Guy wouldnt even sell 3 ft of power wire! I had some jobs lined up since I just bought an older ride. I guess he s not getting our business or our family and friends. Hollister is small so better think twice about a little sale here and there.

Super rude and unprofessional... Called for basic questions and was cut off and made to feel like they don't have time for my business. Gladly paid BestBuy for the ease and professionalism.*Edit -No lie was told, I said you were rude and unprofessional which is true... Cutting someone off mid sentence and not letting them speak is terrible customer service. You could have been patient enough to wait 5 more seconds for me to finish my question before informing me that you don't do phone quotes. The fact that you even recall my phone call based off of one interaction shows you're aware of off putting interactions. My post explained your manner of professionalism in my experience... It said no "lie" about what you said. Learn to be more professional and take criticism to become better rather than throwing dirt. As a small business owner this is critical for someone who truly cares about their customer. Your business is well deserving of a 1 star rating.

If he's busy he's busy. He has rules about no quotes over the phones, that's how he does business. I had best buy "install" stereo but couldn't get the back up camera to work. They didn't know how. I brought my car to Daniel he fixed it within an hour.

Was in and out with a new radio installed in my grandsons car in less than a half hour.Daniel is very knowledgeable in his work. I highly recommend to all my friends.Daniel my grandson is very happy and so is his Grandpa. Thanks again.

Just had my new sterio put in. Daniel is a very nice friendly guy. I shopped around looking for a good deal his shop was the second cheapest but his attitude and willingness to answer my silly questions, and not look annoyed, made me more comfortable giving him my hard earned money. Would absolutely recommend! Turn around time was 3hours and sterio sounds great.
