I came here in the past and had great service, I was about to move to Texas in two days and took my van here for a transmission fluid change. Immediately on my way home, my van kept turning off and shaking really bad. After a quick inspection, I realized all three of my spark plugs we're loose, they came off with ease they were not clicked in place. A picture is a thousand words, Zoom in on the photo and see for yourself. The green circled spark plugs were okay, but all 3 spark plugs circled in red (coincidentally towards the firewall) were loose. You can clearly see the fresh new cable that is exposed from the boot when the mechanic loosen them. My wife followed me in the van to Texas with my 15 year old son. If the engine had turned off at high speeds, and the steering wheel stiffen and the brakes got hard to push down, I don't know how she would have reacted. it could have led to an accident that could have led to manslaughter! I'm glad I immediately discovered it before our trip. I called the owner, and his mechanic denied ever touching the spark plugs (as I knew he would. I didn't go there for a spark plug change he had no reason to touch it). The owners seem to be honest, good people to me, but that mechanic is a rotten apple. (Employees do this to guarantee they have a job to pay their bills). I wouldn't advise anyone to take their vehicles there!

Solid, fair service prices, great mechanic crew overall. The particular mechanic who did my smog inspection, Tommy, is "ASE certified" and a great mechanic. I referred 2 people I know and care about that needed major work done, but well worth the fair price each received. The job gets done when it is ready, not rushed but excellent work, warrantied and most of all the owners reputation and service is the reason he doesn't hire the good mechanic, but certified great mechanics.Gary Ram truck Owner.

We took friend to Car Clinic to check out her car. She had taken her car to another mechanic who indicated she needs parts and cost would be $500 plus. Tim took a look and found no parts needed. He charged her $60 and some dollars and saved her money. We have known Tim for at least 30+ years. He is honest,and very reputable. Thank you, Car Clinic. Spencer & Lucy and friend, Pat.

We took our 2018 Honda Pilot for electrical issues and some possible transmission issues. They ran their diagnostic and they said everything was fine except some minor maintenance needed. We paid the $190 for the diagnostic since they said nothing wrong with the car that required a claim for the Carmax warranty the car has. We completed whatever maintenance they recommended on our own and the car still had the same issues. Fast forward a few months later when we took it to the Valley HI Honda in Victorville where they found the electrical issue was due to a computer problem and ordered the part, called in the claim and I didn't have to pay anything but the $100 deductible. This place is lazy and didn't want to deal with the claim for the warranty. Never coming back here ever again.

I got my jeep back about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to give it time before I left a review as to ensure no issues would arise. I will say that I have no knowledge of vehicle repairs or anything. Hell, you tell me to put blinker fluid in it I would! Jim was so amazing at communicating the issues going on with my vehicle and helped me understand my warranty issues. I talked with Jim very often to the point where I was more than annoying and each time he was respectful and patient and really took the time to explain things in detail. He would dumb it down for me to gain a better understanding. I can say that this place was amazing when working with me and honestly made me feel like I was family the way they took their time and provided exceptional customer care. I will never go to any other place! Highly recommend! I also want to say after 3 weeks my jeep has not given me any issues and I feel confident in their work.

My grandson bought a car and it was stalling, 4 different places couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, but Tim at Car Clinic did. I knew about this place from previous dealings with them and told my grandson, go to the Car Clinic, but a friend or someone would recommend some place else, so he tried the rest, then finally listened. This should be everyone's go to place for difficult to diagnose car problems. And they didn't gouge him on the price, they are fair and terrific. That is a great combination for a car mechanic. Fast friendly service.

I went to Car Clinic on referral from a friend who is very satisfied with their years of service on her car. I got a smog check. When I called to ask about their business, the person on the phone was very pleasant. When I went there, it was the same friendly atmosphere. Nice waiting room. I think I was there a total of about a half hour.

