I show up 20 minutes before closing and they tell me they can t rotate my tires to come back in the morning. They open at 9 AM. I get there at 9 AM and there s a small sign in the corner of the lobby that says go ask for assistance from Erik at speedee. So I go to speedee and ask for Erik and I am told he s not coming in today . I asked if there s anybody working at Big o, and they tell me that nobody comes in till 10.

Don't go here they sell defective tires and wont warranty them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!

Do not recommend. Was left waiting 15-20 minutes with no one to help me. Even after I notified a tech only to be lied to. I explained to manager about the proper expectations and being lied to was unacceptable. Do not go to this tire shop at all costs.

Always quick when getting my oil change and tires rotated. Raj (Service Manager) does a great job running the shop. He's not only friendly but knowledgeable about cars. Always a welcoming experience.

Horrible experience. I called to buy a new set of tires. Was greeted by a rude individual who left me on hold for 15 minutes never got back to me I called back multiple times and noone answered and I used all of my lunch trying to set this up. I will definitely take my business and money elsewhere.

I went by looking for simple tire stem repair and the lady who helped me over priced my repair and didn't even know what I was talking about she had to see the tire and still didn't know what was the stem( airvalve ) that needed fixing so i called San Benito tire pros and they not only knew what I needed but fixed it in 10 min and for free. I am from out of town but I will never go back to Big O service is the worse. I will only go to San Benito tire pros and get more great service

Very unsatisfied with their alignment I have a 2011 equinox that they wanted charge for after market kit and 400 dollars in labor for camber bolt kits for rear when it just takes a bit longer to use original hardware. So what ,maybe an extra hour in labor? Not 400$ worth of unneeded charges. I just dropped 750$ for new tires same day to boot. Tires okay . Ethics crap.

This is the second set of tires we've purchased for our work truck at Big 'O Tires and we couldn't be happier. Our set of Load Range E tires have a great warranty and ride smooth for over 50,000 miles! You can't beat the price or the quality for their Big 'O All Terrain tire on a ranch - works great in the dirt, hauls heavy loads, no hydroplaning in the rain and the road noise is always low even when the tires are almost ready to be replaced. I've always bought BFG for my trucks - these work better, last longer and cost less. Thanks Big 'O!

Called on phone to see how much an alignment was and if I needed an appointment. Two simple questions. Was put on hold immediately and waited for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back and got through to an representative. Was asked "How may I help you?" And when I was about to ask my question I was put on hold for 5 more minutes. Hung up and called back and finally got my questions answered. Horrible Customer Service.

Best service I've had at a shop. Definitely will come back wen service is needed. Not sketch whatsoever.Needed a Transmission flush and got just that. no other services wer getting thrown at me for "repairs I needed" like most other shops that try and hustle you.

What a joke, don't waste your time. Go to America's Tire or Les Schwab. Ordered tires with Servander the owner and scheduled an appointment and paid $200 deposit. My wife arrived for the appointment and no record of the appointment and transaction. She spent 20 mins waiting for the endless search for the paperwork. She ended up leaving. Stopped in for my refund, and they couldn't even process it without Jacob, seriously.....can't trust employees with the cash register but they can work on your car no problem...

I came in to have my car serviced before a long trip. From the beginning it was bad, the service advisor let me know they were going to take my car to the Speedee next door not doing it at Big O. I needed an oil change and to change out my engine air filter. When I got home the check engine light was on, I decided to check and it had multiple codes for air intake system. Turns out the technician broke a locking tab on the connector, also he couldn t figure out how the filter went on so he just shoved it into place. I don t recommend anyone bring their car in.

My experience was beyond negative. I currently have 35x12:50R17 tires on my truck purchased at a Big O Tire elsewhere. I live in Hollister and needed my tires rotated and balanced and was told by the Hollister Big O Tire they didn't have a tire balancer capable of balancing my tires and therefor they couldn't help me. Having been in the tire retail business most my life I had to take a look in the shop and realized they had the standard spin balancers all capable of doing up to 24" rim diameter tires. No wonder the shop wasn't busy and most the staff were sitting around. I'll take my business to San Benito Tire and pay out of pocket for what was supposed to be free at any Big O nationwide.

Went in for an oil change I love the price on it and ended up making a deal to go back the next day for tires and an alignment couldn't be more happyNew manager was very helpful

Called to get a estimate, as soon as they answered, they asked if I could be put on hold and wait, I said no problem. 10 mins late, I was still on hold. Called backed and they asked what I needed, then was told to wait, I called back AGAIN and they finally answered my question, I'LL TAKE MY WORK TO LES SCHWAB TIRES.
