Really great customer service. Super helpful from the beginning. They towed my truck from another shop and had the work done (fuel tank replaced) pretty quick considering everything.When I picked up my truck they had even washed it and did a light detail inside!I would definitely use them again

Brought in my 2019 Camry with the front end smashed in and the radiator damaged. These guys did great solid work. They got it done on time and the car looks like new and runs great. Quality work and awesome customer service. Not much more you can ask for.

I highly recommend 1st Class Auto Body.I cracked my headlight and I thought it would be easy to fix myself but wow I was wrong. The whole front end has to be taken apart. I called 1st Class and they got me in right away.They had my car fixed and back to normal same day.1st Class gave me great service at a great price. And my car looks brand new again. This is my new go to spot for auto body repair. Thank you 1st Class Auto Body!

This place gave me a horrible experience I took my car in they couldn t get the job done so They asked me if I can bring the car back Because there was a delay in parts which I did I took the car back About a week later. Left it again and went back to pick it up for the second time & They still didn t finish the job. Everything was Mickey Mouse done cheap parts were installed. Very bad paint job with bubbles on paint job, it took about five months to try to get the car back to its normal but they never succeeded. They never finish the job. In other words. This place is not first class.

First and foremost I would like to say that this place treated me like a first class customer. I dealt with Josh Escobedo, he was very professional, honest, transparent and was very helpful on speeding up the process with the slow insurance companies that try to draw it out. I had to go there to get the front end of my car fixed after it was hit by someone and they made it super easy for me. I got my car back quicker than I thought I would. I was afraid that it wouldn t drive the same, but my car drove brand new and you couldn t even tell it was in an accident. Very fast and professional service. If I ever need any work done on my cars I always go there. Would definitely recommend going there. Ask for Josh.

I was referred to 1st class auto by a friend. They offer great customer service and do quality work. I was helped out by Josh who was very helpful. He gave great recommendations with my headlight restoration and I was extremely happy with how the headlights turned out. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

Thought of hiring 1st class because of their good review record. I went in for an estimate and the young gentleman mentioned he would email it to me the next day. It has never appeared. Evidently, if you can't trust him in small things how could anyone ever trust him in larger matters.

This place is amazing!!!! I took in my Dodge Charger ScatPack , you know she is a beauty and was repaired in less than a week while other shops advised more than a month wait! Josh did not give me any hassles and assisted me with my repair needs right away! I highly recommend this place! I am a businessman myself and was shocked of the smooth process!

"First Class" really says it all, and this body shop lives up to its name! At first I was skeptical because there were no other reviews for this shop, but after having my car repaired there, I decided I had to give a review. This place really deserves recognition! It took a little longer than I had expected, but the quality of service more than made up for the few extra days.When I first pulled up to get my car back yesterday, I noticed right away that the car looked brand new, inside AND out. Everything was shiny clean and the inside was vacuumed, wiped down, and smelled nice. That was nothing compared to when I actually drove the car away, at which point I was even more amazed. I thought the car felt better driving than it did even before our accident, and when my wife drove it later that evening she said the same thing.I liked that all the parts they used were OEM parts purchased straight from Valley Hi Kia, it gave me assurance that our car was repaired with the right equipment. The paint color and texture matched perfectly, which I've had problems with in the past with other body shops. It was great to hear them say they want me to let them know right away if something didn't feel right, that they didn't just want me to take the car and never see them again like you feel with some other guys.Julian and his wife really have a good business going, a small and family-run operation that you don't find too often these days. They are dedicated, hard-working people and focus on doing the job right, the first time. Not only that, but they are great and friendly people too. They have over a decade of experience and it definitely shows.After my First Class experience, I have decided that's where I'm going to take my Ranger to get some necessary repairs that I've been putting off for too long already. I'll reiterate that this place deserves serious recognition, I never review places but I made an exception for these guys because they gave me exceptional service.I will definitely recommend First Class Auto Body to friends and family that are in the High Desert, and even to those who aren't!

Excellent experience with Josh, as he went above and beyond to accommodate me and keep in constant communication. My car is back to looking like a new car again, following an accident. I m so happy, and I highly recommend this shop!

I give this place an A+ ...Customer service to the workers in the shop deserve an extra thanks and applause! I have experienced it all here from great customer service to great auto body work , trust I've been to a couple of places and I been disappointed in the value they treat the customer.... Super cool and friendly I cant believe when I called how nice these people are and how knowledgeable . I asked if I can bring my vehicle in and they explained to me the process and I told them I was on the way as something comes up they were so amazing to wait past closing hours for me to get there and treat me like family no rush all explained well even after I was late and they were closed I cant wait to get my car back from them in sure they doing an amazing job keep it up guys !!!
