Great experience overall! The owners really care about their customers and the service they provide. Love the evaluation reports they provide which included photos and a breakdown of the car. I will definitely be back again!

I never thought it would be possible to like and trust an auto service center, but you have changed my mind! Thank you for your friendly & helpful team members, your honest business practices, and your willingness to go the extra mile and educate me about my car. I m now a raving fan of yours for life!They are not only good at what they do, but honest and genuinely kind. As I said before, I would recommend Beach Side Auto Service to anyone. I m definitely going to take my car there in the future for all repairs.This was my best experience with a mechanic service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I brought my Mazda3 in for 60k mile service and had a great experience. The staff at Beachside Auto were incredibly helpful. They communicated clearly about the issues and status of my car. They were honest and did excellent work!!! My car is running better than ever. It was a pleasure working with them. I will be returning and would highly recommend them.

I love everyone that works here. They are thorough and not pushy. I appreciate my full diagnostic print out with proof of what my car needs/or does not need. They are super flexible, knowledgeable and realistic. Definitely give them a shot.

It was a while since my last maintenance at the dealer which was too expensive. Beachside auto was good about detailing what I needed and the cost. They delivered by 4:30 so I could make my dinner on time. Communications was excellent

Came in concerned about my brakes and knowing my car needed an oil change. Customer service super helpful and friendly, had my car done in about 45 minutes. Confirmed that brakes were fine for now, changed my oil and topped off my fluids (~65.)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Beachside helped me keep my 98 Acura running until 2013, and they ve been servicing my new car from the minute the car came off dealer warranty in 2016. Good people who do good work. AVOID! Came in with an obvious electrical problem, Devon, the manager, tried to sell me on an alignment and steering wheel adjustment among other pointless repairs. Estimates for various jobs I rejected ranged from $800 to $400. Dead set on extracting some money from me, he finally told me that to maintain a good relationship, he'd hook me up with a top of the line battery and switch out my terminals and cables without charging me for labor. Knowing I needed a knew battery, I agreed, thinking it might solve the other issues. Switching out the batter took a day and a half. I repeat, A DAY AND A HALF! My "top-of-the-line" battery was an $89 Autozone clearance special, the cheapest they sell. Devon did replace the $1 terminals, but left all of the other old, rusting OEM equipment untouched. For this $89 battery, 2 $1 terminals and the the absence of my car for a day and a half, Devon charged me $178. No computer adjustment with the new battery. Slimy operation. Issue quickly fixed at another shop.

The whole group was very professional from Laura the secretary to Devin the manager. Was given a ride home during the maintenance and picked up when it was done. Highly recommend Hermosa auto repair!

The staff at Beachside Auto were incredibly helpful, honest, and a joy to work with. I took my car in for a break inspection, anticipating that I would need to replace them, and had several, transparent conversations with the mechanic about timelines, cost, safety if I delayed. It was the experience you hope for, but never expect from a mechanic you've never been to before. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely bring my Honda back!

So for 387.00 Tesla service center diagnosed a bad steering rack in my 2014 P85D wanted 6200.00 to fix it. I wasn t impressed by their technicians and sought help elsewhere. Finding Beachside automotive, they asked to do a diagnosis and found the steering rack was fine it was a lower steering shaft joint went bad, all fixed under 900. They are honest and have the highest integrity I ve ever experienced.I highly recommend them Thank you again Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a wonderful experience here. Came in because my skid plate was hanging off. I called later in the day and they still made time for me to come in and do a quick safety assessment of my car. I always get nervous taking my car in for repairs since my dad used to take care of everything, but the staff here was so welcoming and friendly, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I m glad i found this place and will definitely be going back in if I need anything else done in the future!

Beachside auto did an incredible job on multiple issues I had with my car. Their process is very transparent and is one of the main reasons I choose them. When performing diagnostics they provide detailed explanations along with pictures which makes it very easy to assess if problems require immediate attention and are valid. In addition to this the staff is the best I ve worked with. When my car battery died unexpectedly they sent a technician to jump my car prior to bringing it in. Once in the shop they communicated the time of completion estimates regularly so I could plan my day out to pick the car back up. Ken and his team at Beachside have been my only shop for roughly ten years now, and I m always impressed with their honesty, efficiency, and overall high level of service. From my old classic Cadillac to our hybrid and full electric, the mechanics there handle it all, and are thorough and trustworthy (often performing smaller repairs free of charge). Beachside Auto went above and beyond what was requested and I have zero complaints and intend to use them again in the future. Their shop is extremely well-organized. They give you a date to drop off the car, and when you drop it off they immediately begin diagnosing it. I would trust this shop with diagnosing any car problem of mine, ever. I recommend them to anyone looking for services ranging from oil changes to serious engine trouble. I had my car serviced in January and appreciate that Beachside Auto was honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. I did have a stressful experience a few weeks later when Beachside accidentally charged an additional amount to my card, but they reversed the charge and eventually followed up to make things right. Appreciate the commitment to customer service.

I have been going to Beachside for more than 5yrs now and would thoroughly recommend them. The tech team is diligent and investigates, until resolved, all vehicle issues I've noticed. I took my car to the dealership to get my oil change. They gave me a list of a bunch of other things wrong with the car. Being a single mom, who doesn t understand much about cars. I took my car to Beachside for the first time. They sent me pictures of everything that was going on with my car and made suggestions on when things needed to get fixed. This made the whole process so comfortable and easy to understand. Thank you so much Beachside!

I had a few check engine lights that turned on that were supposedly related to my cylinders failing. Ken was great and cleaned them up during the check, did a road test, and determined nothing needed to be done when they went off my dashboard and didn t charge me at all.His shop now has a new customer in the future with the great service and treatment him and his team gave me! Cannot recommend enough given Ken s experience and expertise!-Spencer-

Don't typically leave reviews on places, but the experience and service from Beachside Auto was so spectacular I couldn't resist. Not only did it truly feel "family" forward, but they were very professional and did an A+ job. The entire staff at Beachside is amazing. Devon was fantastic. I've been taking all of my cars to Ken Garcia and his team of professionals for years. They work is outstanding and they stand behind all of there repairs. I've never had a problem that Beachside could not diagnose and fix. This is literally the best car repair shop I ve ever been to. Ken and the team sorted out all the issues with my 2006 Jeep Wrangler and its now better than new. Ken even went out of his way to find me another excellent mechanic to do some heavy work replacing the entire wiring harness that was badly burnt. Couldn t be happier with the effort. They even sent me a hand written thank you card saying thanks for your business etc. Literally a first! Will go to this shop every time. 10/10!! I arrives first thing in the morning and the girl inside was very nice and friendly and welcoming. Some are just not first thing in the morning. Then I met Ken and again super friendly, you can just tell by talking to him that he's gonna take good care of your car or truck. He didn't some torque and tightened some stuff under the truck then took a look at my breaks and said they still were good. So I liked the honesty and not wanting to change them just for the money. This was my first time and wow I should've been coming here long ago. This is the place where your car goes to live longer and to get the love it needs. Thanks Ken and all of Beachside Auto!!
