I was overwhelmed at the speed and professionalism there. The youngman who entered my info explained everything that could benefit my car no ones ever gone through thst much info.! I was glad to here it all. so much detail and i love that!

Took my Jeep SRT to get an oil change and Jasmine and matty helped me. They were quick and super knowledgeable. They were able to help me get more stuff I definitely needed done and fixed. Would totally be coming here from now on thanks jasmine !

I pulled into the bay and it took over 15 minutes for anyone to even come up to my car. It seemed like they didn t know what to do. It has now been 25 minutes and they haven t taken my mileage down or anything!! Very disappointed.

The crew was professional, fun and lively. I ll definitely be going back there with not only my vehicle but my wife s and checking with my company to see if we can get a corporate account and have our fleet go through them (Valvoline Instant Oil Change) in Hemet CA

I work on all my vehicles and can easily change my oil at home, but I religiously go here for all my vehicles!!! I enjoy the staff and interaction. Will continue to go and hope they continue with good coupons for all their services

Serious customer service issues here.No welcome greeting whatsoever, no good morning, no how are you, no welcome!, just business ok fine. It s the Monday after a holiday wknd, I get it.I always bring my own oil & filter and off the bat they have the nerve to tell me I have the wrong oil .Yea I ve owned this car for 3+ years and have had countless oil changes due to my never ending commutes and trust me when I say, I know what kind of oil my car takes.Still, they insist it s the wrong oil and cannot make the oil change. I insisted back, It s not the wrong oil, I have an entire history with VIOC glaring back at her on her comp screen, trust me, I know what I m doing, dear. Finally a supervisor or manager got involved and ok d it.But It wasn t the ignorance of the staff that got me peeved, it was the tone. She didn t ask, are you sure you have the right oil? instead made a declaration that You have the wrong oil .Goes to show good hiring and training are a thing of the past, and are on full display here at VIOC Hemet good job guys.

Have not been there for a year. Inspection always has a light burnt out. Always 20.00. I say no and check it and it works. 4 times this happened. Tires rotated and hubcaps were put back on wrong. Can see underneath the hood from behind the wheel through the small crack at bottom and saw person checking oil and turning dip stick upside down and wiping out at full line. Went home and let car seat an hour check my oil and one quart low. Happened more than once. You people giving this con shop five stars are not paying attention. Put last four numbers of as numbers on oil filter and check when l got home and still same oil filter there. They took it off and held in the air as if reading part number and put it back on. Saw all this with my own eyes

Friendly people. But WAYYY Over priced. I will do it myself. I did not know 4 qts oil and a filter cost $80. Not including labor.

Excellent customer service & care. It s hot, we were in a pinch, and they absolutely saved us. Can t recommend this location or the employees enough. I've had 2 bad experiences here, 1st they forgot to tighten the oil pan drain bolt. 2nd they gave me attitude when I ask them to check a leak. And 1 more thing I almost forgot, they were trying to sell me a cabin air filter that my 1997 camry does not have. If you get your oil changed at these places, I would advice to recheck the work done. Other than that if you have no time to do the maintenance on the vehicles, it's not a bad place.

In 4 months, my new car's "skid plate" has fallen off twice. Im back in line. 2018-2019! Here 5 times now for 1 oil change. I went here in 2 years. Excuses, out of oil, whatever. I still needed an oil change. I don't drive much. U gotta fo check my oil somewhere else. Now they take your keys, and my phone has no charger. Im about to go ballistic, leave, ANS CHARGE MY CELL PHONE. Avoid this Valvoline at all costs.

First time customer. My wife and I had our cars serviced at the same time. We were taken care of promptly. The technicians were helpful, friendly and professional. They made suggestions as to what our cars may need however they were not pushy and accepted our decision respectfully. We will be going back on a regular basis.

Rafael, Joshau, and Isacc were fabulous. They performed an oil change that I was charged for at Ramona Tire in Hemet yesterday that Ramona Tire did not actually do. They helped me document this. Their kindness and professionalism made up for the previous day where I was treated so badly. I went in just need some fluids topped off and the female employee (i have forgotten her name) was absolutely delightful ^_^ she was super cool and really changed my perception about Valvoline. She was extremely helpful and is why i plan on returning :)

I liked that it was fast and they tell you everything that is due for your car and check your car for basic maintenance. Prices are I would say are a bit high, but I was in a hurry and went in and out fast. Mechanics were respectful and professional.

Valkyries change your oil. Slightly terrifying. A+We refuse to ever go anywhere else. Fast, professional, and reliable. We've never had any complaints. A Jiffy Lube across town left something screwy that led to serious consequences, but every visit here is has been great. They'll take care of you.

Unbelievable service. Patrick was amazing. So very pleased with the care they took of my Van. Very fast, efficient, provided coupons. I just can t say enough about the great service. My engine light was on, another technician diagnosed the problem, i knew I needed a new battery and that fixed the problem. They checked my air filter, said nah, don t need one, never tried to over sale or over charge me. Oil change, transmission fluid changed, wiper blades changed, new battery. This senior is so pleased. Always a great service at Valvoline. This time I took my dad's vehicle which had an oil leak issue caused by Midas (right across the street). I asked the girls to take a picture of the leakage. I find that they went above and beyond with my little request. I'll keep bringing my cards here and not Midas.

Service was amazing. The CSR Raphael was extremely personable, helpful and just a pleasure to be around. One of those people who really just make you feel comfortable. Patrick and Jojo attended my vehicle and did a great job changing my oil, inspecting my vehicle, and rotating my tires. They answered all my questions and I highly recommend this place for any car care.

It's not a big deal but when you get the oil change done from A place with a name like Valvoline attached to it they would pay attention to what they write on the sticker and your windshield. My oil change cost me a $140 plus tax on top of that I don't even think they put the right oil inside my vehicle on the sticker it says 5/30 my vehicle takes 5/20 full synthetic.
