Victor and his team were excellent to work with. I brought in my 1999 Durango with a mysterious oil leak based on a recommendation from another shop. Him and his team were quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. They worked with me and my budget to get my truck fixed up at a very reasonable price. Overall, they were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I will be returning there for all of my future truck maintenance and repair needs.

The owner Victor went out of his way to assist me when my rv broke down while on my way home from the High desert. He also took care of a couple of other issues that I had with the rv. He stayed in contact with me throughout the time he had my vehicle and was very flexible when it came to dropping off and picking up my rv. I would highly recommend his service if you're in or near the high desert.

Paid almost $100 for a service call to be told that my starter was bad when I made it clear prior that I already knew that. I specifically wanted to know what other issue my truck had beyond the starter. I was told "without the starter I can't tell ya". I would have much rather been refused the service call and save my cash.Response to the owner: There was clearly a lack of proper communication in offering the service call. I was under the impression that I was going to get a full diagnostic (in writing) in exchange for the $90. I disclosed that another shop worked on the transmission, not the starter. The truck did not run prior to the transmission work, that was also disclosed. I believed it to be an electrical issue which I had the expectation the technician could diagnose. If the shop knew ahead of time that a working starter was needed for a proper diagnosis then why send out a technician in the first place? After not getting that diagnostic and still having to pay for an improperly fulfilled service call, I decided that it would not be a sound decision to spend more money here.This was a recap of my experience. I am no way am I making a wide-spread assertion that this is a bad shop but my experience here could have been fruitful had I had a better explanation of the services rendered.

Needed to get a used car checked by a mechanic before I bought it. Was recommended to go to Victor on Ingram Fleet Service by a local RV mechanic. Was not disappointed. They went through every detail on the car quickly and managed to explain everything to me very well even though I'm not good with cars. Highly recommend Victor and his team!

Victor is indeed the man you want to go to with any gas or diesel issues. He is a guru on auto & truck repair. He was able to find and fix my problem with my Ford f-650 when several other shops were unable. Wish I can give 10 stars !!!

Victor helped us out when we were broke down on the side of the road with our motorhome. He was super accommodating and helpful. Victor is the Diesel guru! He fixed our 6.0 when NOBODY, and i mean NOBODY, could diagnose what was wrong with it. Him and his staff are personable and quick to respond to any and all my vehicle needs.

I had a mazda that was in really rough shape and Victor helped me diagnose every problem and fixed the whole engine, transmission, and electrical gremlins plaguing the car. Took my RV there to get the brake controller installed and replace the entrance step modules. Victor was great and came in early to get things done and get me on the road...A++++
