Called to set up appointment. Showed up to my appointment to get an alignment done. Dropped it off early 9:45 and came back at 11:30 and my truck wasnt even touched yet, still sitting in same parking spot, i got my keys and left. Terrible customer service.

I used them once before to have them install and balance new tires. That time it wasn t too bad, they got the work done just fine. When I tried to set up another appointment to install an aftermarket suspension, they turned me away. They didn t want to deal with an airbag delete on a Lexus. The guy literally said nah I don t want to do that . Take this how you want but i won t be going back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Called a day ahead before 5 PM. Tires ordered and arrived the next morning by 730 AM I was out of there by 830AM Great service and American made Cooper Tires..some other Tire shop only carries the Chinese junk ..

took my vehicle in for an oil change today. Staff and mechanics were very helpful and did an excellent job on my car, at a responsible price. I fully recommend giving Rossi your service.

I have gone to Rossi's for many years; the service is great and integrity is high. Toyota Gilroy told me I needed $700 worth of work for a new water pump. Rossi's checked--there was no problem, and if there had been one, was told the cost would be closer to $159!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Justin is great to work with.

Got a flat on our way home from LA to Daly City. These guys were amazing! We called 3 places and Rossi's was the only one who had our tires in stock. They changed our flat and another that was nearly shredded in under a half hour so we could get back on the road to home. GREAT SERVICE. GREAT PRICE. These guys really came through for us. Thanks again to Justin and Eder for all your help!!!

Spoke with Justin. I know it's gotta be annoying when the day's scheduled and I show up at opening and ask if he can fit me in to patch my tire that got punctured on the way home. Got me in and out in less than 30mins. I appreciate it.

They mounted a set of 4 tires I bought from TireRack for a good price. I made an appointment and was in and out. Well return to have them rotated.
