Take your money elsewhere these people take advantage of those in need. I purchased a used tire 3 days ago, haven t driven around much this holiday and to find out the tire I purchase had a puncture. It really makes me sad to see such people take advantage of our seniors.

Just paid $30 for them to patch a tire! If I didn t need it right away I would ve went somewhere else. Way over priced!! I m a usually too, so disappointed and lesson learned

Well it all started yesterday I called The Establishment before I went in there and I asked them what was the price of a attire to patch at that time a woman said $20 so I headed over there! When I arrived a man said it was $30 I'm sure because I'm a woman just in my husband phone! They we're the only place open so had to get it done! The women tried to fix it in front of me wellwe thought then I went straight home and parked the next morning I called them she told me to bring it in when I got there she took the tire to the back which was strange I thought to come BK and say it's a different hole and it's 30 more I asked here y did she have to take the tire to the BK this time and she started acting crazy through my tire on the ground in pieces didn't even put BK together and said to leave! I asked for her boss as she dance around acting a mess telling me to leave never once tried to resolve the situation even as my son and I told her there was no reason to act like that she just wanted to get as to pay more money! I wouldn't do business ever with them and they are only four blocks from my house so would be very convenient specially when we own six vehicles so we're always getting flats!!!! STAY AWAY from this establishment they're taking advantage of hard-working people

My husband and I are headed to Santa Monica from Missouri. We have been on the road for 4 days and everything was going great until this morning, then the car started to over heat. Turns out that a hose clamp was loose. Thank you, Ruben, for figuring it out for us. We appreciate you so much. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you need something fixed on your car.

Owner is a joke. Went to get a used tire and told me $75. I said that kinda high. He got all girl pissy and said you want free go somewhere else. Hahha. Too bad we have over 30 people in our car club that would be using him but now we'll never go bavk and will be telling everyone to not go there.

Stopped in today because I found a sharp penny stuck on my tire wasn t sure if I was gonna need a replacement or not so I decided to stop by One Stop Tire Shop and was held by Samantha. Samantha had great customer service and she was able to find out there was no puncture in the tire. She provided me great service and not charge me a penny due to the fact there was no puncture in the tire however, she still provided me great service and help me out. If you re looking for the best tire shop in the area please stop by the shop they have a great service and quick turnaround time to help you out.

These guys really helped me out when I was in a pinch. My tire blew on the freeway an hour away from home and I was on a time crunch to get to where I was going. I was 25 minutes away from them and driving on my spare. I was on the phone with them and told them I was going to be a few minutes late and they stayed open and waited for me so that they could put a new tire on.They were super quick and it was reasonably priced. Super grateful I got to them and not one of the bigger, more expensive places.

Open Sunday!Needed to get four tires installed that I got from tire rack. A chain store down the road messed around for three hours with nothing to show. One stop was honest and told me I should come back Sunday morning since they were filled up that afternoon. Came in and got my tires installed quickly and without fuss, seems they got a good amount of used too if you're in a pinch and got a flat on main. No nonsense place, love it!

Went in because they have been helpful before but they only help if it s useful for them. Bought 32 lug nuts they didn t fit went to return Them. They wouldn't take them back. No discussion or help trying to recover some of my cost. Because they had made a sale, and they had their money they didn t want to help me. Won t go Here again. I would rather pay more money for more helpful service.

Horrible customer service they overcharge me for everything and they racial profile customer. I would recommend you spending your hard earn money at this tire shop. They tried to charge me just for mounting a tire. Supervisor is very disrespectful and doesn t want to help anyone.

My Tesla Model X with 22inch tires had a flat. These guys put on a used tire to get me back on the road in no time. Fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price.

These men were amazing. I went in there with my own tire and they informed me the tire was not good at all i had only $15 and they gave me the tire for free and only charged me the $15 to put it on my car i will never go anywhere else they truly care about the customer and the safety as well i will be getting all my tires from this shop from now on.

Great and quick service. Open on sundays for those emergencies as I had. Got a quality tire on in 15 mins and got me back to work and all for cheap

This is the best tire shop i have ever been to! I totally recommend it to everybody i know. The employees are always very polite and take the time to answers all my questions, as well as providing excellent service.

After a couple of "try's" mainly on the Dealers and some out there, I came here for help (I used to come long time ago that I literally forgot it), They -ask for Elliot- did a diagnostic found the problem -a big one- fix it nice and ready to go.I forgot to tell them about the driveshaft "another problem" check it, and in one day all was fixed. Finally, one more thing, possible related to the first one (not sure) and they took care of it. ""Part of our warranty"" they told me and it cost me just the parts.End of Review - Saved me I can think honestly more than half of what a dealer would charged me, plus same day service (depending on the parts availability) vs dealers appointments up to 4 weeks wait.I recommend their service very highly.

I went there to get my Smog Test done and the guy who helped me was very helpful and polite . He took care of my smog test really fast and I only paid $60 dollars . If you are looking for a Star Smog Check this is the place.

It is my humble opinion, that I will no longer attend this place, I had first left that place because they tend to skip you, even though we had a good relationship but they are very sloppy now and I have risked my families life and mine going there.They gave me a bad tire and will not replacement I was very upset once the actual owner of the place. Said he will not replace tires and that they only provide the customer with great tires.I told him that was a lie and I have seen first hand that they do have defective tires because I have personally seen them put it on my own tires before and they had to remove it because it was leaking or had a hole some where. But I did let him know that how can he say that when it is not true.So the owner said "You know what, I have the power to get you a new tire but I will not because the way you talked to me and he just walked away"! I was very upset, I mean who would not right.Plus be carefull with the stuff they do and make sure you get a receipt from them because if you put your family at risk and God forbid something bad happens, guess what, no record of where you got your car fixed, then they will wash their hands and can easily say they never touched your car.Please be carefull, as a professional Business Consultant with a Bachelors in Management and Masters in Business Administration and currently in school for Auto/Diesel, and Hydraulics Repair ad Diagnostics Repair, I know a little of what I am talking about.They also ask for cash, even though they have a machine, they still ask for cash preferably. Normally when businesses asks for cash typically they do not report to the IRS, among other stuff they can do, but thats my opinion that's another thing that can be looked at later by other entities. They asked me cash for the tire which I did not want to pay but they manipulate you to pay cash, so I paid cash for my tire, which I did not have a problem because I did have the cash. I mean I had always walked to the 7 Eleven before, next door to get cash, I know most have done that, but I do not know why they do that??I would not risk my families life again with One Stop!!!Thank youSergio C. They are very nice and greatest of all the tires shop's I've been to in the High Desert, and very business oriented and I will recommend friends and family to go there if they ever need a tire service or something

I liked coming here for used tires and small engine work but twice I've came and it's closed around 5:10-5:15pm so the times might not be right.

Went there for a smog check. Went at the right time. Walked right in . Mr. Murillo was able to do it right away. 15 minutes and we were out of there. No problem.
