I had a great experience using this company to fix my vehicle. Carlos was awesome and kept me informed about what the status was, I knew throughout the whole process what was going on and I got my vehicle the day they promised. Nothing but great things to say, everyone was very helpful. If I ever have an issue in the future, I'd come back here and I definitely recommend them! The work is seamless and my car looks brand new!

Brought my truck back to life! Classic collision had to do some work on my truck. The work was done fast and the truck looks brand new again! Highly recommend

Wonderful professional experience with Pam, Brian, and Jason. Pam was very nice and personable. She made me feel comfortable and liked to engage with conversation. Brian gave me the original quote and explained everything so that I would understand. When I dropped my vehicle off Jason was the one in charge. I was quoted 3 days and Jason got it done that day for me. Extremely polite and professional. My vehicle looks great. Would definitely go back and recommend.Service: Painting

Do not go here. Ever. Accidents are horrible especially if you're dealing with issues afterwards. After being side swipped getting my mirror replaced they billed for a dealership mirror and put on an after market one. Went back in to get it replaced had an appointment and they suddenly needed to paint the mirror from the dealership that they have had for weeks. So I'll have to drive back out a 3rd time to get my mirror fixed hopefully with a dealership mirror this time like it was supposed to be. So to avoid this headache just don't go here.

I'm going to give them 4 stars for now and most likely will be updating this review once my car is fixed in a couple of weeks. Without a dought they will be getting 5 stars from. This would be my second car I bring here for repairs. So far there doing a great job from start too finish, don't see why my second visit would be any different..

I brought my Chevrolet Camaro here for a repair after having a minor incident with an automatic gate that cracked open the front bumper and scratched up the front passenger side fender pretty good. Upon coming here, I received an estimate right away from Norma who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up getting the bumper replaced and repainted. It took about two weeks to complete the work, and I received regular updates throughout the time it was there. When it was done and ready to be picked up, she looked good as new! The new bumper was installed correctly and neatly and the paint matched perfectly to the rest of the car. The damage was history! I also had a scratch on the driver side door removed and that also looked great and was resprayed perfectly. They also buffed out a little bit of paint fade on the back at no extra charge! The quality of the work was impressive, it was done on time, staff were friendly, and price was reasonable! I would definitely recommend bringing your car here if you need any damage repaired!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve unfortunately been in three not at fault accidents and have used Signature 2 for each repair needed on my car. The staff is always friendly and personable. Recently, they fixed my window for me, though it wasn t due an accident. It didn t take long at all and I was kept in the loop from the consultation to the delivery of the part to the completion of the repair. Each time they ve helped me, it has been professional and courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Signature 2!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! First off I want to start off by saying this is the place to come If you want straight out, honest, straight to the point, no bull get your car fixed and move on with your life kind of experience They were awesome from start to finish!The receptionist was knowledgeable helpful and went beyond what she needed to to make us comfortable and assured. Then we get to the actual body guy (Brian) who gave us an estimate, took care of our car from start to finish, dealt with our check up calls LOL he was just awesome!!! We definitely need more Mechanics in the world like this!!!!!Thank you guys so much for everything you did for us during our repair we have already referred friends and family..Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My brother John brought his truck in to get it repaired. AAA suggested a different place but that place was not able to repair it.Classic Collision repaired it and it looks like new. Most awesome repair shop ever!! They have the most awesome customer service and the cars are always repaired beautifully. They are always like new. The people there have the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. They genuinely care about you and their level of service is above and beyond. I have used their services many times now and will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Brought in my Mitsubishi yesterday and just picked it up. They are so amazing here! Friendly staff, amazing service, and top-quality work! I'll definitely be coming back to them from now on. They even took care of calling Enterprise for me to set up and return my rental! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I was driving from Ohio to California when I got in a wreck about 80 miles north of LA. I was a frazzled mess, but these guys took care of me like I was family. I can t recommend them enough. The work done on my Subaru was excellent and they kept me updated from start to finish. This place is awesome. The manager Jason was extremely knowledgeable on identifying the problem on my car and resolved my issue quickly. My door was making a loud noise due to air entering the cabin of the car. They were able to adjust the door and fix the problem. The staff in the front are very welcoming as well. Check them out!

