Great customer service. Valerie inspected the damage and gave my daughter an estimate. Told her how the repair would progress and why there might be more repairs because due to the damage on the trunk they couldn t open it to inspect further.Turns out the guy that hit her did NOT have insurance. Valerie worked with my daughter s insurance company and kept my daughter informed.The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. You can t even tell the car was damaged. Trunk works. No rattles. Seams at the body joints look like new.The car only had 7,000 miles on it so it was virtually a new car. Still looks new.CARS is the best.

I highly recommend C.A.R.S. to do the work on your vehicle. They do such a top-notch job. AAA and I chose them because of all their positive reviews after being turned down negatively�by another competitor in the Upper Desert. All I needed was a roof repainted and a hood repainted on my '05 GMC truck. I'm so impressed with the job they did on my truck. Yes, it's an older truck but it's sentimental�to me. I was nervous�at first. However, Carlos makes you feel like family. The office personnel�greet you in person and on the phone as if you are their very best customer. I felt so important.Oh, and my truck was washed and waxed when I picked it up. Beautiful. So don't hesitate to have work done at C.A.R.S. !!!

I would highly recommend CARS. I took my car in for a estimate at closing time and they went out of their way to give me one. I think the they have very reasonable price compare to the others.They are a family of friendly faces. When I got my car back I was veryhappy with the the work they had done.

I am very picky about my car and it's repair work. Someone side swiped my Audi E-Tron months after I bought it. This car was not a standard color, and I was so worried about getting it repaired and no one being able to match the paint. I actually drove it for months with the damage before my son had an accident in our Ford Flex. I decided it was time to find a body shop for both cars and hope things turned out well. I was recommended to CARS through my father. The repairs were done QUICKLY! and I can not believe how well both cars looked afterwards! You can't even tell either car was ever damaged! If I could give them 1,000,000 stars I absolutely would!!!!!

This family run shop is the epitome of quality customer service with personalized care for every individual who walks through their doors. The quality of work is amazing and in my opinion the best in the area. The ease of navigating the insurance hoops provided by CARs automotive makes you feel as if there are no hoops at all. If you need any of the services they offer there s no need to shop around they provide the best quality work and budget friends options. This review was a tough one to write. Even though it was written almost a month ago I really thought long and hard about posting it.This shop appears to be owned and run by a father daughter team and they were some of the nicest people you could meet in this industry. The shop was clean and looked to be well equipped. I had not done business with them and only chose then because of their five-star reviews on yelp.First the daughter working the front desk Had a positive attuite. I don't think she even knew the word no.Yes, we can fix your carYes, we can work with the insurance companyYes, we can get it done in a weeks' timeYes, I will handle everything (and she did)The father same great attuite and even gave me a ride home on his own time.So, you are now asking what the problem was? The workmanship, so I would say this is an issue with the body man. The paint matched perfectly and you can't see where they blended it. No runs, fish eyes or orange peel. My wheel was sent out to be reconed and it looked worse than the original damage. The bezel around the foglamp was not quite right and the fender and bumper do not quite line up. The hood needs to be adjusted as it looked like it was open. If I did not not know where the parts came from, I would swear they were aftermarket. I did call but got no return phone call. My car was a 2022 and a special edition so yes, I am very picky and the above is just my opinion.

Valerie and Carlos provided amazing customer service. Valerie is really sweet and Carlos has a great personality. They offer professional work and get things done very quickly. My Nissan Altima bumper was repaired and I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them!!

Owner was too focused on the christmas toy drive to give me a true estimate of what it would take to fix my car that was in a accident. I drove the car to his shop by the way. He was only able to get me a guesstimate . Only pros are that they have a toy drive to help little kids in need and the lady in the office was nice and answered all my questions that i didn t ask the owner. I rather take my business elsewhere because of this negative experience.

