Been using this store for tires at least in 4-5 occasions actos 15 years. The Staff is always helpful and on point. It s remarkable. Love coming here to replace my tires, fill air and and rotations.

Hit a massive pothole on the newly finished 405 today. Thanks a lot Newsom was able to hobble my way to America's tire, I was in and out of this shop within 45 minutes! Thanks a lot fellas great job!!

Very helpful, and they took care of us right away since we had an appointment. Also great to go through their Tire Pressure Drive Through where you don't even have to get out of your car, and they let you know if any tires are too low, and fill them for you at no charge. I think this is the only place that gives you a FREE service that is useful.

Came in to replace a lug nut spline key that I had lost. Sebastian was quick to help and walked out to my car to check it out. Turns out the previous no-name shop I had gone to had damaged my lug nuts and so none of the keys would actually fit properly. Ended up purchasing a new set of lugs which was very affordable and Sebastian changed all of them out right there in the parking lot quickly and easily. Even on a busy day, they give amazing and quick service, would definitely recommend and come back.

So I arrived with a flat tire, I had NO appointment scheduled. I asked them how long will it take to buy and have them replace my flat tire because I had to drive home back to Arizona. Long story short, they had my tire in stock and I was out within the hour. This store and staff went above and beyond. Thanks!

This americas tire is great. I have always had a great experience here and they always take care of me. Stopped by today to have 2 tires put back on the bead and aired up and I was in and out in 15 minutes. This is my go to stop for anything tire related.

Had air leaking in tire. Couldn't find nail, so tire person took tire apart and found, fixed and in timely way. Appt. necessary and though inconvenient, next time will do in advance. Happy with service

I'm sad to report that the information that the young man gave me was untrue. My tire needed air and when he tried to inflate it, it wouldn't allow him to put any air in. I asked him if the valve stem could be repaired he said NO and that I would need buy a new tire. I couldn't afford to get one so I drove home. Luckily my son knew that there is a tool that I could buy at the auto parts store for around $12 that comes with the spring to fix it. I feel a responsibility to pass along this info so others don't get ripped off like I almost did.

America 's and discount tire are my go to for automotive tire needs. They patched a screw in my tire in less than an hour! Free of charge!

The process, initiated with the guidance of a store employee, lasted for more than an hour, and my wheel remained unrepaired.The lack of clarity. Poor communication, no knowledge about devices .

Stopped by today to get air in my tires. I drive a Mercedes SUV and asked for the optimum tire pressure with normal load posted in the fuel door of all Mercedes. The gentleman keeps insisting that he has to use the pressure posted in the front door 43/43 which is the cold pressure recommended for max load. I told him and his manager Leo that i never carry full load and want smooth ride so please inflate my tire with recommended pressure 38/34 for normal load. They refuse. Since when the decision on tire pressure comes from the tire shop? They can recommend all they want but the final decision should be from the customer. Plus the recommended cold tire pressure on the door will not work after i drove 50 miles before i stop at the shop. I have been coming here for over 5 years but it looks like the place is now so downhill and managed by someone not knowing enough about German car, especially Mercedes Benz. Even my Tesla posted a 45 psi pressure recommendation on the door but Elon Musk recommended 38psi if owner wants smoother ride in his forum. Bottomline is the owner should decide the pressure. Sams Club tire service took care of my requested pressure today without a problem.

Prices are good and includes free rotation and balance. Gotta make an appt to get faster service. Also I received my tires as a gift so gift certificates are available. They refunded the 35 dollar difference as cash which I really appreciated since I wasn t likely to spend $35 there in the next couple years once my tires were installed.

Be sure to take date stamped photos of your wheels before you hand over your keys to these careless technicians to prove they damaged your wheels.This is the damage they will do to your wheels and never tell you. Absolutely floored this is the type of service they provide.

Have been buying tires from them for many years - always very nice, very professional and they are excellent at finding the right tire and price matching.THIS time however I found all of the above to be true, BUT they also now seem to be very motivated to upsell as much as possible and there were charges added to my total for "comprehensive repair/replace tire insurance" that totaled over $170 - I had to ask for these charges to be removed as no one ever asked me if I even wanted this insurance (or even showed me an itemized bill) before asking for my credit card. They also tried to sell me windshield wiper replacements that I definitely did not need.so, while I do think this is a great tire place, it's also important to pay close attention so you don't get charged for things you do not want or need. Personally I'm heading to Costco next time I need tires...

