Great auto repair shop. They took care of my work van quickly. Did a great job with the best customer service. I will definitely be using them for all of my future auto repair needs.

Today I brought our car for a regular service incl. oil change and oil filter change and two tires. When I picked it up and upon arriving at home it seemed obvious from there being no traces in the greasy residue that the filter had not been exchanged, but only the oil. The filter and exchange of it was on the invoice though. The oil cap had evidently been removed and wiped clean afterwards. Went back to the shop and confronted the manager with my findings. He asked the mechanic and he insisted he had exchanged the filter delisted the obvious visible situation. The manager offered to review the video footage of the shop. Another thing I asked for was that the bottom cover be fixed back which was loose and rattling. The mechanic said it had been loose before, he could put zip ties in. I agreed, I just wanted it secured, I didn't care much whether it be with screws or differently. After a half hour or so the manager said he would still be reviewing the footage. After another couple of minutes then the mechanic came back into the office and said he would apologize, he found the filter on the work bench, he would have thought he had installed it. He then replaced it. They always appeared to have found proper screws which they then fixed back in the bottom cover.This appointment did not go so well. At the same time I was there before and they helped me with my tires, and even fixed it for free. They are trying very hard and are fast and prompt in their service. I would very much like to give a better rating.

They are the best. It s great to see some places still have great customer service. They create loyalty with great service and by doing the little things like never charging for fixing a flat. They have a customer for life.

Gone to them for years. Best in town. Had to go again and as always, best service in town. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Went for flat repair of tires purchased 11 months ago. They were fast and efficient, found the problem (bad valve stem) fixed it within 10 minutes. First time the tech or I had seen this problem.

This has been my place for car repairs for over 10 years. I have always received excellent service and they stand by their car servicing. It's a place where I trust their estimates and it's wonderful to have shuttle service to and from when I have left my car for repairs and general maintenance. They have scheduled appointments but I have been in emergency situations like flat tires or checking my tire pressure. They have that small town friendly atmosphere. Great place to get your vehicles serviced.

I have been taking all my cars to San Benito Tire for 15 years, and they always live up to expectations, plus it is nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

They got my alignment done correctly and exactly what I asked which is great. The service is more on the pricey side. They charged me more for special alignment because I asked for something specific. I paid around 120 something which I understand for a small business, you need to make the money. But IF you can drive your car down to SJ for a more affordable alignment just do it.

Also recommend. Dropped off my car on a busy Saturday and they were still able to fit me in. Found an issue, but they didn t work with that type of issue so they referred me to a great place. Would go back!

We followed Bob Cain from Long s Tires to San Benito Tire when he first opened up the business because of his integrity, knowledge, and customer service. Bob, sons Brian and John, and our dearest friend, Orlando Quintana, have treated my family and our friends as though we are family. Two recent instances exemplify the San Benito Tire (SBT) experience and why they provide peace of mind when it comes to auto repair or tires. Son, Billy, purchased a new set of tires for his car. When I asked him if he had asked for the Orlando Discount he said there was no need because SBT always provided the family with the best price and tires. Last week my wife, Susan, had a problem with low tire pressure. Not sure whether Brian knew who Sue was, but SBT serviced the tires, without charge, even though SBT was fully booked, and the tires were on a relatively new car. SBT also kept daughter Joanna s car running, well beyond its expected life. Interestingly, Orlando recommended against a costly repair when the A/C failed. It would have been good for the business, but as usual, SBT treats customers like family. I commute between Hollister and the Cape. When taking son Billy down to SBT for his new tires was given a bear hug by Brian and greeted like a Prodigal Son by Orlando. I challenge anyone seeking auto repair or tire service to find a business like SBT that truly puts the customer s interests before their own. SBT is the best of the best.

Needed to replace a failing Interstate battery and this location stocks the replacement I needed. Fairly quick transaction with a prorated warranty to boot. Very smooth and easy. Recommended.

