Great customer service and friendly people. Took me in right away. Shyne and Daniel are great people to speak with. The price is a little high for an oil change but you have to pay for great service and convenience. They let me use a $20 coupon which you get from stater bros on the receipt. Really cool people. The facility is always clean and organized. They have awesome snacks and coffee ready as soon as they open. Not to mention the store is festive for the holidays.

I had a great experience with these guys. They are honest, and efficient. The place is clean, snacks are available, and a clean bathroom. My family will definitely be coming back to have our cars maintained with them. I appreciate you.

Super fast and professional service. Prices are reasonable and way cheaper than going through the dealer. The customer waiting area is clean and stocked with goodies.Definitely will be coming back.10/17/23 Update: So I went back for some dealer recommended services and they saved me THOUSANDS of $$$. The dealership was trying to rip me off! They addressed a check engine light issue that was not addressed by the dealership. Turned out to be a simple loose spark plug wire. How could the dealership miss that?Anyway, they took care of my truck and it's running better than ever!If you have any repairs or scheduled maintenance, come here first, and always.

The manager Shyne is amazing. He was very honest and gave me advice on which services I would need in the future without trying to sell me on things I didn t need.They finished my oil change in like 10 minutes and had free snacks and coffee in the lobby. I will definitely be coming back!

Our SUV needed an oil change. Shyne was there to greet us at our car window and even moved my car into the bay for me. He was super kind, very patient, and very thorough. He got us in and out of there very fast. The best part, they had free snacks, coffee and the new Goosebumps was playing on their big screen! Thank you!

Just wanna say these guys are awesome the manager Daniel definitely a life savor not only very helpful due to his mechanic skills saved me thousands in repairs by discovering minor problem no one else could figure out I highly recommend this place for your car repairs very respectful workers and very helpful

Highly recommend this location for any of your automotive needs and service! Full service shop! Came here to get my AC serviced, the job was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The facility is clean, and they provide snacks, water, and coffee for all customers!! conveniently located off Boulder Ave. Daniel, the manager, was very helpful and explained the service thoroughly. I was looking forward to using Grease Monkey as my Service location especially since my Mom had such a great experience with them. We took my wifes 2020 Tiguan in for an oil change since we had a coupon. Service was great, staff was super friendly. Prices were a little high compared to doing the service yourself, but I knew that going in to begin with. I was paying for the convenience of not having to do the work myself. Oil/filter, Air filter, and cabin filter were replaced. They didn t have one of the filters in stock but they were able to get it delivered while they did everything else so that was great. Took the car home parked it and went about my work day since I work remote. My wife came home in my vehicle and told me there was oil in our driveway. I went out to check and sure enough there is a puddle of oil beneath her car, I called Grease Monkey since the car went from the shop to my driveway with no stop in between. They quickly sent someone out to take a look. VW uses plastic Oil plugs for some odd reason that need to be replaced every time an oil change is done. The tech that looked at the car and after diagnosing it was in fact the drain plug stated We didn't have any extra plugs so I didn t replace it"Fortunately, they took the car back and replaced the broken oil plug at no additional cost. Unfortunately, I now have a good size oil stain in my driveway. They came back to the house to clean up the stain so we ll see how it comes out after drying.After picking up the vehicle this morning I did notice they also did not reset the Oil & Inspection intervals either. I knew how to reset it so no big deal but not everyone knows how to do that so others would expect that to be taken care of.I will give grease monkey the benefit of the doubt this time especially since they were all so friendly/professional and didn t hassle me when issues arose and they were super quick to respond and take action.Grease Monkey: Please advise staff that it s common practice to replace Crush washers (or plastic Oil plugs) when doing an oil change to prevent an issue like this with other potential customers especially after there was another reviewer 5 months ago that had the same issue with his crush washer not being replaced.This review is not to defame Grease Monkey this is solely my experience. Seems like I was the low chance of having issues based on the other reviews of this place which we're all human and make mistakes, I can't judge someone for that. The fact that they were quick to resolve the issue without hassle and were extremely professional about it speaks volume. My Tacoma will be due for service soon so I will bring that in soon and see how it goes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The guys are always nice, free snacks and drinks well you wait. At stator brothers in highland they have coupons on the back I was able to $15 off so that's a plus. Prices are pretty good either.

I stopped for an oil change because of sign person showing $10 off.Friendly staff, knowledgeable. Facilities were clean and stocked with a snack, coffee and fridge with water.I give them 10stars.Oh! Cleaned my windshield and vacuumed. OMG!Service: Oil change

I came across this shop on Google while looking for places to service my car without costing an arm and a leg. Seen a lot of great reviews so I decided to do an oil change here. Daniel, the manager checked me in and told him what I needed. In and out in less than 15 mins. No upsell or anything by him and his team. They did a great job on my car from start to finish and were very professional throughout. I wouldn t hesitate to come back here again for my servicing needs. I needed a long overdue oil change today and I decided to try them out while I got my haircut in the same plaza. I met with Francisco and Jimmy I asked to get serviced and they were attentive and knowledgeable so I was pleased with their effort to help me out. They were quick to complete my oil change and their prices were easy on the wallet. I highly recommend getting your car serviced with them you wont be disappointed trust in that I'll definantly be back!Service: Oil change

Daniel and his team were great! Went above and beyond to help me with my car and also caught a puncture in my tire and put my spare on for me.They helped ease my mind and gave me recommendations on where to get another tire. I will be back again as my car needs servicing. Very affordable and it was a quick trip!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Great customer service from beginning to end. The guys doing the work were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. They take care of your car as they welcome you to have a seat and relax until ur car is done they go over prices with you and offer the best selection. Prices are reasonable. TOP NOTCH Went to Grease Monkey in Highland for the first time today and I m so glad I did! My experience here was AWESOME From Dave the owner to Daniel who is the GM and to the rest of the staff, which btw who are all incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite, made my experience very enjoyable. From the moment I drove my 2010 F150 in I knew I was going to be taken care of. Just an incredible group of people who love what they do and who have a passion for cars I would recommend going here for all your automotive needs. Got my car an oil change 8,000 miles after the engine was replaced. Brought it here because it was close to home The service was friendly and quick. Upon check out they told me that I had a small leak. I thought that was weird being that the engine is practically new. Took it home and it's leaking oil. Didn't do it before I took it in. I used to change my oil all the time so I check it out and just as I suspected they didn't change out the oil plug gasket or "crush washer". I changed it myself and it doesn't leak anymore. Please train your tech to change these out. Otherwise great service.Service: Oil change
