Amazing customer service. Luis G was very helpful gave great customer service helped me out find what wipers I needed for my car and what type of oil was needed for my car, educated me a little bit on the oils. Love the service there I would most definitely go again employee was genuinely nice.

Great, easy place for quick parts. Unfortunately, the LED replacement bulbs they suggested for my RAV-4 do not work. Only breaker lights or market light depending on how you insert them. Easily replaced with standard bulb I had in garage. They quickly and happy refunded me. Always find their customer service to be too notch here. Thanks

The only reason for four stars is cuz they never have anyone to check you out at the registers. They only have the people that look up stuff for you and you have to wait for them

Terrible customer service it's been two or three times that I come to the store which is my regular store and this worker here whose name says Luis G. On his name tag seems like he's always mad like doesn't want to work and has terrible customer service he seems like he hates his job always with the mad face you ask him something and he responds back like if he doesn't want to help he was helping me last time and he didn't explain the situation correctly and he overpriced me on the things I got instead of letting me know if I would have got a different type of brand it would have gave me a regular discount so I was overpriced on my items and I asked him about it and he got all mad and started arguing that it was all my fault that it was my lost not his instead of having customer service he just try to argue and got all mad so I just took the lost like he said but at the end of the day you guys lose more than me because I'm not planning on going back to that store with him around with his poor customer service I didn't know AutoZone employees represented AutoZone with terrible customer service!!!

This AutoZone is absolutely fantastic there's a worker there named Carmen and she's just wonderful was helpful they all seem to be in sync together when I went in there were talking about backing each other up she was coming out to help me with my car she took a look at my car okay I'm embarrassed she's a girl she knew how to help me change what I consider being intricate little problem I had with my tail light and she was so helpful about it I want to tell you that I would hands down trust this AutoZone and the people there and again Carmen was fantastic

Pretty good store usually get good customer service... But have had some bad experiences with help over the phone.... overall a good store to visit.

It seems that I've been going to this AutoZone for a little while now my oil keeps burning out of my car and every time I go there there used to be a gentleman there was a young lady this last time and oh my goodness she was so nice got my oil help me out just was good professional personality and what I really like is because they like each other up in there and they work well together thank you AutoZone baseline highland California

Came in to purchase wiper blades and get installed, the lady at the counter told me they don t install wiper blades. While I watched another employee outside installing for another customer. I had a few questions about blade size and she stated she couldn t help me because she was the only one there. Pretty poor customer service at this location! Got what I needed at O reilly auto!

Jesus aka Jesse was awesome! He was so helpful the computer had a slow moment to malfunction but it was all good he let us know. He was going as quick as possible and he knew his stuff! Will be coming back the next time I need something else.

I've been going to the same store for 25 years and being a lady it very nice to be able to go somewhere where they would check and fill your fluids for your car for you but every year the services they provide have diminished and no one wants to help you anymore. They don't want to check your fluids for you and I was told that it is now against the rules for them to fill your fluids! It's a shame since there are no full service gas stations to go to now AutoZone which use to be a godsend offer terrible customer service and no help at all!!!

Horrible customer service. Nobody acknowledges you as you walk in. Wait times at the counter to purchase is more than 7 minutes and I m the only one in line

This store has employees that continue to not price match with Walmart when it comes to buying oil when indeed the Autozone brand does price match I go to the main hub store in my area which overrides all the other stores and they always do it for me no problem but the assistant manager at this location refused to price match shouldn't he as an assistant manager know that Autozone indeed does price match

Most of the time they're attentive and helpful except on my last visit the girl seem more interested in chatting with her co-worker than really figuring out what is it that I needed, for that I give them two stars.

They really should assign at least one person to a register instead of having ALL of them at the parts counter. I commonly need to wait at the register for some time before an associate breaks away from the parts counter to accommodate my purchase.

Service here is exemplary. Great and communicative workers who believe in honesty and quality you absolutely can not go wrong here if you know what you need or are able to describe what you think you might need if you don't. Come get everything your car needs to live a long and productive life!My only complaint is lines can be a bit long. Calling ahead fixes that issue nine of ten times.

The staff here was so nice and helpful. They were able to confirm which parts I needed. They even had the tools I could use to fix some things immediately. I highly recommend this location for parts and service!

Went to get some chains before heading up the mountain. Waited in line for a while then spoke with Ron. Super rude. So much for customer service. Made it look like HE was doing ME a favor by talking to me instead of just providing a good customer service. The Rancho location is much better than this.

I dropped in to get some diesel exhaust fluid for my truck. It was easy to find and their staff was friendly and willing to help. I've been to this location a number of times and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Customer service was excellent. Had to go late at night so security measures were in place but they explained it and were very very respectful. Would keep going back for all my parts needed.

Had a wonderful experience here today! Autozones employee 'Grayson' came flying through with great customer service. Came in asking to test our car battery --he was kind and professional from the moment I walked up to the moment he installed our new battery. Definitely recommend family and friends to come to this AutoZone and while you're there --look for Grayson.Thank you!
