Unfortunately I had 2 unexpected incidents involving my Ram 2500 diesel, but having Fix Auto be so accommodating and informative throughout these ordeals, made the process go so much easier. I will only go to Fix Auto if I were to have any other issues in the future, hope not. They do excellent work, my truck looks brand new!

This place is absolutely the BEST !! Auto body shop in the high desert. They are honest, professional and my car looks fantastic! They always keep me updated on my car repairs. Recently had my truck repainted from oxidation, and sand damage. The staff at Fix Auto was the most upfront, and professional shop I ve been to. They kept me updated everyday on the status of my vehicle, and had it ready in a timely manner. I will continue to use Fix Auto for any future repairs.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The towing company made a mistake in taking my car to another fix it location and the managers took care of everything and any extra expenses! They kept me updated with any change and or update throughout the 3 weeks they had my car. They are very nice and super professional and would give 10 stars if I could! Couldn t recommend this place more!

I am thrilled to say that my 2014 Nissan Sentra looks as good as new! I owe a huge thanks to Victor and his team for their exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed on a daily basis and even sent me photos of my Nissan once it was completed. I cannot express enough gratitude for the excellent service I received. I highly recommend this team for their exceptional work and dedication to their customers. Keep up the fantastic work!

This place is horrible!!! DO NOT come here! They did a horrible job fixing my car. I needed some work done on my car after an accident and I had to keep taking it back because they didn t fix it correctly. The first time I took it back was because a bottom plate underneath my car was dragging and there was air coming in from the window. The bottom piece was fixed but not the window. I took it back again and got it back again still the window wasn t fixed. A total of 4 times going back and forth. My window is still not fixed and now they re saying they can t get ahold of the adjuster so pretty much that s it. I should ve just token it to Caliber Collision to have fix CORRECTLY the first time but instead I took a chance on a small business and that backfired. Never again. This is worst auto body shop I ve ever experienced.

Was involved in a accident my insurance went through fix auto. Jose and his crew really made my car look and drive as if it was new again. Haven t had any problems with the work they performed.
