Kristen the receptionist very professional & cordial very time I called. Jonathan was very professional, prompt & informative every step of the way. Overall good customer service . My car looked brand new like it did before my accident. Everything was followed through to the end. I would recommend or come to this place again. Had a great experience!

My insurance company Progressive recommended this shop to me after my accident, I dropped my car off to them on 10/10/2022 with an expected pick up date for 10/21/2022. After several pick up date push backs and virtually NO updated communication other than a text message AFTER I called for an update, I ended up going to pick up my car on 10/27/2022, only to see that my car isn t completely fixed. The hood where the damage was did not close all the way and was not aligned with the bumper when closed. There was a huge gap in between them. The headlight where the accident occurred was protruding out and not aligned correctly. I was told that whoever worked on my car before, did something to the radiator bracket mount, and this is why they could not get everything aligned, but was not told why my car didn t look like this when I first purchased it. Even after the accident everything was completely flush, and aligned. I was told that, because the so called damage did not happen in the accident then they were not able to fix it, and that the part cost $600. I ve included photos of my car pre, accident, after accident, and post repair . I have one vehicle, and two small children who rely on this car to be dropped off and picked up from school as well as appointments, so after Gerber having my car for almost 3 weeks I felt a bit pressured to just take it, even with the unsatisfactory repair job, in which I paid my $500 deductible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took almost two months to return my vehicle. I am very frustrated with the work they did. The paint was bad. The incomplete mechanical work left a sewage leak and great instability in the handling, things that the vehicle did not have before the accident. I returned it so they could fix it correctly, they told me they were going to fix it in a week, I waited two weeks and they didn't get back to me until I called and they told me it was ready when I looked for my vehicle, they didn't do anything, it still had the same mechanical problems and I didn't like the paint. This was a job through insurance. I don't like leaving negative comments but I think about what families who depend on a single vehicle to work and support their home suffer and to do something like that is intolerable. I would never recommend that workshop to anyone.

I had a semi . With a 48 ft container. Hit the passenger side of my SUV. At the pilot truck stop in Hesperia ca. I was passing by. Since I reside in Alpharetta Ga.. anyhow this is the best. Collision repair shop.. Hands down. Fantastic all the way around. Customer service is great. And none the less. The body work on my SUV is excellent. Great job. Jeff and team. God bless.

They are definitely for your insurance and will try to save them money. They didn't feel part of my damage was valid and left it off my repair. Now it is up to me to argue with my insurance about it. What a hassle. Wish I would have gone to a different place that was more for me and not for my insurance. Now my truck won't be fully repaired and I'll have to spend more money out of pocket once I get it back. Ridiculous.

Worse experience of my life. I kept getting told tomorrow it will be ready. This is my first time dealing with a collision center.I heard stories about how long it took for people to get their cars back from the shop but man I get it now.I would never recommend this place to anyone!By the way I read some reviews before I went there and I was confident i was going to be ok but man I regret it. Oh yeah and I still don t have my car back yet by the way! I should have taken it as a sign when I dropped off the car and they told we will give u an update later on today two days later I had to call and ask for an update. I was told my car would be ready by Christmas . Then new years! and now I was told it s still in pain for whatever reason. I m done dealing with these people.Thank you benni I won t be coming back ever again. I will tell all my friends about this experience.

Customers Beware:This location did a very generic repair. In 2021 on a 2015 Dodge Durango for (Katrina Neal)and has never made it right. Even after calling them out on it and pointing out the repair issue.Omar - was the customer service rep for the repair.After confronting him on the repairs, Omar said he would order the OEM parts to make it right. Omar no longer works there (Hmm I wonder why)?After checking up on the parts order in person.General MGR Jonathan Ulloa, got involved.Back in February 2022, Jonathan said he would make it right and order up the parts, no surprise parts were on a back order. Jonathan would contact us to bring the vehicle in when the parts arrived.Manager - Jonathan, still has not contacted me or my wife to complete the repairs. I have followed up twice. No call back. (Wow) a General MGR.Repair note:This is a minor repair maybe $200.00 in oem parts. Windshield wiper fluid assy pump and tubing. Gerber tech - decided to cut the oem tubing and added vacuum line as a union between the hood and tubing going back to the reservoir.. That did not hold and popped off. Gave me an incorrect estimate a week before I found out the correct one from my insurance company. Never once called me like they kept promising throughout the entire process. Refused to give my unrepaired car back until I paid $455. Terrible experience! Don't trust them at all!

