Great place!! We were travelling from LA to Vegas when got a leak on the tire. As foreigners, at Sunday 5pm I can tell, it's a complete disaster. We could only continue our journey because Firestone helped us out, even a little after their closing time. Very kind service, and we also found it cheap. I can only recommend!!

Honestly the price was a bit too much. Over 1300 for tires on a car. I just pray they last and I have no issues. I am disabled and on SSI disability, so it took me years to save. I'm on such a fixed income that I actually start putting money away now for a set of new tires in the next few years, because that's how long it takes me to save up. I wish they had help for people who are disabled and on a fixed income. Thank you kindly and I appreciate the great service I got and the fast service I got because they ordered my tires on the spot and were there that day. That's excellent service to me and I appreciate it and that's why I have been going there the last 24 years that I have been driving. I will always use Firestone. I hope you all have a blessed weekend. And be sure to check those tires, your life is precious.

They were honest about what repairs I needed completed.they fixed a minor problem at a fair cost when a different shop quoted a complete replacement for much more.They also finished the job in a timely manner and I did not have to call them to ask when my car would be ready.

I ve been coming here for over a year and these people are not honest at all. Just had my front brakes replaced and I was told I need the rear as well. After Firestone completed the work felt like something was off with my car and I took it to another honest mechanic and they explained that Firestone left my caliber loose and I needed to have my rotors fully replaced. Run do not go here! You ll save money and a headache

I have received consistently great service at this location since I moved to the area in 2001. Every vehicle I've ever owned has been worked on by this team and I regularly recommend them to friends, family and occasionally even strangers online.

I'm in the US Military, currently on my 17th year of service and have traveled to Firestones in about 23 diffrent states and cities. I was training nearby and spent a day long detour in Hesperia having my rental's flat tire repaired. This Firestone has far exceeded the standards of professionalism and taking care/educating their customers. I hidden gem with a tight knit community based customer group. It was a treat spending a day there.

I bought 2 tires. I asked them to replace the flat in the trunk (the spare was on the rear, left) and the front right. I asked him to move one or the other so that BOTH new tires were on either the front or rear, TOGETHER. It took almost 3 hours and when they were working on it, the guy moved like Flash; Zootopia Flash, not DC Flash. I also watched him leave one new tire on the front right, and one on the rear right. I went home and fixed it myself rather than deal with their incompetence and slow service. What good tire guy doesn't know that when you have mis-matched tires, you should pair up any matching tires for proper traction?Idiots.

This place never wants to gain business. Every time I try to book an appointment with them online there is always an excuse as to why they can't fulfill it. Seems they only want a minimum amount of work. I will never try them again.

When year ago, I had all my steering linkage replaced by fire stone within like a month I heard some popping. I returned it back to them. Come to find out there was a bolt loose and they admitted to it and fixed it without a problem today I return back Doing the same thing the manager says I need to pay for something that was not my fault and when I asked for a manager who is the managers out for the next two weeks later on he said all there s another manager you have to have distinctly asked for someone above you Know the time yet they can t do anything for me because I got a pay for an inspection. It was not my fault managers name Martin Lamb he told me it s only a $12 charge on that case you pay for it and he said no he wasn t gonna do that obviously was too much for me and way too much for him to really wasn t my fault

My family has spend tens of thousands here cumulatively over many years and used to love the place but after seeing the lack of integrity the employees have we can't go back. We bought a vehicle that was fully inspected a few weeks prior and came in for an alternator repair and battery replacement, with that being the only faulty part of the vehicle. We spent $1,050 cash to return to our car and find that the center cap of our front right tire was ripped off, broken, and placed under our seat. It was firmly attached when the vehicle came in for service. They had no reason to access this part of our vehicle for the repair. When confronted with the evidence, they denied all fault, and now our new car doesn't look as nice and we have to pocket repair costs that we recieved from trying to repair our car. Go literally anywhere else.Service: Battery

A straight forward alignment went wrong, and was handled very poorly.Stock 2wd frontend alignment $103.88 Per counter rep Angel. After me stating steering wheel needed to be aligned. ( 2 bolts steering shaft slides up off of the splines turn steering wheel to center line shaft slides back down on the spines, job complete).Angel (Counter Rep) called and stated rack & pinion was installed upside down. Me that's is impossible. Truck was drove to this location. He stated quote was going to increase from $103.88 to $222.00 truck and would need to be left overnight. I stated I needed to speak to a MGR. Martin Lamb, with concerns on his mechanical statement.After speaking to (Martin Lamb he now increased the service price to $310.00.As you can see each representative increased the price.I stated that it would not take know more than 10 mins to adjust the steering wheel - 2 bolts steering shaft slides up clock the steering wheel and reverse the steps.I did not approve this major (Up Sale).I consulted three other Firestone MGR's from other stores locations.All Firestone shops agreed re-clocking a steering wheel is part of a standard alignment. Not out of the cart at 2.22 hour rate,Upon arrival - the MGR (Martin Lamb) and master tech Jason came in to talk to me. I was upfront and stated i was a Master Mechanic and ASE certified as well as an Regional Fleet Service MGR. Cert numbers can be verified.My concern here is the store quotes and pricing is not honored.If I was not a ASE master technician, Store Manger (Martin Lamb, Master tech Jason and customer service rep Angel, would have taken full advantage me and my family.I would Not recommend - Firestone store (028541) Hesperia on Main St.Take your vehicles to reportable service center.Take my advice not only as a customer, also as a ASE master technician with years of experience.

I set up an appointment to do a wheel alignment on my 2012 Prius. I drove 24 miles to make my appointment. When I got there the person said they would not be able to do alignment on my Prius because the Prius has electronic stabilization and that this Firestone does not have a computer to do that. If that s true, that means they pretty much cannot do an alignment on any modern car, doesn t make sense, wasted my whole day thank you ,Firestone.Service: Wheel alignment

The manager was rude during a situation concerning one of the workers behavior toward my husband and I. We were parked in the handicap spot in the parking lot and he told us to move our car. We clearly had a handicap place card. One of the workers came out to make sure we had one. We won't ever go there to have our car serviced due to the rude begavior of management and staff.

Went in there to have my tire repaired. Martin and Miguel took great care of me. I timed it just right abs Miguel was able to pull my truck in right when I got there. I was happy to see that they were not just using impact guns to tighten the lugs but they actually have someone torque them down, as it should be done. Then another tech will come double check it. First time here for me and it won t be my last.

Rex was a great service advisor, really hooked me up with a good deal on the lifetime alignment which is a great deal in itself. Francisco got my car up on the rack on time and did a fantastic job on the alignment and was quick and got me in and out of there in about 30 minutes! Definitely coming back and would recommend.

I had an appointment for an oil change and was helped with a friendly and funny guy. He called me to let me know when my car was ready. He was efficient, even with a lobby full of customers and answering the phone too. I noticed the customers waited patiently. A good thing to see. Definitely, will return should I need service on my car again.