They were professional and speedy. The toyota dealership was going to have me wait for over a week for what I got done at the Car Clinic in hours the next day. I will recommend this car repair shop to others and I will be back again. Thanks Jim.

Jim at the Car Clinic is a fabulous mechanic and an honest person. He diagnosed my car problems in a timely manner and went over all my options for repairs. He was clear about cost versus return ratio about the money involved. I highly recommend the Car Clinic to everyone!

The folks at Car Clinic are great. They are a pleasure to talk to and the services provided are superb. I have dealt with a lot of repair facilities over the years and have found that Car Clinic is one of the very few that I can trust and rely on to treat me as I would expect. In other words they fix it right and don't try to sell me something that isn't broke. I don't even consider going any where else for auto needs.Don Fields

My family has been coming here for 30 years... today was my first experience. I must say that it s like going back in time. Good old fashioned customer service. I was told the benefits of their battery vs. say a AAA battery and was given a fair price. Lisa was very helpful. What really made an impression on me was Dale. As we were pulling out to go shopping while they took care of ol Betsy II, Dale stopped us to ask if he could re-attach my aunts license plate that was hanging off her bumper. Thanks Dale, no police encounters on this trip.

We had a problem with our car running rough. We took it in to the Car Clinic, and they scoped it all out, cleaned a couple of spark plugs, put it back together again and test drove it. It ran perfectly and being they found nothing wrong, they didn't charge us.We highly recommend Car Clinic for their honesty and expertise.

I wouldn t trust my vehicles to any other mechanic shop.My 2002 GMC Safari van has over 400 thousand miles on it...Safari Vans are great vehicles and I know the Car Clinic is keeping it running great.Their all professional and dependable.

I needed a couple brake rotors turned ( machined on a brake lathe ) ..And The Boss man Tim Hampton took care of it for me .. I actually worked for him a while ago .. great honest place to take your car or truck ..

My '88 Mustang GT had an intermittent problem: It would start then at the Bank it would motor over but NOT start. My mobile mechanic said "It has fuel, and it has spark" We replaced the computer twice and it STILL was messed up. We went to D__e's Automotive and they had it a week: They broke off the passenger side door handle charged me $160 bucks AND the Mustang STILL had problems.The Mustang SAT for two years !!Then I ran into a guy at Auto Zone who told me about Tim @ Car Clinic. I had the Mustang towed to Car Clinic and in less than a week they pinpointed all the bad grounds, etc with a "buzz box" and other diagnostic equipment. It cost me $800 but I NEVER HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM with the Mustang not starting. Tim and his crew deserve two thumbs up and 5 stars etc. THANK YOU, Capt. Daniel Stillm

This shop tried to scam my father. The mechanic claimed that the rotors were to thin to spin and needed to be replaced but then both pep boys and napa said they could spin em no problem. Then when my dad confronted these scammers they actually got mad at my dad for calling them out. Dont trust these folks.

They did an excellent job on one car but was very disappointed my last vist. They were supposed to fix my front end on my other car. Instead "they beat on it for hours" and never fixed it. They charged me over eight hundred & told me to take it somewhere else.

I have used tims shop for 20 years aways does top quality work and is a good friend. Hiswhere staff is excellent and friendly. Always does though workany alway done right the first time.you wont find a better mechanic

Car Clinic was recommended to me by my AAA agency sure enough I went in there with my 02 Civic to have my AC recharged they did a very good job and on top of that since I was a AAA member they gave me a discount which was awesome

Love the Car Clinic fast courteous spot on mechanics clean give you detailed instructions on what they're going to do and what they do never surprise you with add-ons actually sometimes even surprise you with less great-great mechanics and details you should always check with them first fast reliable and trustworthy

Smog prices are way to expensive here almost 80 dollars.CALLED other places and their price was 50 bucks flat.If you like spending money then go here.

A family owned business and survive for several decades on car services so it just speaks for itself. Right price and right place for car repairs. Very satisfied.
