Good vibes soon as you walk in the door really made my van look nice. Everybody was super cool very nice warranty policy as well.

If I could give no stars I would.I should have trusted my instincts as soon as I pulled in, but I have a unique tire size and with the storm coming I wanted to make sure I had new tires for all the rain. I wish I would have went with a reputable company.They didn't tell me until after I made the appointment and got there that their tire machine was broken and they were walking the tires over to their next door neighbor auto body shop to use equipment.. (RED FLAG) I literally saw them rolling tires over there.Somewhere in the process my rims were damaged. When I tried to address the situation with the manager John Rios. He was defensive and rude. He said it was curb rash when it's clearly not. I had dropped by earlier and even the worker said to call/email him about it.Also my car is now saying I have a missing wheel sensor. This has never happened since I have owned the vehicle.Overall, I would strongly advise against purchasing tires from this American Depot location. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more reputable location that values its customers and delivers on quality.

Had a nail in my tire and they repaired it fast and free. 3 months later, another nail in my tire, they had it fixed in 30 minutes for free again. Friendly staff. Tony was really nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend. Will be returning when it s time to replace the tires!

Always great service. Honestly it s hard for a woman to find a trust worthy mechanic that can work on a BMW and not charge an arm and a leg. I have gone here for 2 years now and I have to say never had a problem. Tires , regular maintenance, and breaks always done right. I especially love Tony he always makes me feel welcome. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Even took my daughter shopping for her first car took it there and they told me everything and showed me that the car was not up to standards. So to me they are great and reliable.

OMG! I walked in without any prior notice to them. They were kind and gave me a GREAT deal. The whole process took less than an hour. Plus, I left my cell phone with my driver's license, etc., at the store and they held it for me until I got back! Awesome experience and thanks. Definitely see them soon (like tomorrow )

***Updated See Below*** I went online and scheduled a waiting appointment for 3:15. I arrived 15 minutes early per the instructions on the confirmation email. The one behind the counter was very nice and told me my car would be ready in an hour and 15 to an hour and 30 minutes. When I came back an hour and 15 minutes later I fully expected that my vehicle may not quite be ready yet, but I was surprised to find it was still in the parking spot I left it and had yet to be touched. On the electronic board in the front of the store My appointment was listed as a drop off not a waiting customer. The gentleman behind the counter now, was incredulous and said it's just an appointment like any other, implying that I had no right to expect my car to be done anywhere near the time I had been promised. And I explain that my appointment was waiting, he still didn't seem to care that they had made a mistake. I have contacted their corporate offices, and we'll update this review if and when any steps are taken to rectify the issue.***Update*** The district manager contacted me Monday morning. (The above occurred Friday afternoon) He set me up at another America Tire Depot location and a appointment time of my choosing. The work done at the other location was done well and in a very reasonable time. Ultimately, the company as a whole has worked well to satisfy me, and I will likely use them again although it may be some time before I visit the HB location.

I made an appointment to fix a nail in my tire & had to wait 20 minutes just for them to look at the tire. Thats not the issue though. I was told that the nail was too close to the side wall & he quoted me $422 for a tire that has 1,600 miles on it. Picture of the nail attached. I was very leery about his advice. I went up the street to Allen Tires, paid $35 & got the tire patched.

I was extremely please with the service I received here today! Everyone from the front desk (so sorry as her name escapes me- Jillian? Janelle? Jules? It seemed like a very busy Sunday morning. Phones ringing off the hook and people (such as myself) walking in with our emergencies , questions, and special requests. She handled it all professionally, calmly and with great skill even though it looked stressful at times to me. Hey I was there for over two hours as I was stranded with a flat. Andrew, the service guy, was also a superstar. He let me back in the service area even though I knew I likely should not be there (I work at a car dealership and know the public is not generally allowed back there.) he was very personable; concerned about not marring up my rims; and did a very tricky patch on my tire. Lastly I was shocked to hear there was no charge! If they had the tire I wanted in stock i would have bought one right then and there (I am not a fan of driving on patched tires) even though no matter what they would have charged, my employee discount at my dealership will be cheaper for me. They earned the business. I will go out of my way to recommend them and do business with them in the future!

I had a slow leak in my tire and came to American Tire Depot to get it patched. The staff were so friendly and informative, especially John at the desk. They fixed my leak for free! Highly recommend using this place!

This ATD has taken care of our family car and truck for 20+ years! Exceptional Customer Service and consistently reliable repairs. I was in town for a baseball game when I realized I had a low tire. It has been a consistent issue with my car. I pulled in, and we explained what the issue was, and they were so nice. They very quickly got my problem solved. They also told me what to do in the future to resolve the problem. I was concerned because I was not local and how that was going to work out. They were just amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping us out.

The guys were great at American tire. They did a front end alignment and put on two new tires and also patched a hole cause I had a nail in my tire. I will definitely be going back the next time I need something thank you guys.

Scheduled an appointment on Sunday feb 4th for 4 new tires. I was the first customer, at 9 am. Jillene was by herself and ready. She was already handling the phone, dealing with a glitchy computer, greeting all customers arriving after me. A real multi tasker. I was amazed how she kept her cool and took care of everyone with a positive and friendly attitude. Hats off to Jillene!I hope I got the right spelling =)

Stranded in my motorhome on a trip. Flat tire. They got me I. And fixed it same day. No charge. How awesome is that? Friendly efficient staff went out of their way to help me. Highly recommended.

Paid for tires that are rated 96w and were supposed to be in stock. They weren t in stock so I had to wait longer and even though we waited they mounted 92h tires on the car. Hard to argue about this and leave the car there another time for another while. Last time it was 10 hours for 2 tires as they didn t actually slot your reservation but mainly just told you end of day. If you bring it in at 8 or 10

Use caution! I highly recommend finding a different tire store. They messed up a tire install and still wanted to charge for their mistake. STAY AWAY!!!!Specifically, Jonathan created the problem and then did his best to hide and not address the problem. This was really poor service to say the least.

Great service. Great prices Super friendly service guys. They were so helpful and accommodating when I ran in to inquire about havimg my flat tire repaired. I was shocked when he told me that there is NO charge! They fix flat tires for FREE! They let me leave my tire there to be repaired while I wemt and run my arrands. When I got back It was all done and ready to go. They informed me that they found that I didnt get a flat but was caused by a stem valve leak. So they replaced it and put a new stem valve in. I was so surprised when they told me that they did it for FREE too!! Really happy and satisfied with the work they did. Great guys! Thank you so much! 5 stars!
