I didn't take my vehicle to them because the phone conversation with the employee from the business indicated that my cost for the repair I needed was going to be extraordinarily high. I will say though that he was very patient on the telephone and had very good customer service skills which is why I gave the four star rating. He was informative and explained to me why the repair might be such a high price because of the way they would go about doing the repair. The hours it would take for the labor is what drove up the estimate. I did not take my vehicle because I've had the same problem with my vehicle in the past and had it repaired for about 10% of the estimated price the gentleman had quoted me. It was a huge difference from about $100 repair to a $1,400 estimate so I decided not to take my vehicle there however I would say that they do have a good reputation for doing good work and as I said the gentleman on the telephone was very informative and really seemed to know what he was talking about and it was just a matter of how they were going to tackle the repair that was going to drive up the cost. I'm not exactly sure why it would be necessary to go the route that he explained to me but again I am not a mechanic and I'm not going to second-guess his judgment on that I just can't afford the amount that I was quoted.

I called Auto Wrench and they were able to get my Jeep right in. Gave me an estimate, then got the repairs done the next day. I felt confident in their work. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. I will be back when I need more work done.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT AN AUTO SHOP!!! Jenn is the woman at the front desk there to greet you and give you all the details about the process, prices, whatever you may need, and she does a phenomenal job explaining every detail so you know exactly the service you re paying for. Extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate all the info and help she had to offer. Will forever be going to this shop as long as Jenn is there!!!

This was my first time doing business at Auto Wrench and Wow! Amazing service! I was having an electrical problem for 4 months that 2 other auto shops couldn t fix and I was about ready to give up.. Finally I took my vehicle to Auto Wrench and they fixed it the same day and got my vehicle back to me in time to finish my daily errands. The communication and honest work was impeccable and I will definitely be back with any other maintenance needed in the future. Thank you Auto Wrench! I had a great experience. From inquiring about service on the phone, the gentleman was helpful and gave an accurate estimate of services, to walking in, Jen walk me through everything and was informative and accommodating. I am very impressed with the Auto Wrench staff for the patience and willingness to work with us on a "not so simple" vehicle. I also greatly appreciate their communication with us, always calling with updates...just keeping in touch with us as the work progresses. January 26th 2022, I took my vehicle to Auto Wrench 2.0 in Hesperia due to the check engine light turned on. Upon arriving to the mechanic shop I was told by the staff member that a Standard safety inspection with test drive is required prior to begin any needed repairs to ensure optimal drivability. After receiving the inspection results (paid $64.90) the staff member advised to get an engine replacement as that was the issue with the car once the safety inspection was completed. February 28th, i'm notified that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I proceed to pay the balance of ($6,453.65) During my first drive out of the mechanic shop, I noticed several new issues with my vehicle which weren't present prior to the repair. I proceed to notified the shop about the new issues, now they claim these are factory issues however the electric components were all working before. (Turn signals - AC - Rear view mirrors, Internal Lights) After weeks of their technician being out of the shop i proceed to drop off the car for a second time for them to fix the new issues, for an entire week I have to compulsively call to get a half vague response and never a follow up phone call to provide me as a costumer with more information. Due to the lack of communication and no expedience, I had to incur in further expenses to not further negatively impact my business although I have fully paid for the repair. In April 14th 2022, the mechanic gave me the car back with further damages and left the job incomplete, dismantling the driver side door panel and left all the wires exposed.If these problems were present at the time of the safety inspection then why this didn't show up in the test results? Something about these business practices can be interpreted as a bit fraudulent.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

The staff was EXCELLENT, very helpful and caring. They installed a used transmission in my daughters car. It was affordable and quick, she was without a car for about 5 days. One of those days being the day for diagnosis, as we had no idea what was wrong with the car. Car runs great. I highly recommend!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

My daughter's car blew the engine and these guys replaced it with an engine I supplied. They performed all of the prep work that I had requested on the replacement engine and finished all of the work in a timely manner. Before writing this review, I waited for a few days of driving the car since picking it up to verify that they're were no leaks or issues (they're aren't any). Great work and good service. Extremely fast with the work and super nice I was stressed out due to not having a vehicle and they assured me it d be done quickly and correctly the car is running amazing now with no leaks. Staff is always friendly. They communicate with you on your vehicle. I can t always get there during business hours to pick up my car and they will work to make arrangements that work for me. Had the maintenance done to my radiator flushed and new hoses.. they were very helpful. They got me in over Thanksgiving weekend and completed the job. Everything appeared to be in tip top shape. The manager double check the work which is a good thing. They're two heads or better than one. Been looking for a good place to take my car. A place that is affordable, trustworthy and friendly. This place is everything I was looking for. Great prices and great service too. Came n the morning and wasn't there long. Love this place

I called a few places to get a quote and got vague answers or was told they needed to see the car to give me a quote. Called Auto Wrench and received an estimate. I set an appointment for 8:30 and was out by 10:30. Lights beaming and total price just as quoted. Prompt, courteous and accurate*

I asked this shop to replace a part that I believed was defective, instead they did a lot of unnecessary dismantling and then told me it was something else and they just happened to have a very overpriced part they could put on my car, against my better judgment I reluctantly agreed thinking they were professionalswhen I got my car home the fault was still there and I was $500 worse off.So I just did what I had asked them to do myself and the problem was gone.I will never put my trust in these kind of places again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I read the reviews on this place. I decided to take my truck to get my manifold worked on do to a leak and some other things. Mike and his staff were very kind and helpful. Mike and his mechanics are very knowledgeable to what needs to be done. This company is number 1. Brought my wife's 02 suburban 1500 for some knock sensors and an intake gasket. Michael was great!! Gave me a great price and got truck done quickly as this is my wife's only way to get around. We have had a power steering pump replaced in one of our cars, loved the service so much we decided to have our catalytic converter in our other car replaced here as well. Everyone that works here, even the owner, has made car issues seem like a breeze. We will only use their services from here on out!! Oh and a bonus ..they have fair prices!!!
