I bought a used battery. Unfortunately, both of the returns I did were dead, or the battery had high amps and was not good. Carlos kept saying that the battery was good, I explained to him that it was not. He continues to tell me that it must be my car (it's not). He kept talking to his co-worker in Spanish. I thought it was rude, especially when I know Spanish and Carlis kept calling me a little brat. I did tell Carlos to spot calling me a little brat in Spanish, He continues. I came to CA batteries because I was told that their batteries were good. I will not be here again.

Good bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable on their batteries. Fast/quick and easy. There was no hassle and no fussing about. Good prices. Definitely talk to these guys if you're in the market for a battery.

Just moved in the area, I was referred to California Batteries Inc. They have great customer service! Also have great prices with a great warranty program. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a certain brand which I found they don't carry but I would absolutely buy from them just for their integrity. I am impressed with how informative and helpful the man was. I didn't get his name though, he wears glasses.

New batteries $95.... used $47 he knows what he's talking about get you the right battery for the car , good or bad he's happy to see you

Very affordable battery even though it's 2 year warranty better than paying over a 100$ for a battery when on a budget. Would recommend call or walk in and see if they have what you need. Friendly service and like I'll say again affordable batteries .

Best choice, and best service and way cheaper than walk mart..I have been a avg customer for a few years and in only a few times a year. I deal with someone different everytime and each have been very professional and top service. I just left there and bought nothing. I thought we needed a new battery, but he tested it and found the connection was loose.. closed the hood and said good to go. No charge. Tipped him anyhow.

they offer a $10 off coupon and they won't honor their own coupon, its only good for certain model battery, i asked three times which model is it good for and three times he said not mine. my car was a toyota camry, pretty common battery, i needed the battery so i bought it but never again will i come back, the guy had a lousy attitude, pretty deceptive business practice, just beware

Wasn't able to get a price till after I took my battery out of my bike to match what they were going to give me anyway. Used battery with 30 day warranty for $60??? Their $25 ad doesn't cover bikes... I was able to get a new battery at Autozone for $50 with a 90 day warranty.

I've been a long time customer. The owner is a kool dude. If you want a used or new battery come get it here. The guys will test the battery b4 it goes into your vehicle. I've been to some places and they dont test the batteries. I've had no problems.I got a used battery for my kids car and it's still working. Wow

Horrible batteries that don t last. I have not had one of their batteries last more then a year! I went in for warranty that was supposed to be good for 2 years. They made me pay $48 for replacement battery when new one costs $65. What is warranty for if they charge you damn near what a battery costs in the first place? I have many cars and had been going there for years but after time and time again their batteries going bad I will not be going back again. I suggest people stay clear unless they like being taken advantage of. Very poor customer service!

Absolutely fantastic prices on mobility scooter batteries. Very helpful. Even swapped the batteries for me no charge!!She is mobile again!!!

I had a little problem with my computer restarting on my Toyota after changing the battery. They were totally willing to help me to figure out the problem and go that extra mile. Even though it wasn't their problem excellent customer service

Budget batteries that get you by, all the way to the best batteries.Easy installation for $5 buck fee.They can even test your batteries for free.If you have old car batteries laying around they will purchase them. Starting at $10-15 bucks.

Im a white guy, like Larry Bird white, and I have been going to Robertos Batteries for over 5 years. I have bought batteries from them and I have sold old crusty batteries to them. They have always given me top dollar and given me great prices on the batteries i have purchased. Daniel and Alex are the two main guys there for the last few years and both of them are awesome and have always treated me well. I cant see either of these guys treating anyone (brown, white, yellow, male, female) questionably and they always act with the utmost integrity and honesty. Roberto is there himself quite a bit and he is an owner who cares about his customers and his employees. These guys wouldnt have two locations and been in business as long as they have, surviving the recession, if they were anything other than honest and trustworthy with great prices. I highly advise people to shop with them.

Very Helpful. Had both new and refurb batteries available for my car! Offered to install for me, and even had some terminal hardware in stock! Will go back to CALIFORNIA BATTERY

Cool guys, Bought a used battery, then went back like 2 days later bc I drained it trying to turn on an old car. They switched it for me and gave me another one..
