They waited in heavy traffic at 6am and towed my car. Very knowledgeable guy and reasonable price. They towed my car to their shop and fixed the issue in one day! Thank you J and A towing

1097.00 paid in full, three month s of mostly parked services and my car still does not work! White smoke and it turns off while driving. Macario is a busy man with his towing service and mostly allows his nephew Manuel to do the auto work, although the auto certification are in Macario s name this business was a bust for me and I highly do not recommend it as Macario is not reliable!Use at your own risk $125.00 per hour is too much for services I received..

My daughter s car broke down at 8pm on her way home. We called to get her car towed, they gave about a 30min pickup time, and Mac showed up in about 15. He was very friendly and professional, even more than that he was knowledgeable. He said what he thought it was and instead of towing it to my house offered to tow it to the shop. He called me the next morning confirming it was what he thought and gave an estimate that was fair and reasonable. I approved the repairs and he was done before 5pm the same day. The car drives like a dream once again!

I found J&A when I needed to flatbed tow a car I had purchased from it's location in Hollister to my house and I am SO glad I did! Macario was fantastic! Not only were his tow truck skills exceptional, he had to do some fancy rigging work to move the car because the steering system was locked up, but he was on time (early actually) and also quite friendly and professional. I only write reviews when someone has really earned it and Macario certainly has, I will absolutely use him again and I don't hesitate in recommending him. Thanks Macario!

The driver was very nice. I only waited 15min for the tow. But it's a little pricey. 100 for anywhere local. I was going 1.6 miles and it cost me 100!! That's too much and it's taking advantage of the fact people are in a must need situation but that's on the company. The driver way great

Macario and his company went above and beyond to help us when we were well out of the service area! We had a flat tire in a very remote area and he not only towed the car, but also fixed our flat and replaced it when no one else was able. I needed a tow from Gilroy to Los Banos. They were quick considering traffic. They also charge a fair rate that is affordable. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing a tow. I almost never post a review, but they were quick and the only company I called out of 7 that would come and tow my car to Los Banos. I will tell all my commuting coworkers

Excellent service. I came because my brakes were squeaking. Mack gave my car a thorough check-up and then made sure I understood the status of my car in detail. I am ignorant of auto mechanics, so I appreciated the time Mack took to explain to me the health of my car. I was charged $19, which I think was a very fair price. He was also very friendly and patient.

My engine overheated on the way up to Pinnacles. I drive a 1998 International bus and am not from the area. I was able to limp it back down to Hollister, and based on reviews on Google I placed my trust in J & A, as I don t have friends or co-workers in the area to recommend a place. Well I m glad I got good advice from the other reviews, and wanted to add my own vote of confidence. They kept me informed on the repair process, showing me the parts that needed replacing and explaining why they needed to be replaced. They didn t once try to sell me something unrelated to my overheating problem. Then after the repair, they sent one of their staff out with me on a test drive to make real sure the problem had been fixed. The whole time they were professional, courteous, and welcoming. I m not happy that my bus overheated, but I am glad that I got such good service here.

We took our Chevy in for a new catalytic converter, not only was the quote very fair he was able to get It done the same day. Very honest and not pushy to have you fix things that were not relevant. We will be recommending J&A and will use them again if we need work done.

This tow truck company came through! My son broke down on hwy. 152 in the heat on friday night. I googled tow truck companies and called J & A and they said eta would be 45 min. and they did everything they said they would. Texted arrival times and kept my son informed as well as myself. Tow truck brought our SUV home safely. Very friendly dispatch and driver. Please call them if your in need of a tow.

Stranded on a road trip with a broken window that wouldn t roll up. Found this location on google that was open at the hour we needed. Despite the person on the job being off hours when we arrived, he still offered to help with how he could and eventually fixed our window!! So appreciative and so blessed to have found this repair shop.

The guys we great ,we where stuck at the post office our car wouldn't start .They came out quickly got the truck going and finished the rest of the repairs at their location .The price for the repairs was extremely fair .We will definitely use them if any of our vehicles have issues .

Such a rip off wanted to charge me more than what I paid to get my car towed from Gilroy to Hollister and I wanted my truck towed only 3 blocks do call around I found Tiffany towing only $50 guys are awesome some people take advantage like the guy said call some one else it's a good thing I did