America's Tire is a wonderful place to get your tire fixed. I only gave 4 stars because on my last visit to repair my tire, they sold me a pair of windshield wipers, and I was glad because mine were old. When I tried them out before I left, I noticed that they were ok but still smeared a bit. But I thought that since they were new then maybe after a while they would work perfectly. However the next day it rained and then I realized the wipers were no good. I had to go to Autozone to get wipers so I could drive home. Thank goodness one of the Autozone guys named Vince changed them for me since I didn't know how to change them myself. I put the other wipers in my car because I was going ask America's Tire for a refund.So the next day I went back to get a refund from America's Tire for the wipers only to find out that they never changed the wipers in the first place and that I still had my old ones. However they refunded me without a problem.

I was checking my RV tires for pressure when I noticed that the valve stem seemed to leak a bit after checking the pressure. The tires were purchased at a different America's Tire, but the Huntington Beach location is just down the street from me.I decided to drive over and talk to them about it. I spoke with Chris who came right out to check the issue. We both noticed the "core" looked a bit crooked in the stem when checking the pressure. Chris changed the core, added air and I was on my way.I just wanted to give a thanks to Chris and say that their customer service was outstanding.Thanks

Fast and friendly service. Took less then 30 minutes to get my new tires installed. Great service as always. Only place I would consider when looking for new tires, always have what I need at a great price

They are GREAT! I work at Uber and got a big metal thing in my tire. Goodyear wanted to sell me a whole tire, pepboys said hole was too big. Americas tire saved the day LEO fixed for free, It wasn't that bad. THANK YOU!

I just want share a few words with my quick trip to the America's Tire store on 8281 Warner Ave.I had a flat tire and this morning I brought it to this store to get it repaired. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. I had to get back to work within an hour so they were so kind enough to fix my tire (2 nails in it) within 45 minutes. On top of that, the fix was FREE of charge. I was so impressed and greatful and just want to share my experience with everyone.Thank you.Kenny -

Awesome staff! Special Shout out to Chris who was super helpful and efficient. Neo(or Neil) was accommodating and courteous when I called in. They are very busy(which is a good sign) but move through the line pretty quick. Ran into 3 people there who said they've gone here before and love this place

I needed to get a tire replaced, and after checking, the store told me they didn't have the right tire. My current tire was almost flat, so I asked them to find another branch that had the tire in stock. They were able to find one, but didn't call ahead to let them know I was coming. As a result, I had to drive 22 minutes to the other branch, where I was treated like a brand new customer even though I had already been to the first store. There were 14 other cars ahead of me, and it took over 2.5 hours to get the tire replaced. It was a very frustrating and time-consuming experience.

It was Late Saturday afternoon and my tire pressure light came on. I had went to 2 other places and they didnt have time to help me. I call American Tires off of Warner and they told me to come in. They checked and fix my leaking tire for free and they even have an app to tracking your vehicle so you know when it ready. The app even texts you.If I need tires, I'm going to return to this location for sure.

The service here is always good, Devin took his time to explain my options and have patience with me. The topper was Lupe, the guy really came through oh, and even help me get a little money back from the tires I originally had bought. Definitely five stars, good place to go for an emergency, but if you need service just go ahead and make an appointment and they will take care of you!

Although black Friday was very busy, they managed to expedite many tires to be changed leaving everyone satisfied with how soon they were taken care of. I would returnif I need to. I recommended them the nextday.

The guys were fantastic and all were super friendly. The service was awesome!! I've gone to the other location on Springdale/Edinger and their down right rude! This location on Warner is the ABSOLUTE best!! Highly recommend this spot

Seriously, I feel that good customer service is a thing of the past and I am constantly disappointed. I drive from Northern Cal to southern a lot and my tires were showing it. I called and spoke with Brandy who got me in and took the time to educate me, was patient, kind helpful and got me in and out in 30 minutes with four new tires. Again, I just want to thank them for their fast and excellent customer service.
