What a fantastic repair experience! My trailer fridge stopped working, and I was referred to Innovative RV Repair by Big Bear RV Rental. Innovative assessed my repair needs by phone (the ammonia smell was a dead giveaway) and ordered a replacement cooling unit for my fridge. They came out to where I m staying in Johnson Valley (KOH area) and replaced the cooling unit on site. Given the circumstances, I feel the wait time and price for the remote replacement service was quite fair. I m very happy with the expert service I received, and would not hesitate to call them again for help!!!

Kendall knows his stuff!!! I will say I paid a good penny for him to travel from Hesperia up to da mountains to help ($150/hr), but it was well worth it as he was able to offer one solution to help fix the issue of the city water back flowing into da fresh water tank. If you need a good tech that knows his stuff call Kendall...syraight out of high school he started and has kept it going. Very respectful when he speaks and considerate to offer truth. What a lifesaver it is to have someone that will come out to where you are to diagnose and repair your RV. One of the nicest and most honest men I've ever dealt with. He has worked on my 5th wheel twice now and took care of both issues (water leaks) quickly. Recommend him highly, just a great, knowledgeable man!

I have used Innovative a few times now in the last 3 months. Since my very first phone call with them, I have been very pleased with their service. Kendal has been out to my house a couple of times and I have been to his shop to have my trailer repaired. Kendal has always promised to do what he says, he communicated with me every step of the way. He sent me pics of his progress and communicated any issues or different diagnosis's. He does exceptional work and knows what he is doing. You can tell he is passionate about his work and reputation. He is very trustworthy and honest. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable RV Tech Stop looking!! Kendall is awesome . He actually answers his phone and texts and shows up .. Very professional and very friendly. We were in a bind and Kendall took care of our issue quickly . If you have ever needed a mobile RV tech you already know, most don t answer the phone and rarely return calls. Kendall is what I would call in the top 1% of Techs. I feel good knowing I don t have to worry about finding extremely reliable RV Tech anymore !!

Last November, we were about halfway to Las Vegas and our RV had an electrical fire. Of course, with my family in the truck, I didn't want to proceed on our road trip unless it was completely safe. We called around seeking help but it was late and businesses were closed. Kendall answered, and probably woke up in the middle of the night just to help us out. His service went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thanks to him, we were able to make it to our family's Thanksgiving dinner. My family is incredibly grateful for his help. If we are ever in need of RV service, we will go out of our way to give him more business.Service: Electrical

Great service! We had JUST started our "vacation" as full time RVers when our kitchen slide started acting up. Kendall can out and fixed it all up and gave us some advice to keep it from happening again. Great business and great business man! Highly recommend!

I found Kendall from a recommendation from a Facebook page. Yes, hes not a big dealer and a fancy answering service for his phone or full page ads. He found the problem with my Onan 5500 Generator that 2 other shops could'nt figure out, inculding Mike Thompsons after charging me through the nose for looking at it. I also had a incident on the way home from Barstow when I noticed something wrong with my 5th wheels brakes. He had me drop off the Trailer at his shop , on my way home, on a Sunday, No problem. I would recommend Kendall to anyone and feel fortunate to have found him. His knowledge, Skill and willingness to explain the problem and your options is rare these days. Kendall came out to look at 2 RVs that needed work. He located several issues including inverter. Said he would get back to me on cost. After a week I contacted him and was told he s still working on it. After 2 months, 2 voice mails left to him and text messages he did not respond to, I left a message for him to forget it. Absolutely fantastic. Reasonably priced. I had an issue with my grey tank. He had it fixed in about an hour (a hose came loose). I have an enclosed underbelly, so this wasn't a small job. I will absolutely be calling him again if I need help. Thank you Innovative RV. You're a lifesaver!

Hands down, no question this is the company you have to use. 100% fair and honest and incredibly knowledgeable about anything RV! I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed, so glad I have them working on my RV.

Had my Travel trailer serviced today! Needed some TLC after the almost year of not using it. They went through all the systems, and axles and made sure everything was in good working order, and re-sealed my windows and doors. Great service! So I had a weird electrical problem. The lights on my trailer were bright up front and faded as it went to the back. He found a wire that had a screw that went through it. I dropped my rv off on the the 9th of October 2020 to have my generator, and leveling jacks diagnosed @ approximately 3p.m I had a great conversation with the owner Kendall he appeared to be a nice guy I must say in the beginning I was a bit skeptical because we made a appointment that he forgot to log in and forgot I was coming which cost me my whole day I normally travel to la for business but left that day open to meet with Kendall upon dropping my rv off he told me he will diagnose it on Sunday or Monday and give me a estimate this was on a Friday I tried to contact him on Tuesday in the afternoon by phone and text and received no response until the next day which was strike 2 now I m getting worried in his text he said he s been busy and can t get to my rv till the end of the week I m thinking to myself I could have brought it to him the end of the week long story short my rv stayed parked in his driveway for 9 days and he never diagnosed it and when I made mention of him telling me Sunday or Monday he said he don t work on Sundays when I told him I was repeating what he told me he said your keys are in the rv basically telling me to leave I believe he has a split personality or bipolar he was a totally different person short with words rude and no customer service skills at all I believe he was armed while talking to me and I was on his property and the way things are going now with this black and white hate I just left and did not make a big deal out of it I told him when I dropped it off we use the rv to sleep in while in la because me and my wife live in Victorville but work in la because of Kendall I had to rent my wife a room for a few days which cost me more money very poor customer service.
