Worst service ever. Took way too long just to check in the car for an oil change. Talk about express. What a joke.And to get the oil change done, it took forever. They are just playing stupid

This is the WORST auto experience I ve ever had. There s no one to talk to us as we have waited 30 minutes just to be told that they are too busy to change our oil.Had my oil changed and there was a leak. So I had to wait again for 30 minutes to be seen. Not worth the cheap prices.Avoid this place, whatever you do, don t waste your time. I d say it s not even 1 star service.

This place is fantastic ! They are knowledgeable, detailed and prompt! The mechanics are efficient. I highly recommend them! Soo far I ve had an oil change and now replaced my tires as well! Thank you

Some friendly associates some rude associates overall I m not sure if most qualified. My TPMS light has been on since I had new tires put on and when I took it back in to get fixed in the end they couldn t even do anything because they did not have what was needed for my car even though u was originally told they did. Trying somewhere else because as always with Walmart- you get what you pay for

Horrible service! I only had 2 cars in front of me and it took them 2 hours to even get started on my car. When they did, they then informed me that they could not replace my battery because it was inaccessible. It's not though. It's difficult, but it's not impossible. The mechanics didn't even want to face me to tell me this either.. they had the cashier tell me everything. They also told the cashier that if I knew how to change the battery, then I should go home a do it. So friggin rude! After that I was livid. I went out to the garage to get my key from them and they refused to give me their names. I then expressed exactly what I thought they were acting like and left. One of their names is on the paperwork so I guess they aren't too bright either.Service: Auto battery replacement

I've been to this Walmart couple times for tire service. The ex worker is good and helpful. However, they hire new worker is really bad attitude and lazy. I have an appointment to do my car tire service. They select 2 tires of my car tire size. Next day I wait 1 hr then they said they don't have my car tire size. I ask can I check is there any other brand. They said no more and giving the attitude. Bad service no wonder I haven't seen any customer lately. Never come here anymore. Walmart should fire those lazy and bad attitude worker. Don't come here for service it's really bad..

I tried for well over an hour and a half to reach the automotive department and got hung up on many times and when a human finally answered, I asked him about the price of an oil change and he said, "I'm sorry, I'm just a cashier", so I told him to open the door to the garage and ask a service tech to come speak to me and that cashier hung up on me.This walmart automotive department at the Hemet Location on Sanderson Ave, has the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to.!I called customer service in Arkansas and filed a complaint and I hope the management in the Hemet Walmart gets chewed out for their stores terrible customer service!Service: Oil change

It took way too long, I went in to get a patch on one of my tires. I got there about 10am, they told me that it would take about an hour and a half. That was fine with me considering I had to do some shopping anyways. I returned back from getting some groceries after about an hour and 15 minutes and they hadn't even started on my car. After about 3 and half hours they finally started on my car, I was really frustrated and mad but there was so many upset customers that I decided to stay quiet. It took them 12 minutes to put a patch on my tire. By the time that I checked out and everything it took a total of about 4 hours! It really made me upset because my groceries were sitting out the whole time! I actually through out a couple things because it had sat out to long. It was a very frustrating experience and I actually lost money on my groceries by sitting there.

Seems like they had every other thing stocked except the thing I went for. All I needed was some Transmission fluid and they were completely out. If you're selling a Walmart brand product that people can only get here, it should at least be stocked.

The gripe I have with this location of not with the oil change services itself. They are a great value and allow me to roam the store and pick up a few items I may need. The issue I have with this place is the availability of personnel working to actually conduct the services. Multiple times I have visited this location when they open and they didn't not have employees to work on vehicles. So it was a waste of time to wake up early enough to wait until they open just to find out that they will no be able able to change my car's oil.Service: Oil change

