to get around the corner. For $5000+ and all my troubles the least you could do is fill it halfway. Bunch of miscellaneous checks each costing $180. They charge $180 just to look at something, I was charged with that amount one of many times just for them checking to see if the hood was closing properly, which it was...These guys are scumbags and will smile in your face & shake your hand as they pick your pocket. The car lost power on the middle of the freeway nearly causing a pileup. If you care for your money & safety do not come here, especially with your classic. They are lucky I opted not to report them to the BBB which the next mechanic I went to suggested I do. Had three visits to this place and none were beneficial to me & I am still dealing with the financial repercussions of it. My pops took it somewhere else for $1,000 and the car never ran better, these guys wanted $600 just for a darn doorhinge (which I declined). $5000+ Lesson Learned: Go to a Corvette Specialist, its worth the wait. These are the classic greasy car crooks straight outta the movies.

Did an excellent job fixing 2 front struts and my drive belt, made sure I got the car back before the weekend because I needed it, and provided a great deal. Overall great experience with a friendly environment. Will be coming back whenever I need something done.

We just had my 1999 Morgan - plus 8 exhaust upgraded. It has a V8 and was too quiet for a manual V8. They knew right away what needed to be done and were willing to work with me and my son to get the proper sound. Their workmanship was excellent and got the job done the same day. It was obvious that they knew how to do the custom work that was required. I recommend them without hesitation.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I was there on friday for an oil change. Sam was in the front desk, he was very helpful, very knowledgeable about everything, he had an answer for every question i had. Im glad i took my 04 Ford Expedition and they did a really great job on it. I do recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. Good job guys. U have earned a long time customer. Marco

I had the guys at Automotive Excellence remove the stock resonator from my Audi RS5 V8 and fabricate and fit an X-Pipe in it's place. They were able to fit me in the same day and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with their service and will return for future work. Recommended!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Gave the shop a call with a diagnosis that suggested I needed to replace my turbo. Sam was the only person I called who questioned the diagnosis and thought it might be a more simple repair instead. He was right! The folks at Automotive Excellence are collaborative, respectful, and genuinely caring. I saved a LOT of money on my repair thanks to their insight and my car is running beautifully. <3

I thoroughly enjoyed my service here. Sam was the man who helped me service my car and thank goodness because his attention to detail found the problem.I thought I blew a head gasket in my 2016 Mustang so I was panicking, however it turns out it was the crank case oil separator. They gave me the proper procedure to move forward with estimates and my best options.I just moved out to Huntington Beach and my boyfriend has a horrible experience with Elite Auto Care. But I m glad to say I found my new mechanic!Service: Exhaust

I recommend Automotive Excellence in Huntington Beach to everyone I know. I took my 2013 Hyundai Equus to the dealer because the air suspension was failing. Two weeks later, they told me it would cost nearly 10k to replace the left side suspension only and they werent willing to do the repairs so i needed to pick up my car. I couldn't believe my ears. I was sad and angry. I was not ready to retire my beautiful car. I called Automotive Excellence. After speaking with the Service Writer, Sam, I knew this was the place to take my car. He made some calls and within an hour, provided an affordable quote to replace the entire system and assured me I'd be back on the road. He was right! I towed my car in on a Tuesday, not expecting to get it back for 4 to 5 days. Two days later, Sam called and said my car was ready. My car rides smoother than it ever has before. I am so grateful. All those weeks I stressed over my "limping" car and Sam at Automotive Excellence resolved it in two days. I give them 10 out of 5 stars.

I had a few auto repairs that were recommended to me by the dealership. I wanted to get a second opinion so I took my car to Automotive Excellence. They responded to my inquiry within an hour and squeezed me in for an appointment the following day. They did a full inspection of my car and recommended a few repairs. They gave me a very fair quote, completed the service very quickly, and kept me in the loop about the status of my car throughout the whole process. Called with what I thought was an electrical issue and Sam gave me some advice before bringing the truck in. This fixed the immediate issue but I brought it in so they could clear the codes for a smog test. Sam was super cool and even texted me a few days later about any further issues. This will be my go to for any issues or updates to my truck!

Alex was a true professional. He and the guys at the shop built a custom exhaust exactly as requested. I had a punch list after a recent rebuild of engine and front suspension and the attention to detail was even greater than my own. Sam and the whole team have been so amazing and pleasant to work with on my fleet of cars. From my classic to my more modern cars, they can take care of anything. As long as I live in Southern California I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for any type of repair. The communication, quality of work, and overall customer care is phenomenal, especially compared to other work I have received. I am very relieved to have found this honest and trustworthy shop and group of people.
