INCREDIBLE experience. They're so nice and such HONEST people. These people are saving me 94 bucks, and whats more? If you don't need certain work done, they won't charge you. Come here. You won't regret it.

Originally got an alignment here and about 3 days later had noticed my steering wheel wasn t level. Called em up and they told em to bring it back and they d fix it free of charge. Dennis was really helpful.

Hands down the best place to go!! Danielle and Denis are such a breath of fresh air. Honest mechanics who stand by their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else !

Brake Masters was great! The customer service was professional and courteous. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I went in for a wheel alignment. The young lady who helped me, Brianna, was very nice, even when I called in for information, she was very pleasant. (I hope I remembered your name right). Thank you and God bless you all!

This was my first time having my truck serviced here. Dennis, the owner, was kind and helpful. We discussed services and prices and went to it. As I waited for my vehicle, I listened to Dennis work with his customers to find opportunities to save them money time after time. Each solution was unique to their cars situation but it was so refreshing to witness such honesty in this industry.My truck ultimately didn't need the brakes done and was told to come back when they did. The price for my oil change AND alignment was lower than I've paid elsewhere for just an oil change. The lobby and bathroom were clean and the vibe was comfortable. As a woman, I've experienced being taken advantage of at other auto stores/mechanics but not here. Brake Masters and Dennis has a new loyal customer.

I have used Brake Masters Hesperia for a number of repairs. I have always found Dennis to be a straight shooter. I recommend highly.

I initially found them on google and seen the great reviews so I decided to stop by for an alignment a few months back, it was done and I enjoyed their business and hospitality. Another problem come about with my truck and I had my vehicle towed here and Dennis was quick to get it fixed. I would highly recommend them. Honest. Reliable , very communicative and just a great place to take your vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We've brought alot of business to these people. Over the years we've now had several vehicles have problems immediately after leaving there shop. They have no concept of loyalty and are only going to do the bare minimum they don't care if the problem you pay them to fix gets fixed as long as they did something.

They have a coupon to get an alignment. Of course, that's to get you in there. The alignment was expensive as it was. Over $100. They said I needed control arms and wanted to charge me $800 to replace them. I said, could you please just get it as close as you can? Oh no, we can't do that. They certainly could have, but they don't want to serve customers. It's practically extortion. Give us $800 or we won't work on your car. I won't go back. I don't do business with people like this.

This place is awesome. Dennis in the office is great. His daughter Danielle is great. They let you know everything before they even work on your car. I ve never taken my car anywhere else since I ve been going there and never once had a problem, so thank you brake masters.

This business has that old school feel back when a business owner took pride in their relationship with the customer, something that's few and far between these days. Love them. They are so nice and thorough. In a generic world, its really good to have a local, unique, business that has withstood the trials of time. Also the counter clerk girl is AWESOME! Love her too!

I appreciate thier honesty! I went to have my Brakes checked on my 2015 Equinox and they told me they were still good! I will go back again when I do need work. Highly recommend!

They did my Corolla brakes. Great price. Came back with a slightly squishy pedal and they rebled for free while I waited. Stellar customer service!

Excellent service. Squeezed me in last minute just before the holiday weekend. Took off services they found were not needed instead of charging me for it. Really friendly manager. Completely reccommend for any auto services they provide.

The best Service ever from Dennis and his Daughter's. They are always very honest and up front with cost to repair my car. They offer great discounts even if you don't have the coupons. They take great care of repeat customers. I recommend them highly, especially for Seniors and Women who have been over charged before. They will take great care of you.Thanks Art Reynoso

Very kind respectful young lady works there who made me feel comfortable enough to do business there for the first time. Very impressed how quick they changed my rotors and front brakes.( they feel good on my car). She also sells these cute face mask she makes herself. Best part! I did not find oil all over my door, steering wheel or door handle. Thank-U. Will be back again..

I went to this location based off the reviews. Let me just say I was NOT disappointed and have since returned for a regular oil change. I initially needed brakes and Dennis was AMAZING!! He is so kind and honest. He makes you feel welcomed and really makes you want to go back. Needless to say I will be doing all my work with him as long as he can do it. Highly recommend.

The best shop I ve ever been too, and that says a lot considering I don t have the best of luck with cars. My husband and I had our car worked on today and while we waited with our 6 month old the owner was as nice as can be. He really goes out of his way to treat you like family and is up front and honest. Even though this is his business he does everything he can to help you out with prices. I could not have thanked him enough for helping us out. My family and I are new life time customers!
