Love the guys here. Always helpful and trustworthy. Maybe on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it.

Came in due to a flat on our way to Vegas. The service was less then 20min. Staff was super friendly and helpful. So glad they were open on a Sunday.

Not only did I get a great price,but fast and competent professional service. I was so impressed with the way that the place was ran with personal attention from the manager that I have made a commitment to only use Bear Valley Firestone for not only my tire needs for myself but also my company. COUPLES PARADISE ADULT SUPERSTORE. And my husband, Charles Laughlin , has also made the same decision because of his great experience there We even got a discount just for asking! And we spent over an hour calling everyone in town so we know they were the best!

Been going here for 7+ years and the treatment my husband and I received today was beyond shocking and totally unprofessional to say the least. We came in to discuss an issue we were having with one of our cars that has ONLY been serviced with them. Our goal was to hopefully come up with some sort of resolution and both Brother's were so dismissive and rude and basically told us to sue them. Anyone can make a mistake even after being in business for 30 years, but we were offered nothing but disrespect. I normally don't bother with reviews but this situation today was warranted. So regardless of their 30 years in business these guys don't know everything and appear to be unwilling to address concerns that a customer might have. Or was it just because it was US they have an issue with. What goes around comes back around

IF I could give them a negative zero I would Im a trucker and I had stayed at the hotel Stay Sure Inn by best western.... Unfortunately Someone put a drill to my gas tank drilled 2 holes and stole gas out my truck.. closes place was the firestone... The old man thats works the counter was flat out just rude and not customer friendly at all to me but was nice to the next guest after he told me to basically leave his store he couldn't help me... I guess I wasn't exactly the corporate color

John & Terry are the most honest, thorough, & efficient mechanics I've ever had to deal with! They know me by my name & car. They always explain what needs to be done, and why, in layman's terms. Their communication is extremely detailed - so much so that I (as a woman) can understand enough to explain it to someone else.That's why I only go there for my car repairs and oil changes, and why I've only gone there for the past five years! They are also conveniently located, so I can walk home and wait for them to complete the work, or walk to get something to eat. They also have a Firestone credit card, so repairs to my car can be performed without it becoming a financial burden ( or potential safety issue). They genuinely have expressed appreciation for my business. I'll keep coming back here even if I move across town. Happy customer 5 years and counting!!

I work closeby and have been coming to see John and Terry for the past 5 or 6 years. I dont have an appointment and they always work me in. Best service and most affordable oil change. Very trustworthy, professional and personable. The nicest family owned business here!! A few coworkers come here now and I will always recommend!!

I worked for this family business in my early 20's and I can vouch that Bear valley firestone and John and Terry care about their customers and run a top notch shop. One of the best work experiences of my life was working for this business. Thank you bear valley firestone and the Walker family for bringing the high desert quality automotive care!

These guys saved my holiday, rental got struck by a 4 inch nail, on Sunday these men do what rental road service cannot deliver: service, took them 15 minutes to swap my destroyed tire to the spare. Thank you very much Terry and son s!

If I could give less than one star I would, I took my car in to be serviced, at 1300 on august 13,2021 I never received a call if my car was finished or not but I did receive a call at 5a.m. From the VICTORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT THAT MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THIS SHOP! Here's how I know for certain this was an inside job, this place has had multiple vandalizations and cars stolen, yet they still had not installed any kind of video cameras at all, and the fact that they leave the keys INSIDE the car- who even still does that?! They aren't even filing a claim until Monday- in the day of the World Wide Web- do you really have to wait until 48 hours later to report a theft?? My car was going to be paid off within a few months, I had recently just bought brand new tires, people do not I repeat do not come to this Firestone- I guarantee you will regret it. I am going to be taking legal action against this place- this shouldn't happen to anyone else. They have got to be held accountable, going forward. I repeat, do NOT bring your car here

This is my third visit here. Terry and the rest of the staff are excellent. Terry explains everything so I know exactly the problem and the solution. Their prices are very reasonable. Skip the dealer n bring you car here for excellent work.

