Hollister location, called in checking for a thermostat, great they have 1 in stock. Went in, short conversation with the girl clerk gave me the part I was on my way, got home start working on the vehicle, open the box up there s no rubber gasket, every other car I have worked on comes with a gasket to replace the old one, ok let s drive back to oreillys. Got there I explained to the same girl that the part she sold me didn t have that gasket, she replied that the thermostat for my type of vehicle is sold separately, ok. I mentioned that it would be a good practice to offer that advice to customers so they don t waste time, she replied in a rude manner I don t know what you thinking or want . I stopped there for a reason and if you guys know that I would need an extra part I would think that you would suggest purchasing it before hand.

Recommend O'Reilly for your auto parts, and miscellaneous needs. The staff is always friendly, and if they don't have what you need, they'll order it.

It was time to replace my windshield wipers. Had no problem the auto parts associate looked up what I needed got $10.00 off promotional on the wipers. Paid and they installed. Great customer service didn't have to wait in line and once installed I was off again ready for the next rainy day.

Searched online for Tow hitch and receiver installation. This store came up. Their website mentions installation too. That s not the problem. When I asked them to help me figure out what I need for my jeep, they asked me to go search online. Then asked them if they do Install as they mention on the website, they said no. One of the guys (you get one) was able to at least walk me to the area where hitches are but knew nothing about what would work for me. Also refuses to look up to m the computer what would be compatible with my jeep. I am very disappointed as I try to keep business in hollister to help grow this city but now I am forced to go to more customer friendly stores in Gilroy or San Jose. Disappointing experience.

HORRIBLE STORE not a single employee knows anything went in asking for a 9005 bulb super common they all looked at me like i was crazy one girl with a braid proceeded to laugh in my face and run to the back, if you can control you emotions you shouldn t be in customer service, they also attempt to charge me for a higher priced bulb when they finally figured it out, they make commission so they don t care about how much you spend the more the better worst parts store ever i will be at autozone from now on

Service was great, part wasn't on the shelf but in the back. Manager was the only cashier and then 3-4 employees jumped into action to check everyone out!

I came to do check engine light testing and Hector at the counter said they don t do that,, well they should remove the sign on glass that says FREE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TESTING.

Always have such a great staff working at the store very helpful very intelligent and friendly how is leave just the right parts and if there's ever any issue they are sure quickly to fix it definitely give them any of the business I can and strongly recommend you stop by and give them a try.

Had such a horrible experience, I literally showed up just to get my car messed up. First of all the guy (Joshua) didn t know how to put my headlight in, he took my whole battery out and set it right on the ground. Didn t even know how to put it back in, my car wouldn t start. It didn t start until we jumped it with cables and it kept turning off. He ruined my car

Man I used to love this Oreilys but lately the new workers are not cool people and always acting like if jm doing something wrong and won t go that extra mile to help me find the part I need even if it s an alternative route

I went in on Sunday (thank God you were open on a Sunday) I stopped by because my car was over heating after coming over the pass it was 105 degrees out but my coolant was pretty much non existent and I think Daniel was his name I really hope it was he was so helpful and nice and I just want to make sure he gets recognized for it! (If his name isn t Daniel he was a taller Hispanic male with a short ponytail)

Older man sold me wrong tail lights even after I told him he was wrong ...then tried to sell me the highest priced battery possible quoting a number wayyyy above the other businesses in town all of which had comparable prices.

I would really love to get my oil and filters here but every time I stop here, the oil bin is full and I m not getting more oil without dropping off the old stuff. 5 times I ve stopped here over the past 6 months and every time it s been full.

Always needing parts for my vehicles, I end up making a lot of trips here. I love my O'Reilly's rewards card, earning lots of points! And they have a great return policy, if I'm not happy with my purchase, no problem! But that's usually not a problem, as there's always someone to help me find whatever I may need.

Came by at 8:50 not a soul in the store! Had a major issue and now having to rush to the other side of town and hope auto zone is open. Very disappointed!!!!

With all this rain, I realized how bad my windshield wipers were. So I drove over and Nick helped me with my purchase and took the time to put them on my car. Very nice guy. Thanks Nick. I work with the public and will be telling everyone about my experience there. Merry Christmas.

Always needing something for my trucks, they will be glad to help you find anything you need. And they gladly exchange or refund if you end up getting the wrong parts (I have on several occasions, my fault, not theirs!) I am racking up my points for sure with all the things I purchase here! Definitely reccomend this store.

The only reason this branch doesnt get 5 stars is because they are understaffed. Apart from that, the service is great. The staff are knowledgeable. Store is clean, well stocked and well organized. A great neighborhood parts store

My boyfriend and I walked away from this place very disappointed. We just needed the diagnostic test ran. We came to OReillys and the guys rolled their eyes when my boyfriend explained what we needed, then pretended like our truck didn't have the plug in for the OBD2 sensor, my boyfriend had to point it out to the guy, then he hooks it up and said it wasn't working; which was untrue since we took it to another place down the street and it read fine. These people seemed to not enjoy their job, they were really unhelpful, couldn't answer any questions and overall super lacking in auto repair and customer service skills.

Called about a part, was assured they have it in stock, asked to be put on hold so they could verify that yes they do have it in stock. Drive over to pick it up, sorry we don't have that part!! Waste of time, the staff has no automotive knowledge at all and can only play on a keyboard!!

I don't know how I ended up with so many car batteries in my garage, but they will buy them back for $10 each. They don't give you cash, but gift cards which is fine since I am always in need of oil or wiper blades.

If I could I would give a 0/5 stars on this Auto parts store.My father and I recently bought a radiator from this establishment. Come to find out it was a used/broken part someone previously returned in the new packaging; which none of the employees checked before reselling it to my father.When we returned to tell the employees what had happened they accused us of lying. I have been working in retail for 4 years, I dont care if you believe me to be lying to you. As a customer service employee you should never straight out say that to a paying customer.We will be going back to get the manager's name and phone number; and then we will not be returning ever again with our five cars.Tl;dr: Check the items that you buy to make sure it is new before leaving the store. Otherwise you are a liar.

Just grabbed some electrical wire and i wanted to pay but i had to wait and wait and wait while the 3 employees were on their computers. Nobody there was willing to ring me up so i waited probably 20 minutes just to pay for my wire while im paying a mechanic at home. I wont come here again

Make sure you know what part you need and dont let them tell you what you need. Last 4 items all wrong granted it was not a stock car .but i knew what parts i needed and they didnt order the right stuff . friendly service

I like this place because is close to my home, and I can get all parts and oil and filters for my car.They also have a very good train working personal and they are bilingual.They speak spanish and of course english.