My wife and I stopped in to get an estimate to repair the front bumper on a CX-5. The front had paint tranfer from a garage door frame oops and the plastic under-carriage cover was a mess from a huge pothole. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The owner, Carloscame out in a minute to look at the car. He offered a low cost solution if we were willing to live with a cracked bottom panel on the bumper. He offered to fix it on the spot for free! We took his offer, but couldn't walk away without offering to pay for their time. I offered twice to give them cash and both times Carlos refused but said we could donate to their toy drive. We were happy to do just that. They removed the paint transfer, did their best with the under carriage cover and polished the oxidized headlights in 15min ...all for free. I was shocked. I didnt think that happened any more. My wife and I have told several people about CARS in just the last 3 days. We will definitely use them in the future.

The best auto body place in San Bernardino County, not just the High Desert. They are welcoming and friendly and make everyone feel like family. Above all else, they are HONEST and give back to their community on regular basis.

Customer service was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and work was fantastic and quick. I will be doing business with them with all my vehicles. My old body shop Sonshine, couldn't take my car in until October and I was an existing customer. Carlos took me the same day, finished body and paint work within 2 days. Love this place!!

On Aug 27th, I called AAA for lock out service. The guy that showed up ended up damaging my door from being stupidly rough with the slim jim.I contacted them on multiple occasions and they promised to come up to my house 3 different times (they're in Fontana, I'm in VV). They stood me up and strung me along each time.Today (9/7), I ended up taking it to C.A.R.S. (Collision Auto Repair Specialists) in Hesperia. Carlos and Mariah helped me out, and repaired everything in less than 20 minutes. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, either, which I appreciate so much, especially seeing as I still need to get new tires for it (which we all know is going to cost BOTH arms and legs ). I'm definitely going to take my Camry in there soon to get a couple of things fixed, too.If you have anything that needs to be repaired on your vehicle(s), I would highly recommend taking it to C.A.R.S. Their kindness and excellence in service is something that's not necessarily easy to find nowadays. I'm sure you'll appreciate it just as much as, if not more than I do.

We went in to get an estimate for some small damage to the door of my car. Everyone in here was nice...funny and had a great conversation. They gave us an estimate quickly and professionally. We didn't use them for the repair because we traded the car i� but had we kept it we would have used this shop!

Crashed my 2500 Dodge Ram diesel truck and Carlos fixed it right up. Replaced all the censors in the front bumper , replaced and painted my bumper. A great friendly and communicative experience. Absolutely recommend this place! Carlos, Valerie, and the entire team were so professional and went out of their way to help me get the lowest cost on my auto repairs. They helped so much every step of the way including dealing with my insurance for me so it was as stress free as possible. My car had front passenger side damage and CARS made it look brand new again. Highly recommend and will be back for all future needs.

Had corrosion and rust on my 2007 Mustang's core support and hood due to buying it used near Huntington Beach. Out of all the body shops I went to in The High Desert, these guys were the only ones that wanted to save my hood for hundreds less instead replacing it.This being my first car that I worked hard for, and my first time getting body work done, I was real nervous at first getting estimates. But these guys made me feel at home. Their pricing was so much more reasonable,fair, and straightforward compared to others, especially since this was out of pocket.Super nervous leaving my car at first to get the work done, but I can tell they took good care of the vehicle and even washed it the day it was ready. Was so happy to finally have a smooth hood and rust free core support.Few more things I need to get done on the car, but I feel confident and happy to know I found a place I can rely and trust in the High Desert. These guys are going to be my go to place for my future bodywork needs. They are simply amazing people and I'll reccomend everyone to go here first and foremost.Service: Painting

Amazing place, they handled two cars of ours at the same time and they look perfect! They had them back to us very quickly, best part there was no hassle! The staff in the office are so sweet and very on point with all that needs to be handled. Got a call every step of the way explaining what was going to happen. My bumper in the front of my Toyota Corolla was about to fall off and cost me a bunch but I brought my car over so I can order and piece to put it in myself and C.A.R.S body shop installed the bumper piece and did it for FREE!!!
