If you re a white boy don t go here. Sat there for 2 and a half hours. They said I was next in line so I went to sizzler and had lunch for an hour. Came back still hadn t got to my truck alignment. There was a white girl that wasn t there when I left but they took her car before mine when I was supposed to be next. No stars on the service they gave me!!!! . I m so glad I didn t let them touch my truck. I truly believe that they re racist unless you re a female.

Worst service I have ever dealt with, guys are always disrespectful taking their time to service customers at the front office. I had tires replaced & they did ah mickey mouse for the sensors wouldn't capture it & cost me more to get that fixed, overall I wouldn't recommend this place unless your trying to get a half a** job done, or just trying to give away your money. Never will I go back to this unprofessional tire shop!

Very very bad tire shop don't recommend anybody to stop by this place & get your money stolen. First of I stopped for an alignment $80 just to end up worse than when I brought it in never go to this place for an alignment unless you like bad jobs bieng done on your vehicle. 2nd disrespectful workers that they have working there. & lastly one worker burned out on car that wasn't even his & customers don't even know. Very unprofessional shop if I could put zero stars or negative stars definitely would.

This place has horrible service I pulled in got out he looks at me and turns around I ask the guy in the bay do they sell tires he says go inside go inside wait 10 minutes no one in there go back outside the guy that was there when I pulled up was gone went back inside but in office says g ask the guy outside I said I did he said come here terrible service

These prices are like having a friend with a hook-up. Had to get 16 inch tires for F150 used $25 and brand new $130 who's beating that? It's Saturday 12:40 and we've sat here for 5 minutes and now we're getting our tires. No one is disrespectful and everyone is being treated equally, how about that , we all can get along...haha!! Thx Jesus, you were very kind. Luis finished up, great service.

Came here needing some tires for our Kia Forte. Not only were they more affordable than other competitors in the area, they were also incredibly professional. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes to replace 4 tires. Incredible service and they have our repeated business.

Pretty busy when I visited understandably so considering their amazing prices and great prices. They replaced my tire in about 10 minutes only issue when I visited was their debit card chip reader was malfunctioning but has since been resolved. I'm now able to commute with their newly installed tire with no issues whatsoever!

Had a decent experience the first time getting tires for my 4runner. Then hit them up for pricing on tires for my truck, and JR quoted me a decent price on them. A week later went to order, and couldn't even contact the guy. 7 or 8 calls and no return calls on my messages. Then called again today giving them one more shot on some car tires, 5 calls during business hours and not one answer. They've already lost 2 sales just from me.

This place saved the day. We needed 4 new tires bad and kept putting it off but couldn't another day. Desert Discount Tires' prices were really good, but the best part was that when it came time to pay it was exactly what he told me over the phone, it didn't change all of a sudden like most places. Also, they were super quick, and did really good work. Thank you guys. Support local businesses!

First time I ve had my tires changed on my new rims. They scratched them in several spots. Was told they could do an alignment on after market suspension, took my car in then told me they won t touch it. Lost parts to my car that cover the top hat on my strut in my engine bay as well. Don t recommend. Don t change tires on expensive wheels if you can t do it without damage.

I called to get a quote. They told me go in which I was 30 seconds away. I asked if they had time now to check my shocks they told me go now they're available. When I showed up noone was in the office. I seen a few guys in the room. Noone came out untl 5 minutes later. An employee me and didn't ask if I needed help. I asked hi. While walking away . I had to call again and they told me they guy who was supposed to check my shocks was eating breakfast wait 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed and still nothing and this was 20 minutes after it opened up. They told me I can get something to eat across the street and my service will take up to 4 hours. I said thats fine. I cMe back 2 hours later and my car was parked. I noticed my shocks were not done. They told me it would take longer. I told them I had told one guy it didn't matter how long just get it done. They told me T 11am to come back at 5pm. It old them can they call me 1 hour before because it took me an hour on the bus to get home and it runs every hour. They never did. I just showed up randomly and told me it was done hours ago. Noone had called me. When I showed up the same guy from the beginning was there. He just looked at me and was texting. Didn't offer any help. Poooorrr customer service. Top of that my alignment is worse than how I had it. $65 for an alignment which wasn't done right.

I've always loved this place I called b4 going to get 2 truck front tires and was quoted 135 each but had to wait till July 3rd to go get them but cashier now says 270 a tire not in my budget so had to pass on buying them at,this time. I'm very sad didn't work out,but have always,loved their service in years past. I'm very sad we couldn't get what we needed an had to pass.

Great place, the manager Alondra was very nice and down to earth. The workers there are very humble and helpful and also quick paced. They have the best prices that no one up here can beat. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Service has always been great, great pricing, always have good tires. They're pretty much, Awesome Sauce!I only have one issue, but it is dating all the way back to my last visit, about 2yrs ago. They should try to take it easy with the air tools, they've busted a few lug studs off of my SUV on 2 seperate occasions. But as I said, that was a while ago and I have to go there today, so I'll likely to be updating this.All BS aside, they are still 1 of my top 2 most suggested used tires shops in Hesperia.Thank You, your Tubular!

Husband took my car to get new tires, I was able to call them about 4PM the evening before and they were able to get us in that next morning. Great price for 4 brand new tires!

I didn't have much luck at this place. When I dropped my car off they said they would take 1 hour to finish and that they would call me when they were finished. After waiting for 4 hours I called them and asked about my car only to find out they hadn't even started and they didn't even know I dropped off my car...interesting since they filled out a calling card for me. They then told me they would get started on my car right away and that they would be done in 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later they call me and tell me they can't find my wheel lock (which I'm sure was in my car) and that they couldn't do anything without it. So sadly even after 5/6 hours I did not get my tires replaced. On their defense they do have great prices so maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

This place is where its happening the 16 inch tires i got for my jeep from them for 30$ a piece were damn near brand new the estimate for my tie rod ends and steering stabilizer shock was 100$ less than any other person i could get a quote from and they have a nice and comfortable spot (A/C) to relax while you wait for your car. All and all you probably won't find any better these guys are whats up i'll be returning soon

My old tire guy is no longer in business so I went to Desert Discount Tires because they have fixed a tire for me in the past, just got all new tires for my wife's SUV and new brakes

Zero stars if I could. This place fixed my flat. It went flat again when I was driving on the freeway the next day. I was told that whoever fixed it shoved a cheap piece of plastic in the previous hole, not only damaging the tire beyond repair but also never truly fixing it in the first place. Luckily I wasn t in an accident. Had I been this place would of been liable for unsafe practices. Do you re self a favor and go somewhere else .
