The staff here has always done a great job on my cars! They re quick, responsive and communicative. They go above and beyond to ensure the repairs look better than before the car was damaged. Cynthia and Richard are the best and while I hope I don t have to come back again, I know that if I do, I m in good hands!

Wow! Amazing service all around! They were patient with me and willing to work with my schedule and personal needs. They treated myself and my car with so much respect and were happy to give me realistic updates throughout the process. They went above and beyond and my car looks incredible! I am so happy that I chose Quality Auto Body and I will definitely choose them again in the future!

Quality Auto Body and Paint did excellent work on my car. The customer service was excellent to say the least. They worked with my Insurance throughout the whole process in a effectively and timely manner. Will do future business with them for sure.

I was having a hard time finding someone to weld my trunk hinge, and all the body shops I went and asked if they were able to weld it, said it was a very sensitive area to weld, and were not able to help me. Until I found this body shop, Richard was so amazing, and said there was nothing he couldn t weld. Did an amazing job, highly recommend.

I have taken my vehicles in for Clear coat and painting and have recieved nothing but the best results. I highly recommend Quality Auto Body and Paint to anyone looking for a professional outcome for their vehicles at a fair and honest price. Friendly and professional service.

This is the best family own body shop I have known,Richard is so very nice and respectful I'm quite sure my wife talked his ears off lol but there's nothing bad I can say,just go see them.Oh and I forgot to add not only when we picked up our RV after the work was finished it was shining clean inside and out.

We have taken all of our cars to this shop and they always do a phenomenal job!! The paint comes back looking wet wet each and every time. Cynthia and Richard are a great team, very communicative throughout the process. Absolutely amazing Autobody shopI cannot say anything negative about this placeAmazing customer Service.Amazing workmanship.Amazing everythingMy 2015 Subaru WRX STI looks brand new after she got hit with a big rig tire, smashing the windshield and taking off the drivers side mirrorAt the same time they really gave me a awesome deal on getting my front bumper redone and painted from all the sand blasting in the desert.What I liked best is that they remembered my name each and every time I came into their shop for a visit even when I showed up unannounced.I have never had this happen to me before and it really stressed me out when my car got damaged but Quality completely relieved me of all that stress and took care of everything, even with the insurance company.I will go to no other Auto body shop other than Quality Autobody & Paint.Thank you so very much

I showed up at Quality Auto Body this morning looking to see if they could install a engine splash protector under my Prius. I hit a big dip which ripped out a couple of peices. I purhased the two peices from Car Parts dot com and brought them with me along with the old peice that was ripped out. I didn't think they could do it today, but to my surprise these guys took a look at it right away. In their inspection, they found out that I didn't even need the two parts (they were still conncected). They even re-installed the old part which was around the wheel well. I was amazed how helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth these guys were. They saved me a lot of money compared to if I had gone to the Prius dealer or another Auto Body place down the street. Now, I can return the 2 parts for a refund. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend and use this shop in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent experience and very professional, went there dude to body damage from a tire blew out and the owner richard walked me step by step on all repairs and kept to his timeline. Definitely a shop of class, professionalism and experience. Left my car looking brand new overall great experience. I highly recommend anyone in the high desert to go here if you re in need of any body shop needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my car fixed here, It looks good. The communication and help Cynthia gave me was great as well. Since this being my first time needing to get my car fixed I really felt she guided me in the right direction. She recommended that I get a car rental and even talked with the insurance to make sure I had transportation throughout the whole repair.

I have been using Quality Auto Body & Paint for years now. Not only have they been outstanding to work with but their work is probably the best in the High Desert or Inland Empire. Cynthia and Richard work with you through the whole process, handle speaking with the insurance companies and advocate on your behalf. They also actually warranty their work unlike other shops that say they do but then give you a bunch of grief when issue comes up. If you want the best quality at a fair price then give Quality Auto Body & Paint a try.

I have been in numerous accidents and no I was not at fault. Each and everytime they had did more than was expected. They handled the phone calls with my adjuster after my initial calls. Richard and his team are truly for the people. The every day people, like you and me, and not for insurance companies and not out here trying to rip people off. My husband was in an accident, and my insurance agent recommended Richard. I am so grateful that he did. Since it was our first experience like this, we didn't know the first thing about what to do. Richard walked us through each step, he organized the pick up of our vehicle from the other tow yard for us, and although the car was a total loss and he didn't end up working on it much, I will be keeping his shop in mind if we ever need it. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. He's been in the business almost 40 years and his knowledge speaks for itself. 10/10 definitely DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you Richard!

Did an amazing job fixing the front end of my motorhome. They worked with my insurance and worked with our plans. We had an electrical issue after it left and they took it right back in.
