This is my 4th time coming into Ocean Tire and they are AMAZING every single time!! I had a nail in my tire and we re about to head out on a trip and needed it plugged ASAP and Jose saved us!! He did it right on the spot and was super cool! NO CHARGE!! I can t recommend this spot enough!! Go HERE for all of your tire needs!

The staff is friendly and easy to work with.I had a nail in my tire, I called them they told me to come by to take a look. The mechanic patched it in a few minutes, didn t even need to put it on a jack. They didn t even charge me for it!Thank you Ocean Tire and Service!

Ocean Tire is hands down the best! Steve is the most honest and trustworthy guy your going to find in the business. I've been going to them for years for service and tires and wouldn't think about taking my car anywhere else. I highly recommend as you will be customer for life.

The dealer was trying to charge us for something I didn't need to get done so I brought my wife's car here for a second opinion. Glad I did. They were thorough and saved us a lot of money. I'll be back.

My tire was loosing air so stoped by. Jose took the tire off inspected it, found the issue, pulled the nail out and plugged it. Took like 10-15 mins and was on my way. No charge either! The entire team there were super friendly and honest as he said I still had another 1,000 mile before I needed new tires. He could have easily tried to sell me new tires right away. I will be back soon to replace the tires because of the service.

October 20.23 I went to this shop for the first time and I got to say they were ONE of the nicest shops I ever went tothey were fast friendly and most definitely the best the mechanic came out and Greeted me and said Hello and Good Morning and How Can I Help You aOcean Tire GREAT prices on Tire Fixing and Oil Changes and Much More. I had my Back passenger tire fix it was less than 5 mins out the door with a AWESOME Thank You from the Nive Man who Repaired It HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will Be Back SOOn

I pulled in with a slow leak in my left front tire. 5 minutes later I pulled out without a leak in said tire. They didn't even charge me!

Excellent, fast, and fair service! When you come out of work with a destination over thirty miles away in LA traffic and a deadline for your arrival, and find this road debris in your tire, you might be inclined to panic. Worry not, my friends! When another tire place down the way says they're too busy to help you, call Steve and explain your dire emergency, and you won't be disappointed. I received a fair price on two new tires (there's no coming back from whatever that was), was in and out quickly, and back on the road. Thank you to the crew at Ocean Tire for your fast and friendly service!

These guys are amazing! I ve had two flats over the last couple of months due to nails from all the construction in Hermosa. Jose and Rafael took care of both immediately and free of charge. I ve been bringing my cars here for years and highly recommend for any service. Support local business!

Was travelling through the area and got an object stuck in my tire. After calling a few places, Ocean Tire was the only place able to plug it without a wait. Their technicians took us in immediately, checked all our tires and got us out the door within 10 minutes, while the other shops' patch/replacement solutions would have taken hours longer and cost hundreds of dollars. No upselling either.

I called in today since I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Spoke with Jose on the phone and asked him if he could take a look at it today if I got there in 10-15 minutes. He promised to do so but said there may be a 10-15 min wait after I get there.After I got there he was on the computer with another customer -- asked me to pull up the car to one of the spots. I waited for <5 mins and he greeted me. Immediately rolled up his sleeves, found a screw in my tire, pulled it out and repaired it. I was out of there in 13 minutes.The courtesy, professionalism and helping me when I needed it -- he's won a recurring customer.Couldn't recommend them more.

Had a nail in my tire that caused it to go flat. Took to Firestone down the street and they said it would need a full replacement and they can t repair it. Drove over to Ocean Tire and within 5 minutes they had it plugged and got me out the door. On the house too these guys completely won me over and got a new customer for all of our basic vehicle services. Thanks a lot!

This place is terrific! Their prices are reasonable, get your second opinion from them and you can't go wrong. They are family owned so give a personal touch. Plus they are mechanics that can do just about everything. Got my tires there and they always make time to inspect the conditions. Also had major repairs done there.