They did an alright job. There is some smeared white paint around the seal on both headlights and the white paint is definitely not the same white color as the rest of the car. Waited an extra week for my vehicle as well because the fog light bulbs were lost and they had to order more.

Very nice shop and friendly staff! They are very knowledgeable and thorough with there work. The work they do is amazing, clean, and most importantly on time! The guy who helped me was very nice , also answered all my questions, and was professional. They worked with my insurance and made it feel simple and effortless. I believe Omar was his name, 5 star star service for sure !!

This place is horrible. Put simply, they couldn't install a bumper right theirs open joints against the components, then they took the liberty of washing my truck and creating awful swirl marks. This takes the cake for worst service of them all. This place doesn't care to mess your car up and they go on but you have a scratched up embarrassing truck that you paid 60000$, the owner still says thanks to me like taunting me. What a piece of chet.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! I was surprised that they were able to fix only the areas that were damaged while blending it with the entire car. It looked like the entire car was painted. I didn't notice any apparent damage. The car looked INCREDIBLE & I was 150% satisfied & happy! They even gave me a free car wash! The customer service was outstanding from all the staff & Josh! The text message updates & phone calls kept my mind at ease. They even completed the repair 2 days faster than originally projected! I reccomend 1st Certified Collision Centers as the # 1 auto body repair shop! They also stand behind their work & give a lifetime warranty if the quality of their work does not meet your expectations or fade away. Wow! I feel confident walking away. Thank you sooo much 1st Certified Collision!

UPDATE: The company contacted me and totally took care of the problem. Apparently they guarantee their work for life but for some reason the guy we dealt with never informed us of that fact. This time I dealt with Josh and he handled everything quickly, without any BS, and to my complete satisfaction. There was no awkwardness at all. He made me feel totally comfortable. My opinion of them is now completely reversed and I would have no problem taking any of my cars to them again.This is what happens to their paint job a year or two later. First, the paint starts to lift and then there's a little bubble and then the paint flakes off in the wind and the paint underneath doesn't look like it was properly prepared. And then when you take it in and show it to them, they say they'll find out what they can do for you and give you a call but you never hear from them, and when you call them to follow up, they never call you back. But they sure are happy to see you when you first walk in with all that insurance money, and they sure do beg you to give them the highest rating on their follow-up survey, and of course you do it because you haven't found out yet what a lousy job they did. Needless to say, will never use them again.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend 1st certified collision center. They did a phenomenal job on my 2015 Honda Civic and I couldn t be anymore satisfied. Josh was such a big help with constantly updating me with the current status of my vehicle. I m so happy with the final product, thank you so so much!

My vehicle was damaged while it was parked. Got backed into not once or twice but 3 times. Brought my car to get fixed. Very happy with my service from Jose. He kept me informed and helped me get back on the road very quickly. Thank you 1st certified collision center.

The people at Collision Craft are the best at what they do, very professional and accommodating. When my car was in a wreck Miguel offered to stay open past closing time until my car could get there. They keep you up to date at all times with the repair through text messages and take the hassle out of dealing with the insurance companies.I highly recommend them.

George Sioss (Owner/previous owner?) did a masterful job on wife's '89 Toyota Cressida. However, I trusted him & his staff with my '68 GT-500. Orders were: "Only George & shop manager were to drive the car."When I picked the car up, the office secretary said, "So YOU'RE the owner of that red "mustang'' the guys KEPT DRIVING UP AND DOWN THE STREET. = NO trust = NO more work. Keep your people in check, dude.

Bad service and the customer service was terrible, the person that rights the estimates lied to me and my insurance company. I would not recommend this company at all.