So thankful for these guys!! We noticed a really bad vibration and wobble with our truck on our way to Arizona. I called & John told me they could see us right away. They saved us from a blow out in the middle of the desert. We were in and out of there within 30 mins. Thank you to John and the other employees that helped. You guys are awesome!

if you want your car stolen, without any video proof on who it was stolen by, etc, come here! :) no literally. our car got stolen and they didn t have any video proof on who stole it, etc. This is a very shady business. I mean, we should ve known. look at the area it s located in. #ghetto.

Full Disclosure: I have been doing business with these guys for close to 20 years, so that's why this review may sound a bit biased.John and Terry are amazing dudes! I should've written this review forever ago, but just got back from them doing major service on my wife's car. They are about the most honest mechanics you will find anywhere up here in the HD. I know enough about cars to do my own work, but don't generally have the time to do it. These guys will NEVER try to upsell, or charge for work not done. They give sound advice as well. All of my extended family that lives in the area takes their cars to them as well.

Did an alignment 2 weeks ago the alignment feels great!.. only thing my steering wheel never got aligned with the tires the car goes straight but the steering wheel is turned like its turning to the left. When i called on a Monday about it they said they cant check it out till next week on Tuesday because they are booked with appointments for alignments when i didn't make an appointment for my alignment and my dad just went in today without an appointment. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to doing thier work over again cause of warranty at no charge for the customer they started making excuses.. Last time i go here ill take my money els where next time..

On our way from Vegas to Victorville for a funeral service, my car started acting very strange. When going uphill, it would not go more than 40 mph. Once we got on level ground, it speeded back up. It did this several times. Luckily, we weren't that from Victorville. We stayed overnight at a hotel and this Firestone was right across the street. My husband and I woke up and were there at 8:00 AM when they opened. Terry got to us right away. He was very friendly and courteous and we noticed that he knew every customer that came in by name. Of course he knew we weren't from Victorville right off the bat.......After my husband explained what happened, he knew immediately what the issue was. They still had to test it, but of course after doing so, it was just what he stated, a CVT transmission problem. He had already told my husband that if the diagnostic code came back with what he thought it was, he wouldn't be able to service us because they just didn't do that work there and he was short handed. Well, the code was just that...SMH- Terry knew that we were in town just for the day and immediately called someone he knew at the local Nissan dealership. He called and by the grace of God, the gentleman said he had our parts in and he would try to do it that day.....Terry was so very helpful! All because of him,. my husband and I were able to go the funeral service as planned and ended up with a completely new transmission, under warranty by the end of the day.....we didn't even have to spend an extra night in Victorville as we originally thought we would because of the car delay.....THANK YOU TERRY so very much! If ever we are in Victorville again and need any car repair, you all will be the first stop!

I appreciated that I was offered a renewal discounted rate for a lifetime alignment. I was satisfied and will bring my 2and car here. No one can beat their alignment deals.

Firestone on Bear Valley is a all in one. This shop is family owned operated. They have kept me on the road for over five years. Their equipped to handle any and all issues.

They never told me they couldnt allighn my truck till i got to the shop . the old guy seemed like he didnt want to work loke i wasbothering him. I gave one star but really should of giving the place -5stars dont go here very disrespectful

Worst shop ever to deal with. This is not a corporate firestone, so if you have a problem firestone doesn't back them up at all.I took a Honda civic in for a overheating problem, picked up a supposedly repaired car drove it down the hill the next morning and it was still over heating. Had it towed back to find out they had forgot to connect the radiator fans. "Thinking now what else did they forget". Drove down the hill car did ok at 5am in the morning, but coming home it overheated again. The guy name Terry is very rude and will not own up to thier mistake and I wasted $568.00 HERE.

Always feel like Terry and John are fair and honest, I and my family have been taking all our vehicles there for 14 years, and I've never felt like they were trying to get me to do stuff that didn't need to be done, plus if Terry's there there will be old classic movies on, today's show was a road movie with Crosby and Hope