Great old school tire shop. I had a screw in my tire and no other shop in the area would give me the time of day. I rolled in to this place, asked if they could patch a flat, a guy glanced at the tire, nodded and said, "sure thing. Roll it it forward a bit."They patched it right there while I was in the car. No charge.

Had a air leak in my tire stem, and Jose had the tire off and stem replaced in less than 10 minutes. Just have to give my Highest recommendation for Jose and Ocean Tire.

I've been coming here for several years now and still love the place. Everyone is down to earth, super honest, and the work is quickand reasonably priced. If you come in with something needing a quick fix like a deflated tire, they usually fix it right on the spot!

I had a very negative service experience here recently, October 2022. I m a 78 year-old man.I bought Michelin tires here in 2017, and return every 5-6000 miles for rotation.My 2011 Hyundai Sonata has only 60.000 miles on it. With the free rotation, I asked for an oil change and routine service, and I wanted the AC checked: it was working but wasn t cold enough. When I picked up the car, I was told theyhad recharged the AC, but it still wasn t working , and I should return so they could spend more time solving the problem. I asked what it could be, and the worst mentioned was a new AC compressor, which could cost, I was told, $2000. They didn t charge me for the AC recharge , which seemed an encouragement to return for the AC diagnosis. But when I left, the AC wasn t working at all, while before it was working, just not well enough. Also, I was told my tires were dangerously worn,and I needed to replace them very soon. I was surprised; he said I had 30K miles on them, and they were worn down. I found my invoice, and I have 22K miles on Michelin Premier tires thathave plenty of tread, and are not dangerously worn. I got a second opinion on the AC, and was told there was NO Freon in the system - it had NOT been recharged - and when it was recharged elsewhere, it works perfectly again. I leave it the reader to decide whether to service a car here. I won t be back.

I came into Ocean Tire today with a screw in my tire and without an appointment. Steve and Jose took a look, confirmed that it could be repaired, repaired it, and had me on my way in 10 minutes. This despite having a very busy shop. The total cost: $0. It's rare to find customer service like that these days. Ocean Tire will have my business in the future!

I brought my car in to have my tire looked at due to it having a a slow leak. I didn t have an appointment, but I was seen right away and taken care of by Jose who was very pleasant to speak with. He immediately jacked up my car, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me on my way in less than 10 mins! I ve had that type of service at a car shop. Thank you!

I have a 75 VW Bus that was in need of tires, shocks and rear wheel axle Steve made me feel comfortable and confident he can get the job done. And not to mention the great price and fast service. I was expecting to wait a week or two. It took Two Days!Thanks Steve, you and your crew are the best!I recommend; Ocean Tire and Service

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I stumbled, by accident, into Ocean Tire, when a nail caused me to make an emergency visit to the closest place I could find. Much to my luck, Ocean Tire was it. They were packed, with every bay busy, yet they stopped to check out my tire....without a word, they started to plug it, fill and check with air....I asked what this will cost, and they said "on the house!" Well, those sneaky guys had a plan, and soon I was bringing ALL of my vehicles (i have 5). I"ve been going there for maybe 8 years now and won't even think of bringing it anywhere else. Steve is the most honest guy, and will ALWAYS give a concise diagnosis and a fair price. These guys are more important than finding a good doctor!!! and that is always hard to find.

What an awesome experience. Stopped in when they were very busy with a screw in my tire. Jose immediately helped me and fixed it. He wouldn t even let me pay him. I will pay him with future business!!!

This place is the absolute best! I went to three different places for an estimate before and they were best priced, friendliest and most efficient. I was in and out in 2 hours. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!!

This is the second time I have come to Ocean Tire with a nail in one of my tires. They removed the nail, plugged my tire, and put air in it. All at no charge and with no waiting time, even though the shop is busy today. They are so courteous and helpful. Another tire shop I went to today said I would need to wait two hours for this service. Very nice business here.
