The technicians as well as the staff are always so helpful! They explain in details their findings and always have offered me options. I usually have high dollar repairs required. I feel confident they are taking good care of my vehicle!

I had problems with my brakes and Byron the Service Manager was very kind and helpful, but overall very professional. I am very pleased of the great work done and at a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place to my other family members and friends.

Pep Boys Bear Valley is convenient quick and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable Byron always gets the job done correctly, very efficient and schedules my appointments promptly.

I went to 2 different shop locations this day, same company. I could tell the service at the Hesperia location was far more customer friendly. The front desk personnel was very approachable and his interactions throughout the day were all consistent. I know I just needed to get my car serviced, but not only did they attempt to make time to get my car in, but they got the service done in less time than the previous location had even offered to take a look at my car, and it was done with a smile. You can tell when people like their jobs, this kind of positive attitude is extremely contagious. I highly recommend the Hesperia location, great service and great people. You can't beat that!

My tire was almost completely flat, luckily they were open. There were able to put my spare on free of charge and I really appreciated it. Great service Would recommend

I recently visited a Pep Boys shop to get an oil change, brake inspection and tire rotation. I was pleased with the service and found the staff to be very professional. However, during the routine tire rotation, one of the lug nuts on the passenger side front tire was found to be stripped and couldn't be removed. The staff informed me that attempting to remove it could cause further damage. I later found out that this lug nut had been damaged during a previous visit to another Pep Boys shop on 7th street, where I had gotten new front brakes and tires installed about a year ago. Now, I need to contact the earlier shop to see if they will take responsibility for the damage to the lug nut.UPDATE: 12/18/23I'm happy to update the other shop at 7th St, took care of the problem.

After calling every tire shop/supplier in the high desert shopping around, I called Pep Boys & spoke with Anthony who was polite, knowledgeable & ended up getting me hooked up with a tire package & alignment that fit my budget. They got me in & out quickly & I couldn t be happier with the customer service I received from Anthony. I 100% recommend this Pep Boys location.

I will no longer be taking my vehicles to any Pep Boys. They are understaffed and seem to not have the want to hire more people in order to provide the type of service they once provided. Also when booking online the online booking service is not linked with the individual stores therefore will schedule multiple people with the same appointment time. Last but not least the technicians are slow and seem to have no motivation. 45 min for an oil change is ridiculous. I do it faster in my drive way.

I came in for a break change and didn't realize I had let them get so far worn that that roaders also needed replacing. They did an inspection and we decided to do it. The service advisor spoke with my brother who is a mechanic out of state and reassured any concerns I had. The gentleman who worked on my car did a quick, efficient job.

Needed my hub cap swapped off my vehicle since I didn't have tools. Stopped by expecting to pay 20 to 40 bucks. Since they weren't super busy they got it put on in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me a penny. Thanks guys! I'll bring my business back when I need tires later this year.

I got a flat tire on a Sunday and most places were closed. I took my car to another tire shop and they took an hour just to tell me they didn t have my size. Finally I came to PB and Anthony was more than helpful, he went above and beyond and got my car done quick. I appreciate the help after dealing with so much hassle at the other place.

Went for a free break inspection and I was in and out of there in less than a half hour and on top of that the guy noticed that my oil filter was loose and he tightened it up for me and cleaned up some of the oil that spilled all that no cost. Cool dudes here

I messed up the alignment in my SUV and needed help immediately on a Saturday. I arrived here and there was no wait time. Anyways I got the car fixed for a decent price. A little bit more expensive then I wanted to but the mechanics were honest and did not rip me off. The young staff in the front were very helpful and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done. The car was done within a couple hours and I was ready to go. I didn't feel pressured or forced to buy things I don't need like most mechanics shops. I'm definitely coming back for a repair I highly recommend this place as it's one of the few honest places in the high desert.

Waste of time, I waited almost 2 hours for alignment, ( with appointment,) but they never even touched the car. They had no other cars on the bay. I ended up taking the car somewhere else.

I come to Pep Boys on bear valley all the time for my tires and oil changes , they have the best customer service at this location . Ask for Enrique or Ally. Don t forget to add the lifetime alignment on your tire purchase it s so worth it with the current road conditions out here in the high desert. I only go to pep boys for my vehicle needs . Five stars all day long here for this shop!!! It s really a blessing to have people that really do care about the customer still in this age we live in.

This place helped my girlfriend in a pinch!Enrique (errrr, I am pretty sure that was his name) was awesome and didn't treat her like a chick. He was able to fix her trunk (that is not an euphemism!) in 15 minutes.Someone should get this guy a raise!

Had a flat tire. Manager Enrique agreed to assist me even though it was 15 min before closing. Mechanic Michael s service was prompt. Great customer service. Will recommend to others.

I went into have my tires replaced. I was able to get a walk in appointment and be service right away. I am happy with the tires I purchased they look very good. I was also happy with price and friendly service. I will be back to have brake service.

So they are quick, but they gave me the wrong tire size, went back to get the right tire size and they didn't redo the alignment long story short car is not aligned cause it was aligned to the bigger tire that was scrapping. The reason I came here was to get tires and a alignment. You're better off getting tires and a alignment somewhere else.

This has been my go to tire/break place for the past few years now. Today my car was serviced by Nathan. He did AMAZING and was very patient with me and with what I needed. He was the only mechanic in and It was a HOT day! My car was a bit difficult to service but both him and manager Jose went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I was satisfied.Again..... I m limited in time because of my work hours and the distance I drive for work but I called Pep Boys and Jose, the assistant manager answered and said to bring the car in and they would take care it. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes for everything. Great and friendly service. I will definitely return to this location. Thanks Jose!
