Got my oil changed with them about 2k miles back. Noticed an oil puddle in my driveway. Looked underneath and saw dripping from skid plate. Looked through skid plate to see oil dripping from seal at oil filter. Been trying to call them for last half hour only to get constant ringing and a disconnect. This is the second issue I have had. First was them spilling oil in my skid plate (which they explained happened) but they never completelycleaned the spill. Oil stains cover my driveway in multiple areas now. Not sure if there was a change in personnel or leadership, but my last 2 visits have left me with problems after each visit.

Charles was so amazingly helpful. The car I was inquiring about was in need of an oil change. Requiring 020 synthetic oil. Jiffy wanted to charge my ver $100 for an oil change. I decided to look elsewhere however Charles was very informative and provided me with helpful options. If you happen to stop by, speak with Charles. He knows his stuff.

Service was great! I m giving a low rating because it s 103� outside and the AC is not working!! WTH Jiffy Lube?! Why do you have a service station in the desert with no working AC????? I m literally sweating out my shirt sitting here waiting for my oil change.At least I get to go home after this.. I feel bad for your employees that have to work in this heat for 8hrs every day smh.

Went to another location who tried to rip me off with stuff I didn't need. Drove to this location in complete distress and they were so nice, filled my oil as and assured me I would get home to Vegas with my kids safely. So grateful thank you Anthony for great customer service.

Beware of you get your oil changed here. Cost me a lot of $ and they didn t put the cover or my skid plate back on! They didn t call me to tell me they forgot it. I don t get a lot of oil changes don t drive the vehicle that much, so it s been a while. Another place told me it was missing and cover was left off. Manager basically said Sorry

They are fast and convenient but they DO NOT take care of your vehicle. .2 times I've went for a oil change and 2 times the oil miraculously leaks. Never had a issue at other locations except this one!! And they never want to to fix the problem. They blame everyone for the wrong doing. Even if you leave 5 minutes after the service and something is wrong they never want to be held accountable!! WORST JIFFY LUBE!!!Service: Oil change

I came in for an oil change and was in-and-out in approximately 15 minutes. The staff are always friendly and make sure my car is well taken care of. Definitely beats going anywhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I rarely give out 5 stars but I feel like It is appropriate for this location. Shout out to the manager Brandon and the tech that did my oil change today! Thank you gentlemen for a very pleasant and professional experience. My only complaint is there wasn t AC service at this location. I would definitely trust these guys to do work on my vehicle.Service: Oil change

My father and I had gone to a couple of places to get the oil changed with several hours wait at each. And even though we were not able to get in the first day we went to Jiffy Lube, they were honest and said they had two problems holding up the bay and it'd be about an hour. Which was still much better than the other options. We decided to go back in the morning first thing and we're in and out in less than 15 minutes. They've did forget to reset the dash that said it needed an oil change however we went back the following morning and they took care of it immediately and apologized. I was very happy with the service that we received there.

Ive been to this location twice before and everyone has been super helpful and honest. Today Charles the Asst. Mgr. went above and beyond on a sensor for my car. The thing wouldnt budge but he never gave up and after an hour he got it and now we our home. The whole team helped out and worked as one and i thank you for that!! It was busy but that didnt stop you guys from getting the job done while still taking care of multiple cars in the other lane...Customer for life!!

This is the only location I will take my car too, I always get great customer service here, kind and friendly and always take great care of my car. They explain everything well and answer any of my questions. They are never pushy or try to over sell anything they simply give the recommended suggestions. I recommend this location every time. The manager Art was one of a kind, very kind and answered all my questions honestly. Thank you for the great service every time

You need to watch these guys they keep asking or telling you need in-car airfilter or just a filter or wiper blades and when you say No they still try to get you for something extra. Dont rotate tires because they dont balance them and one person takes out the in cab airfilter and someone else installs it forgetting to connect the cable to your glove box and when you open it everything falls out, Its all about sales I went in for a synthetic oil change for $85 the bill was almost $200 because of all the extra things done to my car when originally I said no thanks and they still add it

Been going to this location for years now, always a pleasant and professional experience :) Ben and Charles rule, truly! They've always set my car up just right and once even identified that it looked like my car was crying! (It was just Armor All residue) I can't recommend this place enough!

They wanted to charge me $100 for an oil change because they don t carry a generic brand of my oil anymore, they only carry the full synthetic. Which is the most expensive. How convenient. Nothing against employees they were super kind but frustrated with what seems like a shady business tactic

Excellent service for my oil change and great deal. They always have coupons so you can save and the mechanic Brandon is super friendly and made sure I knew what s going on with my car. Much appreciated and I ll be back to this location

Would never go there again. Bought a battery from them that had a 3 year warranty it went bad in 21/2 I called and they insisted I had a # they gave me. I went down and they realized I bough B4 they went to that system but the manager decided he was going to give me a hard time and replaced it but wouldn't give me any kind of warranty. He was so rude. And He wasn't the original Mngr that I bought it from the old mngr was so likable and you could talk to him. The mechanics are good there no problem with them.

I enjoy going here, they are fast and personable. If you just talk with the guys running the counter they are always more than happy to take you around and go over tips and other items. I have yet to be disappointed by their service.

Friendly professional did their job very quick courteous very helpful got me in and out right away then have to wait 4 hours took no longer than 15 to 20 minutes they know what they're doing and they did a great job