Wasted my time. I took my truck in for an oil change. The lady at the garage took down all of my information and told me it'd be about 30 minutes for the oil change. I come back 30 minutes later and they tell me that my oil change request had been canceled, saying the vehicle was unsafe. To clarify what this was about the very kind young lady at the register walked me out to the garage and I find out that the "lube tech" was not able to verify the size of my engine. Even though there's only one version of my truck that comes with a V6 and the spark plugs are clearly visible, �ND there's a VIN number, that the first lady entered into her system, which gives all of my trucks information, and more.... Baguette he said that because there are no stickers on my airbox, they are unable to verify the size of my engine and we're not able to perform an oil change.That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard, and because of this, it completely wasted my time. I didn't have time to stop at another place today. I have a feeling this was just some lazy employees because if not, and they are looking for a sticker for an engine size instead of using the VIN number, then something's clearly wrong with the procedures at this place. I'll be hesitant to take my vehicle here again, even for something as simple as an oil change.Service: Oil change

It was absolutely horrible. They allowed us to schedule an appointment for 7am and they don't even open until 8am. By the time 8:30 rolled around they still were not open. They did not have enough certified employees to open. They didn't even bother to come out and let us know. Then to top it all off, the tires that we ordered online to install were not in stock and they still accepted the order and billed me.

Came here a few months ago for an oil change. First aperently the oil filter didn't fit, one because they didn't use the oil I wanted so the off brand didn't fit, bought one from the store and took it to them and said this should work. THEN I go for another oil change at another Walmart and they can't even work on my car because the oil drain plug is stripped so it can't be taken off! No one told me about this issue. Now I have to take this to get fixed. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY FIX IF THEY TOLD ME WITH TIME 1 I COULD'VE TAKEN THEM A NEW PLUG 2 I WOULDN'T BE WITH OUT A CAR BECAUSE SHE NEEDS MECHANICAL WORK BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO TELL ME OF THIS ISSUE. never bring my car to this walmart.

The lady that greeted me and did the paperwork was good. However, during the change the employees were more interested in talking to each other instead of getting the customer out in a timely manner. I'm not interested in last nights funny story. I want to get going!

I am here at this location as of this moment. We had an 'emergency' today. I have to say.... I'm very grateful and thankful for their professionalism and service. I live almost 20 miles away and I told them I have kids I can't ride a spare tire with if I could prevent it. With only 20 mins till closing time, the manager at this location took us in!!! Thank you!!

Came in for a simple oil change. Wasn't busy. But I waited 2 1/2 hours+ on a freaking weekday. Was told all but one of the technicians went to lunch. What the hell is going on. This is the worst service I've had here. It will be awhile before I come back for service here.

I normally trade with a local tire dealer but Walmart was substantially cheaper for a comparable set of tires. Their warranty is also impressive being honored at any Walmart across the United States.

This place is the absolute worst!!!! I have been to several Walmart Auto Care Centers before and never seen one ran like this one....... we went in a few weeks back to have an oil change and tires rotated and came back two hours later to find out our battery had been replaced with another one without confirmation. And we told them before (We do not need a new battery) because we already had it replaced at the beginning of the year. We made them put are old battery back in which they didn't and replaced it with a used one already drained dead! Probably to make us feel guilty for THEIR mistakes and it died 4 days later! If you wanna take your car to Walmart take it to San Jacinto or Temecula they were alot of help after we told them about our experience!

Took 2 1/2 hours for oil change. Didn't check air in tires,says it was checked on receipt. Bad attitude when asked why taking long. Definitely not a oil lube express

Arrived at 8 am on a Saturday for an oil change took them an hour to get my car checked in. Mind you there was one car there before me looking for tires. employees are walking back and forth and no one even bothers to ask if you've been helped or if you need assistance.

Honestly I Wish there was "no stars" this place is garbage! They supposedly open at 7am. However, don't expect anything until 7:30am because they need to open the registers, roll out the display tires, talk about the weekend ECT. ECT. They now have a line forming.... This is ridiculousness horribly managed!

Don't expect too much from the automotive department at Walmart. Good for oil changes, car batteries and air filters. Not sure if they sell tires or not. I believe they are equipped for maintenance.

Nothing was in stock even though appointment was made. The message about appointment cancellation was sent short time before the service was to be performed. The system doesn't work.
