Charge double then everybody else. I was a new truck drive and they took fully advantage of me.. they said that my air needed replacement and told me a new one was put on but later to find out it was the same one.. beware..

I booked an appointment the day before. They did the DOT inspection on my hotshot set up in a quick amount of time and were very thorough. Definitely will be back for my inspections and other services.

Hi I sent my driver to get an annual trailer inspection. Trailer is a 2022 with no problems. So they charge my driver $130 for just a trailer inspection. This is the hesperia location. The price didn t seem right to me so I called your Fontana location and they said $75. This sounds reasonable. I also called a local business west coast fleet services and they quoted me at $45.My question and complaint is how and why is hesperia zippy charging $130 for ONLY a trailer annual inspection? I d love to hear your response.I will gladly post a picture of my invoice if needed. I will also gladly remove my negative review if you can process a partial refund. As others have mentioned this location is robbery. This is not right. I live local and was planning on being back here often. Need Zippy to correct this issue. Let s see if you will respond.

Please truck drivers n owners apperator don't come to this place really bad costumer service is very very expensiveOnly for regular oil changes they charge u a lot n other places charge lest money they do better complete job on this place charge for everything oil change 1 thing for the other filters they want charge more n grease is more money they charge even when you paid wiht a card $30 dollars more the mechanics damage one hose of the antifreeze I was there n look right away just thinking about if I wasn't there they will try to charging for they mistake to me please truck drivers don't come to this places really bad business for companies I paid for regular oil changes n one filter oil change n 1 diesel all that $702 is really bad HOPE THIS HELP YOU LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE NO THIS ONE

Great service and quick turn around time versus other shops that wanted to keep the truck overnight for an oil change. Got my husband on the road quick. When I called to get information on services available, Susana was very thorough on what they offered. Definitely a place we will be taking our units back for service and BIT inspections.Services: Brakes, Oil change

The staff at this place are both friendly and professional, I brought my truck in for an oil change and they were able to take care of me right away, they also showed me the diagnostic codes that were showing up on my truck and that my cabin air filter and my engine air filter were both in need of changing. I highly recommend Tgis Zippy location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I got the reply today from owner to bring the truck back to shop. I took it back 1 week after the original job was done. And this time I don't know what they did my engine blew up after driving 1500 miles. Now it's sitting and dealership in texas where they gonna charge me $30000.00 to fix it.

I would've gave 5 but the older lady that awnser the needs betIter customer service skills was trying to get with Marco on the phone to let him know I still had def issue after I just spent 700$ over the weekend I get told there backed up for 2 days so I had to get work done in barstow for the dpf injector that was never cleaned when they did the other work I have no problem with marco when I am able to explain things to him he fixes my issues

Stoped by this Zippy Lube on my way home from Vegas for a pm service, slow and subpar. The next day I notice they didn't grease half the truck. I usually go to the one in Fontana and they do a great job.

First time visit was in and out for oil change but this visit costs me $1400 for replaced air compressor o ring, fuel pump o rings and gaskets the reason I write this review it I still got oil leakingI think these people are only good for oil change not repair the truck

Great people, great mechanics. have done all major dd15 engine work there from egr to fuel pump ,main Bearings and oil pump,dpf work ,Injectors, valve lash adjustment

Hi I went to this place to do D O T inspection which take hours waiting at other place till you been seen but this place took 30 minutes and did good inspection.

Paid $1500 for a Job with SCR Sensor. After a day Same problem still exists and the Manager does not wanna answer any calls.
