The employees here have always had a good attitude and provide professional service. They are also veylry willing to help. That's why I skip the other auto parts stores by my house and go here.

Johnny was busy when I walked in around 7:20 on Monday night the 27th of November. He stopped what he was doing and helped me to the fullest of his ability after I was just at auto zone and advanced auto parts he s the older black gentleman. I m not bragging but I know about vehicles and I got more out of him then I did at the other places combined and he even printed me something.I think it s time for a bonus or raise for Johnny boy thanks bro

I returned my starter yesterday and they would only give me store credit. I had my reciept, it was under my account, no issues. I had gone through many starters, and they had a lifetime warranty yet a couple employees were bothered by my situation and did not like how many times i had warranteed it, yet no one seemed to be able to figure out which starter was correct for my application. So this grudge made them give me store credit instead of a refund. I spend a lot at this store and thats all they did for me. I got a starter online.

Had items I needed however seriously under staffed! Took phone call around the 7 people in line, no one just ringing up people coming in to get basic items, really frustrating. Phone was ringing the full 20 minutes I was in the store.

Don t purchase alternators here they are faulty and cheap. I purchased an alternator here for my civic and it ended up just giving me a low battery symbol on every once a week on my dashboard which cause my car to turn off whenever I m in a parked area and now they re not allowing me to return it to get a refund!! I d go to your main trusted mechanic for parts rather than this untrustworthy O Reilly parts that are transported from China Good Luck in finding Trust and Value here.

Good customer service, my products arrived quite a bit sooner than I had expected. One item wasn't ordered but they were able to order it the same day and they will have it ready in a couple hours :-) they also have a rewards program

Worst services ever, it's better to find another place to turned your rotors, I left them a day before they told me that will be ready next day between 8am to 10am, so I got there 9:30, wasn't ready yet , so he told come back in 45 minutes, I did an hour later, surprised not done only one, Marco told me wait another 1/2 hour, I waited inside the store for 40 minutes and he didn't even care about, , what a waste of our time, now I have to come back again and this time I will wait until they're bother to call me or finish it today. Updated never called I had to drive for 3rd time after 4hrs

Great customer service. I had questions about some wiper blades and he didn't try to sell me on the most expensive ones, he suggested I buy the ones that suited my budget. He even installed them for me. 5 stars for this O'Reillys location.

This place was okay I don't know they were kind of short with me will say that but all in all I got what I needed just would have been nice to be greeted and treated a little better especially being a commercial customer but even if I wasn't if a family member walked in and I would want them treated just as well so other than that good job oh and they need to work on keeping their parking lot clear of antifreeze and oil and guys are slacking that day as multiple anti-freeze spots I hope you guys took care of that

This is a good O'Reilly's with helpful employees and good stock of parts, and if they don't have it at this store the will check they other stores in the area or have it brought from the hub in about 3-5 hours the same day on most items out of stock at this location.

Make sure when you call and ask for a part and they say it s in stock, have them physically go get it and have in hand. Drove down there after saying we have it! I get there 5min later and oh we don t have it in stock

I used to work at this location. O Reillys seems to have a very loyal fan base and every single time I go there to shop as a customer, I m always treated like a normal customer. Just like family.

This place usually has the stuff I need in stock. Have dumped oil here. Make sure your lid is totally off the container to pour, if cap flips closed during emptying of oil. Then comes back messy. So I cut off the retainer ring for cap to pour out oil.I'm sure next time I dump oil, I will not have that issue. Hence only reason I had to drop a star. But was also near closing. Next time I go, will update review.

O'Reilly's Auto Parts these guys are great most of the time that I come into this store they always got my parts or stuff that I need so you're passing through Hesperia and you need a part or armor or oil antifreeze you name it they got it great place sits in the shopping center of Walmart right on Escondido and Main this O'Reilly Auto Parts is a brand new one very clean always

I want to say it was my first time going there today. I spoke with Marabelle over the phone before going I needed a battery for my vehicle as well as installing it. My car was jumped today by my towe service through my insurance it was the 2nd time in 3 weeks. I went to 2 Walmart on Bear Valley and Main both where 3 plus hr wait had my 2 yr old with. I was exhausted. O'REILLY's saved my DAY it was an easy in and out they installed my battery for me no charge and customer service was top notch. Thank you Christopher for changing my battery and the great customer service !!!

What a joke. You're better off at AutoZone you don't have to wait for the expensive coffee drinkers blocking the parking lot so you can park, and most likely won't have to return multiple times to pick up parts that were ordered and "lost".

O'Reilly is my go to auto parts store. They carry several brands including Spicer, wix, and other quality parts. Also warranty returns with them is quick and easy.