I don t know much about cars but I think that if I m replacing something, I would look around the general area to be sure something isn t broken. That wasn t the case for me. I also would do a thorough test drive to be sure what I replaced works and sounds as it should but again, that wasn t the case for my car. Prices are too high for little attention paid to detail.

Awesome trustworthy shop in Hollister! I was heading out of town w my 2 kids when my low tire light came on ending our trip & back in town. Decided to stop here to get tire patched up assuming I had a flat. This was at 4:30 on a busy end of day. The man at the desk said they'd check it out for me. In no time my truck was up in shop. They checked all tires & found ea tire was at a different air pressure & no punctures/flat. They added air to ea tire & told me I could come back in am for them to check the air to assure no slow leak somewhere. No charge for this service. I can't Thank these men enough for being so kind & honest. They easily could of said they patched it or that I needed 2 new tires & I would of paid. Definitely recommend this shop & will use them in future!

Always very helpful, rotations and things like that done on the spot, last time I went, they put 2 trailer tires on my rims and we're done when I came back from an errand. Prices are competitive, very knowledgeable.

I have been a regular customer here for years. I used to take my car to another place but they did not satisfy my needs with poor car repairs. San Benito tires is great and they stand by their car repairs. Their staff is very courteous and friendly. So glad they have two locations in town. Recommend to anyone living in Hollister.

Their level of service has taken a dive. A car taken in for diagnosis at 8am will sit in their lot until 5:25, and if I hadn't walked back before being contacted I probably wouldn't have been given my car back until the next day. They gave impartial information on what was wrong, so I couldn't shop around for a better estimate. I'm not going back there again.

Hands down, best-in-class service of all the auto shops I have dealt with in my lifetime. They consistently deliver exceptional quality and service. They entire staff is pleasant to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure they do a good job. They back up all their work guaranteed, no questions asked.

First time here for oil change. I love this place. The owner takes personal interest in making sure the work is done right and it was less expensive than I thought. This is my regular place , now. I wish I had gone here sooner. I trust them

Amazing place to get tires and auto services for those who live in or near Hollister. Family owned local business with an amazing reputation. San Benito tires is where I recommend all my family and friends. My sister had work done here on her car and loved the experience. I believe that they also do big pickups trucks as well.

Our family has been going to San Benito Tire for 28 years. It is important to us to support our local family owned stores. San Benito Tire is very professional and courteous. We have tried other places throughout the years to compare and no one has ever come close. When my husband (a mechanic) is unable to perform the task at hand due to not having enough time, the job is always done to perfection. We would definitely recommend San Benito Tire for your auto needs. They are honest and reliable.

Called looking for a tire shop and big o tires was too expensive and the lady working did not understand that I JUST needed a new air valve for my tire she was clueless but then I called tire pros and the gentleman asked what I needed knew what I was talking about said come by and repaired for freeGREAT SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFFI RATE A+++++++ Highly recommend this place and i am from out of town. Well worth the drive for my repair.

Some tire problem showed up on my dashboard on my way to a doctor's office. I got worried and took it to San Benito Tire where I always go. Right then and there, one of his guys fixed it, just like that with no charge. Thank you, San Benito Tire. You're always there when I need you.

I have been a repeat customer for many years. We (kids and I ) Buy our tires here and get oil changes etc....What stands out most to me is that every time I have come in with something in my tire....(I am constantly finding stuff in the road with my tires) They have my tire repaired within the hour. I appreciate their professionalism and their ability to access the situation and get the job done quickly.

Great service, however I forgot to ask prices first and felt shocked when my breaks were done (especially since I had my breakpads already). I was asked, "front and back?" Without realizing the price difference. They will taxi you for free to home while working on your car.

I had a screw in my tire and I needed it fixed. The guy who helped me was awesome. He was quick , and efficient. He made the repair quick and painless haha and I will definitely be returning.

I really like these guys. They installed a catalytic converter shield on my car and did great work at a reasonable price