We have used Signature in the past and just this last month and every time they have been honest, professional and timely. I truly feel they want what is best for their customer. We even price compared on our recent issue and they by far were the better deal, and better quality work! Hands down!

The ONLY SHOP we trust with our vehicles. Two generations down and still the only place my family trusts to repair vehicles. If I moved far away I would SHIP my car to their shop to repair it. Shauna, has always handled paper work and handled our concerns in a timely manner. David and all the managers are keen to detail. They kept me updated on repairs and everyone in there is always professional yet personable. And the repairs are phenomenal. Color match is on point or whatever they do it'll be perfect. Thank you Signature 2 and I hope I don't see you anytime soon. :)

It was a good experience... They had my car to do work on my rear left quarter panel. Cons: It took them 23 days to complete the work. The detailer broke my auto hook on the back of my passenger seat for grocery bags. The detailer got armor all on the inside sides of my windshield and tried to wipe it off, it only smeared badly. My items I had in my trunk were thrown back in after the work was completed, all dumped in my trunk. (Thank goodness nothing was liquids) Also, my car wasn't ready for pick up the day I arrived, after being told multiple times it would be. Pros: The guy who helped me was nice. My insurance paid for all the work to be done. The work is guaranteed if I experience cracking or issues. The staff are very friendly and they offer free coffee in the lobby. They even cleaned my headlights, complimentary.

Highly recommend Signature 2! We unfortunately hit a deer on a trip to California from Ohio and had extensive damage to the passenger side. They were able to get our vehicle in and repaired in a extremely timely manner so we could get back to our home. They even detailed it and had it looking brand new when they returned it to us!! They were also great with updates during the whole process.

My girlfriend took her car there after a fender bender. Her headlights were smashed, bumper destroyed, radiator mounts bent, etc. Not only did they repair everything so that the outside of the car looked brand new with no sign of a collision, they repaired a few little odds and ends, like the coin holder that wouldn't lock and a dent on the door that had nothing to do with the collision.Also, she was quoted 5 days, but they ended up taking 8 days. Because of this THEY offered to pay for the rental car for the extra 3 days.Not only absolutely outstanding quality work, but outstanding customer service as well.As a result, I will be taking my car there for a claim I am filing as well.

Instead of fixing the problem they tell your insurance they can't meet your expectations in those exact words and leave your car haulf done...when called to pick up the car and upon inspection there was extremely amount of problems which 2 was parts not replaced that were suppose to...raul pelayo was rude about it and was frustrated. He began marking the car down with numerous circles where the car wasnt done. We took pictures..They had the car about a month more costing us more than 1000 in rental fees. Upon receiving the car it was haulf done and raul pelayo lied to my wife (annette ruiz ) about not going over it .

Before I gave this place a 5 star and this is a place I've came religiously and have even referred people to come here because of the work. My fiat was on the verge of being totalled and I was concerned about the repairs because the damage was so extensive , however the car is still great 3-4 years later. I've brought my mother in laws car here and my SUV too. However currently my SUV is in the stop again for a 2nd time due to rodents dying in the heater box (1st time I took it do a different place before I discovered this place) but the customer service was horrible.My husband was concerned about how the rodents got in since it's the 2nd time in the same place, and our concerns were treated as if we are stupid to be concerned about how they were getting in. Don't think I will be making the trip from arrowhead anymore to do repairs anymore.

I have brought 4 cars to Signature Auto Collision. Every time they have done a GREAT job. I tried Valley Collision by my house because it was right around the corner and I have completely regretted it. I will make the half hour drive to Signature. I was just there and again you have not let me down. Keep up the great work, I will be back again for my project car. Thank you!!!!

The guys that work here are extremely nice, and the receptionist was as well. But I dealt with a woman named Norma who was very unfriendly and in my opinion was really rude! She definitely my determing factor in not using the company!

Went there with my claim to fix my car and the customer service I received from Norma was fantastic. She was very informative and honest, that's hard to find now days. Would definitely recommend to others.
