Outstanding customer service. My vehicle was ready before I was scheduled to pick up. Communication was daily and I was treated very kindly at every step of the repair process. I had my reservations about having my car repaired at an in-network repair shop, but this experience changed my opinion. Very pleased with my experience, and the office staff is A+

I had a great repair experience. Fix Auto has great and friendly staff. I drive a Genesis G80 and I received my car in immaculate condition just like a remember buying my car brand new. I am very attached to my car and for Fix Auto to provide the same care as I would to my car is amazing.

I had my first accident ever and was absolutely crushed at the fact my car may be totaled. After shopping around for a place, I decided to use Fix Auto. They pretty much handled everything for me and the process was quick and easy. The friendly woman at the front, Monica was very helpful in assuring me my car would be taken care of. Thanks to them my car came back looking as good as new. Nik, the other person who was helping me, did an amazing job at getting all the correct pieces that my car originally came with. This shop was referred to us by insurance company stating they are a five-star shop. This couldn't be further from the truth. Not only did they take forever that's not even really a big deal when we did go back to pick up the truck. We noticed a lot of little things wrong. Front bumper was loose by right fender. They had white mud stains on black trim. Exterior of truck door line and body lines were not equal. This is a door they replaced. They had over spray left on bed of truck and truck was returned to us. Dirty white stuff all over the tires and black trim. They were unable to replace the clear coating at edge of door and gave us a hard time. I had to really push them to get it done and a still did not do a proper job. So we had everything else repaired picked up. I had to take the truck to a different shop in thehigh desert and get the clear coating done at the door edges and behind door handles. This was something they were supposed to have done I was supposed to take my Mercedes sprinter in. After picking up this truck we will not be allowing them to work on any of our vehicles in the near future. Ever again, this is not a five-star rated company. I have submitted formal complaints to farmers and Horace Mann insurance. I'm hoping this review will prevent this from happening to anybody else. Beware, they suckServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Fix Auto ! They have the best communication skills. I never had to call to find out the progress of my car. They have a great text messaging system, that I highly recommend as well. My car came out beautiful. 2 things I didn't care for, 1 they don't call you back when they say they will with updates, 2 it took longer than previously told( about 2 weeks longer) however, I know they had to reorder some parts. Now, the staff was exceptional, when I turned in my car the lady that checked me in made calls to insure my rental was taken care of and also called my Insurance Co to speed that up. The rep who was my liaison was always friendly even when I was getting mad about the extended time. You can not tell where I was hit, it looks amazing and they even washed the outside of it.

I called the business and spoke with Bill, the manager. I asked if he could schedule an appointment for service to my vehicle for a part. I tell him the part and he proceeds to ask me if I am looking for the part or for installation. I explain I need installation. He tells me he does not sell parts (never asked him to sell a part) and he asked if I needed a paint service. I explained to him I am not calling to buy a part, I do not require paint service, but do need body repair. He was not allowing me to talk and kept talking over me aggressively and agitatedly. I told him he sounded irate and I am only asking for service and if he could allow me to talk. He chuckled, stated he did not have time for this and I asked him if he wanted to provide me repair he stated no. I asked whom I was speaking with he stated it doesn t matter and hung up. I called back and he answered, stating his name was Bill and I requested a manager.

Employers and Employees are respectful and professional... The damage to the rear end looks like it was never in an accident before. Meaning, the Body Work Was !!! No Waves in the Body Work and the Paint was the Exact Color... Again, No Flaws... And if there's a Delay in Parts, they Communicate with you well... Some People just gotta have patience with them becuz, if their waiting on additional parts that wasn't discovered in their initial Observation or rather it was, it's not their fault their waiting on parts. Honestly was so nervous about how my car was going to turn out after someone hitting my quarter panel. When I seen the paper work for it and seen they had to remove a lot of things and weld them back together I was scared that my car wasn t going to come back looking like my car.
