First time dealing with a collision place. These people are on it. Regular updates on my cars progress. Had to order parts from out of state and still had my car done 2 weeks ahead of what was scheduled. I don't know about the other places. But this place on I Ave. Pretty damn good.

I spoke with Tim at this location. He was very detailed oriented when it came to estimating the damage, and the parts that would be needing. Work was finished and checked, and detailed to the "9's". Having been in this business for 30 years, I was pleasantly surprised at the finished product. Thank you Tim! You followed it all the way through and it turned out great. Comps also to Lisa for also being a very pleasant receptionist.

Got into a bad car accident and was pretty upset but my service advisor, Bryan Partida made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process he made it easy for me to know what process my vehicle was in even though I was busy at work and wouldn t be able to answer the phone. Make sure to go to him he s very helpful. Will text you with updates, thank you so much Mr. Partida !

Caliber Collision was amazing to work with. They made the process of having our car fixed very simple, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our car was fixed in half the time originally expected and it turned out perfect. You can't tell it was ever in an accident. Everyone we talked to and delt with were extremely polite and kind.

Professional and friendly service. There were some ups and downs with the repair process on my vehicle but ultimately I ended up being a satisfied customer. Caliber cares for their customers and if you re in the waiting room they will offer drinks as well as special popcorn ;). Special thanks to Vazgen, Carlos, and receptionist !

This place is awesome,Bryan greeted me with a smile got my paperwork , walked me through the whole procedure and explain to me what was going to be done.I received updates either calls or text which was appreciate because they gave me peace of mind,less stress for the day. Like in all places you have to always wait a little bit just to get things a little more perfect than what you expect. Timeline with me was on point. Cory did great on my paint job.n the repair fantastic. And the receptionist Julie explained the paperwork and asked if I had any questions all with a smile. The work they did was so legit the first time that I had to come back!! I seem to be a moving target up here in the high desert.. but thankfully I found a spot to bring my car to and get her back into shape! I've worked with Luis both times and he has just been a delight! I feel really taken care of here

They were quick about getting my SUV from the impound yard after my car accident on 395. The staff was nice and very accommodating to our family. I would use them again. I survived 395!

I was referred to this caliber collision by a family member and I m glad I took their advice. The repairs done on my vehicle were fantastic! The paint match was on point and my car looks as good as new. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. My insurance company sent me to them and I ve had my other cars fixed here before however when it came to my civic they declined to help me because of the condition of my car. It s an old 98 civic in fine condition. Thank you for not helping me and telling me to figure it out myself it was definitely a nice comment! I ll keep in mind that you pick and choose your customers based on status and money.

Working with Tim was a nightmare. He had attitude the entire time cause he claim my truck was not worth the headache of repairing even tho it was only a door repair.Now went to pick it up and they seem to break more parts then they fixed.I ve used them for the last 10plus years cause they always took care of me never again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck was stolen then crashed into a short wall. The rim was bent and tire ruined. There was alot of other body damaged they caused other than from hitting wall. I expressed concerns for alignment or transmission troubles. They didnt check alignment till after bodywork was done finding out there was frame damage which caused repairs to take over 3 months

Timothy Roberts and his team took incredible care of my grandmother's car. In particular, Tim was responsive, kind, caring, and always on the ball. When we were dealing with a very difficult insurance company, Tim was there to keep everything moving forward. He answered all questions professionally and compassionately to both my grandmother and I. Throughout the process I could tell that Tim and his team viewed my grandmother's car as a priority. The significant repair work on her car was completed timely and done incredibly well. These people are money gougers whatever estimate they give you expect them to say they did a lot more so you ll probably end up being charged double also they like to keep stuff that doesn t belong to them they kept my clip key holder I know is something small but you do that with something small I wouldn t want to think what they ll do I would of left my wallet in there.

2 weeks after getting my brand new car a giant piece of plywood jumped up off the freeway and attacked my driver's side bumper, light and then somehow slide over to my driver's side door where it lodged itself in between the panels and dented both of them preventing me from being able to open my door. I decided to go with Caliber since I had used them in the past on my previous vehicle and I liked them. It took a few days to get in for the initial estimate but that's because they are busy because they do good work. Once that happened they got the ball rolling very quickly. The receptionist was always friendly and on top of my paperwork and things. My advisor, Darrin, was also very friendly and never made me wait long. He told me that he thought they could get the car done in about 12 days but quoted me 16 just in case they had trouble with parts. It must have not been a problem (having a brand new car probably makes getting parts easier) because they got it done in exactly 12 days! They kept me updated through text every few days on the progress and the car came out like how we bought it brand new 1 month prior. They even recalibrated the radar sensor in the front after they had to replace the bumper which I thought I'd have to take to Toyota to recalibrate so that was a nice bonus not having to do something extra on top of the work that they had done. Overall, very happy that I chose to go with Caliber again. I would choose them every time but hopefully I won't have a reason to go back anytime soon.Service: Body & Trim

The kindness and professionalism that the employees have shown my family has been wonderful. Brian was so awesome to work with, we had a family emergency come up and had to change the day we would pick up our car and he didn t hesitate to help us.
